È stata la mia prima volta a Dubai, e non posso esprimere abbastanza come questo hotel abbia reso la mia esperienza molto più piacevole nonostante il caldo clima di Dubai. This is our second time staying in this hotel when we visited Dubai. It is a home away from home. My children love the hotel. The staff are very friendly, nice, welcoming and always smiling. We noticed some changes from when we visited last year. We were impressed to see that the hotel has put diversity into consideration and have included among its staff African Americans. This inclusion of diversity meant a lot to my children and one other family we met who stayed in the hotel. In the past there was no inclusion or diversity in the staff team there but now, there are staff from most walks of life, thereby making guests feel more comfortable seeing that they are represented. Kudos to whoever effected this change. I would like to thank all the staff that made our stay very comfortable and memorable from the security guys, Kuty, Johnson, and their team, these guys got your back should you have any security concerns or forgot something in a taxi. To the front desk team, Canston, who checked us into our rooms both last year and this year. He was very friendly, nice and always smiling. To Romario the hotel manager, always smiling and never a dull moment with him, he took very good care of us. I must say that Romario stands out among Marriot hotel managers I've encountered. He was very down to earth and paid attention to details. He took care of a little problem we encountered during our stay and made it all right. Thank you very much Romario. To The breakfast team, Vanesh, Jean, the Cheff etc, who were very nice and courteous, they were always checking in with guests to see if they need/don't need anything and making sure everything was right at the breakfast buffet. We did notice some new addition to the breakfast buffet menu. The menu last year was kind of dry and same selections but this time, there were more choices and the changes was for us, a better selection, something for everyone. To the housekeeping team, Analiza and Niran, who made sure our room was well clean taken care off. We always looked forward to our room on our return from outings. Thank you Analiza for the wonderful farewell décor you made for us. Our Children loved it. These team of people at this hotel are the reason my family and I will always want to stay here every year we visit Dubai. Thank you guys for your great hospitality!.

Clean hotel nice staff, great swimming pool access, that’s 2 swimming pool to access. Great breakfast food just the location not so good but still walking distance to grab some food. Overall are good

L'hotel è molto vicino all'aeroporto, una parte buona è che hanno un bus navetta che preleva le persone dall'aeroporto dopo ogni ora, quindi ogni volta che arrivi puoi risparmiare non prendendo i taxi e aspettando il bus navetta. In hotel i ragazzi della reception sono super cordiali e abbastanza veloci, siamo stati assistiti da Peter e lui è stato super gentile e disponibile in molti modi. Le camere sono pulite e avevamo quella con la vista sull'aeroporto che era piuttosto rinfrescante. L'hotel dispone anche di una navetta gratuita servizi di autobus per portare le persone alla spiaggia, al centro commerciale di Dubai e al centro di Deira in determinati orari fissi che dovresti controllare con la reception. La colazione è molto buona e credo che possa ospitare persone di diverse nazionalità. Abbiamo davvero apprezzato i nostri 14 giorni soggiorna in hotel e consiglio vivamente l'holiday inn express Dubai?
