Avevo prenotato la mezza pensione per i pasti a buffet. All'arrivo è venuto a sapere che l'hotel non fornirà un buffet ma piuttosto un tipo di cena di lavoro preimpostata. Il cibo che è stato servito dopo aver sprecato un'ora della nostra era terribile nel gusto! Avevo pagato quasi tre volte il prezzo normale per la mezza pensione ma il cibo non era assolutamente all'altezza. La reception dell'hotel era terribile. Nessuno risponde alla chiamata se chiami la reception!

A short 5-min drive from Dubai airport. Clean and spacious for an overnight stay. Reception is nice and helpful. The only downside is although we booked for a non smoking double bed room on trip.com (long in advance), when we arrived we were told there was only double bed in smoking floor, or twin bed in non smoking floor. So we opted for the twin bed in non smoking floor.

I’d recommend it to travelers looking for a hassle-free stopover in Dubai.

Horrible experience. Never come again. Room had 2 cockroachs inside the kettle!!! Water pip was un-fixed, water supply is not good. The main problem is staffs attitude, we almost can not catch up our Flight because of shuttle bus late come. We were waiting at front desk 10min in advance, but shuttle late around 20mins, then we asked front desk staff to support and check, their replied was bus gone, pls wait the next bus...an other foreigner ask them the same question, then the staff call the driver immediately, it shows they're looking down on Asians.

Very nice location. Nearby the airport. The room was great for staying only one night before boarding

It’s a nice place but needs a lot of improvements. The wash basin is near the bed instead of being inside the washroom. The reflection of the person using the washroom and the bathroom can be seen in the room as well, and hence it’s not a good place for family members to be in. The lights are pretty bad in the night, which gives it a feeling of being a gloomy kind of a place. We have to pay for the dental kit and slippers, things which are free in some of the other better hotels. We had requested for some coffee creamers but it never came. The location is good as it is at a walking distance from a metro station and Irish Village.

Good hotel and strategic area nearby the metro station GGICO and the hotel facilities also really great !!!

It's not a hotel, it's a hostel. I had 7 bags and they did not have a trolley. I was travelling with baby and they did not help me with luggage and told me it's a self serve hotel. Moreover the restaurant closed so I ordered food from outside and asked them for plate and they said it's chargeable, 10 AED. Terrible experience. Avoid!

There was no explanation of shuttle service at the booking site as I needed it for pick up and drop off from the airport, so I stood at the shuttle bus station waiting for it and it didn’t come. I asked several bus drivers and after one hour one of the bus driver told me that it wouldn’t arrive as the hotel shuttle only drops off. I have to pay extra money to get a taxi. The room was not clean either as there was as a lot of dust on the shelves and mirrors. I called the receptionist couple of times to ask about drop off service and they didn’t answer so I have to go down stairs and ask her then we waited in the hallway for almost an hour for it to come. It was quite a disappointing experience for us.

i like the hotel quite much. however, one guy at the front desk is not helpful. I don't understand why he's not nice.

Only issue i faced was the bed size. Room bed size was close to Queen size while in details King size bed was mentioned. Otherwise stay was fantastic , recommended for family stay.
