I booking 2 bad rooms with friends but register me only one living in hotel but another have questions and call me all time I was sleeping also call

We went on a family holiday to Dubai and would recommend this apartment hotel to everyone. The rooms are super spacious and have all the things you need. Some of them include a big fridge, washing machine, and dishwasher. The service is very friendly and excellent. The tourism counter on the ground floor offers the best deals. The location is very good; it is not too far from the metro and has easy access to taxis and Uber. There's a nice supermarket just across the road. There are a few nice restaurants within walking distance.

Let me post again Thanks 😊 I stayed on 29 June for one night. When I arrived to hotel around at 5:30am , Me & my family faced bad situation with Receptionist boy staff. After around 8am I saw one Receptionist her name was Su, she was very nice and she listened patiently what is my problem and she solved it out. I really appreciated for her the way how she talked respectfully and explaining as a professional who has good experience alot.Thank you so much Dear Su and her Manager as well. I expected to say thanks to her for making comfortable to my family but I didn't see her when I checked out. Room is wide, housekeeping staffs are friendly and helpful. I hope I'll be back soon. Thank you.

This is my second stay in this hotel and I would like to say like before I was not disappointed infact it was a wonderful stay. Firstly I wanted a late checkout and they obliged me in that . Secondly their staff is really nice starting from Mr shahid in housekeeping miss su in reception Naeem at the gate Rizwan the driver I mean everyone was so helpful so big thank you guys Hopefully see you soon again Regards

This lovely accommodation apartment in Deira was our emergency option, but after our stay, should have been, our only and first choice permanent option. The hotel managers Sayf and Shayeed made our stay more than pleasurable, but knew us personally after our 2nd day, and went to great lengths to service any of our needs, as well as booking transport for us daily. The apartment is so spacious it even has a spare room for your luggage, and the cleanliness and modern layout and feel gives one a sense of ..... "This is the right choice for a family!!" ..... The metro station is only a 10 min walk away, and there is a great 2-level bargain discount store, only a 5 min walk away. I will come back and stay here again, and can recommend this as one of the best Deira accommodation suits / apartments there is.

The apartment is very nice, I will not dispute that. It's spacious and clean and well maintained. But it is so far from everything. You have to walk maybe 10 minutes to get to the metro. And it takes ages to get to where anything is happening because you need to take into consideration that there is always traffic in Dubai. So to get to Mall of Emrirates by taxi it cost me 90 dirhams by uber and it took more than 30 mins. Normal taxi cost 70 dirhams. Its expensive. If you are coming to sight-see, this place is too far from everything. Plus, it's right next to the airport, so you can't leave the windows open unless you want to listen to the nonstop sound of planes taking off. If I were coming here for work, this might make sense. But for tourists, this is too far from anything. It's in Deira, yes, but not the vibrant part of Deira. It's in a huge parking lot area, so there is nothing to see outside except a lot of cars parked. Also, you do not have access to other floors unless you request it. So if you are a large party as we were, none of us could easily visit each other without our key card to get access to the floor. They said they would send an email with a scan that could be tapped using your phone, but we never received it. Internet was OK. There is a mall located about a 10-minute walk away (City Centre Mall), which has decent shops and restaurants. But again, it's all far from the hotel, and stepping out of the hotel, you are in a purely industrial sort of area. There is a great little cafe that opens 6am to 10pm daily across the road. They sell teas, good South Indian food, and drinks. There is also a supermarket across the road where you can get your necessities. Best to buy dishwashing liquid and a sponge too, bc they don't wash any dishes you have used, and do not provide sponges nor detergent for washing dishes unless it's by machine (who's going to put 1 glass into a dishwasher?). As I mentioned, the place is perfect, with awesome staff. If only it could be transported to a different part of Dubai where there are things for tourists to do. Great staff. Extremely clean. My only problem is the location. Not particularly touristic.

The hotel apartment is well located 11 mins away from the metro station and city centre Deira. The property is very clean and neat with all facilities for a family trip, including a full kitchen set up. The staff were very polite and helpful, especially the housekeeping team consisting of samjhana, adiyam, Krishna and srijana

The check in staff is the best of all the hotels I've ever stayed at. The apartments are massive with every conceivable functionality of being in your own home. The place is brand new,super clean and super well designed. My only problem is we couldn't stay longer and that once people find out about this place it will be hard to get a booking again. Whoever is managing this place they have a good sense of what a family requires to have a home away from home. Very very very well done.

The hotel is extremely new with very spacy apartment, well equipoised and perfectly maintained, most importantly that the hotel is very clean and the staff is really friendly and welcoming, all of them are wonderful and in specific Saif the manager was exceptional.
