Hotel in zona Springbrunnen Carolasee, Dresda

Solo pochi passi dalla stazione centrale, ma non molto lontano. Questo è un posto conveniente vicino alla zona turistica. Il condizionamento d'aria funziona bene e è molto comodo.

Non si può immaginare una posizione molto migliore di un hotel. Chi si trova in città storiche antiche è proprio la giusta, perché è nel mezzo, proprio nel centro. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia e la dotazione della nostra stanza, non c'era nulla da difettare, al contrario. La colazione prenota è stata consegnata al ristorante italiano accanto, ma non interrotta, poiché l'hotel è disponibile direttamente. Il colazione è molto ricco e per tutti sicuramente qualcosa. Abbiamo prenotato l'hotel per un soggiorno dopo un concerto che ha avuto luogo fino alle 22:30. In questo momento, in molti impianti gastronomici esistenti, intorno al mercato vecchio, sembra impossibile avere ancora un posto libero, perché tutto è occupato. Vorrei quindi poter prendere un altro sacco in hotel, ma purtroppo non è possibile, ma chi non lo fa, posso solo raccomandare a quest'hotel. Ciò che è anche sportivo è quando si arriva con il proprio veicolo, la ricerca di parcheggio, ma anche in questo caso si aiuta a trovare la reception, ci sono raccomandazioni per parcheggi nelle vicinanze, dove anche le capacità libere sono controllate in anticipo.

Aiutare il leader a decidere, lei è abbastanza soddisfatta.La posizione geografica è buona, il parcheggio è conveniente, e l'azienda organizza il trasporto di auto è anche molto buono. Anche se il colazione è stile Xiaoxie, è selettiva.

Wir sind mit Freunden und Eltern für 3 Nächte eingecheckt . Ich habe bereits vor Monaten per Maul geschrieben, dass ich wünsche, dass die Suiten nebeneinander oder in der Nähe sind . Leider hat das nicht geklappt, obwohl wir schon 13.30 Uhr da waren , und der Check in erst 15 Uhr war . Man zeigte kein Interesse , das zu klären. Nachdem wir unsere Suiten beziehen konnten , wurden wir von dem jungen Mann darauf aufmerksam gemacht , dass wir sofort bezahlen kommen müssen ( 3 Paare - 6 Personen ) . Wir haben bei Buchung unsere Kreditkarte als Garantie angeben müssen und konnten nicht verstehen, wieso wir sofort zum Bezahlen antreten mussten . Nach der Bezahlung begab ich mich in die anliegende Felix Bar , die dazu gehört . Dort bestellte ich Getränke. Als ich bezahlen wollte , wurde ich gefragt , ob ich es auf unsere Suite schreiben möchte. Darauf antwortete ich , dass ich doch gerade so dringend alles bezahlen musste bei Anreise . Ich habe dann die Getränke in bar bezahlt und bin nicht mehr mit unseren Freunden in diese Bar gegangen. Zum Kaffee …. Ich habe im Voraus per Mail gefragt , ob wir die Kaffeekapseln im Zimmer haben . Daraufhin wurde mir gesagt , dass es reichlich davon in allen Sorten zur Verfügung hat . Wir hatten eine xxl Suite mit 2 Schlafzimmern zu viert und hatten Teekapseln und nur 2 Kaffeekapseln im Zimmer - ein tolles Frühstück 🙈 Wir haben dann im Rewe um die Ecke selber Kapseln gekauft . Das Zimmer wurde die ganzen Tage nie kontrolliert, Müll war voll , WC Papier reichte nicht usw … Sehr schade , die Lage ist toll, die Einrichtung in Ordnung, aber das Personal ist ungeschult und total unmotiviert. Wahrscheinlich sind das Mitarbeiter der Bar , die dann nebenbei ein wenig an der Rezeption sich vergnügen.

My wife and I have just departed the Taschenbergpalais after a stay of 5 nights. We reside in the U.K. and the hotel is one that we have stayed in many times in the past 20 years and so it is one we know well and love. We have to say that the remodelling and redesign is an absolute success. All the work has not been completed yet but throughout our stay, we were never disturbed at all by any rebuilding work. We stayed in a Palais View room overlooking the Zwinger Palace and it was quite superb with its blue panelled walls and brilliant new bathroom. The newly designed corridors and public rooms are breathtaking. However,what hasn't changed from the old Taschenbergpalais is the kindness and professionalism of all its staff One last word about the breakfast on offer here. It is superb with choices of egg dishes, fruit,breads,jams,marmalades,cold meats fish etc. If you leave here in the morning hungry, you haven't tried hard enough ! So,welcome back,the new Taschenbergpalais. The Grande Dame of Dresden is back and better than ever

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 2 notti. Personale molto amichevole. Hotel moderno e luminoso arredato. Dall'esterno piuttosto invisibile. Anche qui la toletta è un po' abitualmente dotata di una porta di vetro. Parcheggio alberghiero è troppo costoso, ci sono davvero migliori possibilità. Anche la colazione per 21€ è assolutamente troppo costoso, siamo andati fuori dal colazione.

La suite Junior era molto bella, spaziosa e molto comoda, ma purtroppo sono una delle sedie a letto ;-) Sarei probabilmente più felice in una stanza standard al cortile. Da un lato, il treno è passato vicino all'edificio e dall'altro non siamo riusciti a scurire completamente la stanza (un cortile non era abbastanza largo). Non abbiamo aperto le tende durante il giorno (un fronte era completamente di vetro dal tetto al suolo e qui il sole stava splendore). Il bagno era spazioso e pulito, ma non è più fino a oggi (bagno con doccia ... ma era abbastanza spazio, quindi non si è toccato il doccia). Il personale era molto amichevole e la colazione classe (regionale, di alta qualità e fresca). Potremmo prenotare l'hotel? Sì, ma poi una stanza standard per la stanza ;-)

Very good experience on that hotel. Very beautiful hotel and nice atmosphere. However, it’s not actually in the city center as it says. That was one of the most negatives. Moreover, the beds are not a really good quality. They were too soft as well as their pillows. Not a satisfying sign for that good quality of services.

Posizione a circa 30 minuti dalla città in tram. Avevamo un buono regalo di Animod (2 notti per € 149). Dato che era il nostro terzo buono regalo di Animod, sapevamo che non ci avrebbe aspettato niente di speciale. La notte extra costa €99 più tasse. Il rapporto prezzo/prestazioni non è corretto. La camera (lato sud) è molto calda. La TV è molto piccola. La sedia da cocktail scricchiola rumorosamente al minimo movimento e la doccia è stata sostituita rotto. Il soffione della doccia continua a scivolare fino all'altezza del petto perché l'accessorio è stato rotto. Ci siamo lamentati due volte, senza successo. Il gel doccia/shampoo era vuoto dopo il primo giorno. Il coperchio del WC (parte inferiore) probabilmente non è stato mantenuto molto negli ultimi anni . Le cerniere dell'armadio rotte sono state sostituite con cinghie di tapparelle Non sanno come preparare le uova strapazzate ogni giorno L'hotel dispone di due sale da pranzo Gli ucraini che soggiornano nell'hotel hanno dovuto decidere il giorno prima se rimanere nella fascia oraria 06: 30-07:30, 07:30-08:30 o 08:30-09:30 a causa del numero limitato di posti disponibili per gli ospiti che desiderano fare colazione. L'ultimo giorno volevamo fare colazione alle 6:30. Malfunzionamento elettrico, mancanza di acqua calda per caffè o tè. L'impiegato della cucina voleva chiudere il ristorante. Quando ho chiesto alla receptionist 20€ per due persone per fare colazione nella stazione dei treni o nel vagone ristorante (avevamo i biglietti per il posto e dovevamo arrivare in treno in orario), la giovane donna è scesa con me e si è assicurata che potessimo fare colazione, ma senza bevande calde.

Communication with reception workers as a English speaking person not quite good. There is need to have an English speaking reception worker. No shower caps in the shower, little interaction with guests..... Rude reception lady (short one) when spoken to in English- her respone was like - ”i cant undestand what you are saying” in a rude manner. The tall lady and gentleman were very polite and hospitable. when i was finally leaving, just past five minutes after check out time, some worker at the door checking on me yet i was just about to get out, already packed. He told me the same reception lady had sent him. That was rude... Give a guest like 15min to leave as you have the whole afternoon before the room is occupied again. on saying bye to the reception lady she didn't respond. could be racism as i am from Africa i guess. Poor lady receptionist..... I was just a traveller not a resident and nothing to lose from her attitude.... I would not recommend the hotel again knowing she's still there. need for extra training i guess or ouright racism. no dinnner made even for purchase outside booking terms, quite low in that.... not good for traveller with kids due to that..... The room was good though, clean and serene, breakfast excellent, excellent service at breakfast time by staff in the kitchen
