Hotel in zona Neuapostolische Kirche Dortmund-Aplerbeck, Dortmund

Had a great stay at this Hotel for two nights from Wednesday 21st September, This Hotel is very fresh looking, I believe opened in 2021. A couple of hundred yards from the Central Station. You can see this Hotel directly in front of the Station. Turn left out of the Hotel and a further 5 minutes walk will take you to the pedestrian shopping area. Nice bedroom and bathroom with walk in shower. Nice breakfast and staff...nothing negative to say about this property. Intercity hotels are a great brand with fair prices. Well done to all staff.

Allora, dove comincio... 1. la casa sembra una casa normale non è come un hotel nel centro della città 2. La ricezione è stata gentile 3. La stanza era molto attraente da moderno e pulito 4. !! Devo dire sinceramente, la notte i vicini erano divertenti erano abbastanza forte la parete ha svolto molto inconveniente rumore da vicino (può pensare a voi cosa intendo ) non posso in ogni caso consigliare se si fa un fine settimana rilassato per Secondo voleva avere pensato che un momento sarebbe stato in corridoio !! Per questo tutto era buono, ma questa cosa non è andata molto male.

Onorevoli lettori, in quanto ospite insoddisfatto, vorrei condividere la mia esperienza in questo hotel, e innanzi tutto devo dire che la posizione centrale dell'hotel è positiva. Anche l'incredibile hall d'ingresso di marmo rosso in stile orientale mi è piaciuto molto bene. La mia camera al 5° piano era grande e ha offerto una buona vista sulla città. Purtroppo, questo è l'hotel che attraversa due principali strade. Ciò significa che il traffico è molto forte intorno all'orologio e soprattutto di notte, quando la scena del Poser qui prova le sue auto PS potenti, io sono stato svegliato di notte. Anche le attrezzature sono semplici e sono arrivati negli anni. Il giardino mi ha incontrato subito quando mi ha sollevato, perché la stanza era difettosa e non si è più fissata, e la camera molto luminosa era un grande problema, perché ho sentito ogni rumore dalle camere vicine. La colazione è stata una grande delusione, poiché sono stati utilizzati prodotti di minore qualità che sono disponibili sul mercato più economici. In generale, è stata l'ultima volta che ho soggiornato in questo hotel. Il secondo giorno sono andato a fare la mia dolce mattina in una pasticceria. Günstige Lage, direkt in Dortmund City und Nähe Hauptbahnhof. Alles sauber, Frühstückspersonal spitze. 👍

Un servizio fantastico! Molto comodo letto e un giardino super ben attrezzato; che ha anche acqua bottigliata gratuitamente. Anche il tè organico al bar e bevande di benvenuto gratuito, che sono deliziosi, un cocktail di gin con tè nero. Può molto consigliare questo hotel. E la posizione è perfetta, vicino al centro della città e alla stazione principale.

Questo hotel mi ha costretto 600 euro a notte. Dev'essere stato qualcosa a Dortmund per chiunque pagare questo perché è più come un bagagliaio che un hotel. Sono arrivato alle 11:00. Il mio soggiorno è stato pagato interamente dal mio agente di viaggio aziendale. Dissero che non avevano camere e che dovevo aspettare e mi portavano in un altro luogo della città. Ero molto turbato e rifiutato di muovermi e finalmente trovarono una stanza. A questo punto era quasi mezzanotte. Ho chiesto se potessi ordinare una birra per andare in camera mia. La risposta era no, ma potevo andare in un altro hotel vicino a un bar. 600 euro alla notte. Sono arrivato in camera mia, che era buona e pulita se fondamentale. Ci erano solo sockets europei. Ho apnea del sonno e ho bisogno di un dispositivo cpap e un adattatore per un plug in Regno Unito. Ogni marito che ho mai avuto ha i plug universali (almeno uno o due in ogni camera). Questo posto non ha nessuno. Basta basi tedesche. Ho chiamato e ho detto che avete un adattatore, li avrete anche venduto. Io pagherò persino qualcuno che va a prenderlo. Mi è stato detto, no, non abbiamo e non abbiamo un concierge o qualcuno come questo e non ci aiuteremo. Anche se significa che morirete. Vera ospitità mario. Quindi immagino che nessuno senza il proprio adattatore sia fuori fortuna in questo “hotel”. Ho provato l’internet. Fortunatamente anche l’internet appare ma non funziona. Ho chiamato il desk front. Senti, è solo un telefono. Non c'è risposta o disturbo.Questa è la peggiore esperienza che abbia mai avuto in un hotel al punto di prezzo o in un Marriot in tutto il mondo, e ho soggiornato in molti di loro per molti anni. Questo posto dovrebbe perdere l’accreditamento e la gestione dovrebbe essere sostituita. Non rimanere qui a meno che non si ottiene una stanza per 50 euro a notte, forse 75, che è tutto il che vale la pena è basicamente un bel bagagli appena fuori una strada. Se Marriot vede questo, qualcuno può contattarmi, per favore, perché questo hotel mi ha causato problemi di salute e è stato un disgrazia per la vostra marca.

I must admit I’m shocked at how good this place is. Located by everything you need. Easy to find and huge amount off parking The rooms well standard as most hotel but so clean and so comfortable. The staff really work hard to keep on top off it all. The staff are good here easy to talk to and helpful. So yes I would recommend staying here Close to motorways and has an ikea next door so you can get things for the house Great place and will be back

Il personale era il più bello personale che abbia mai incontrato in un hotel. Erano sempre amichevoli e chiedevano come andava il nostro soggiorno ogni volta che andavamo alla porta. Erano anche in grado di consigliare posti per ottenere qualsiasi tipo di cibo che abbiamo bisogno. La signora mi ha aiutato molto quando ero fuori dalla salute. Un bel hotel d'affari nel cuore di Dortmund. Ho goduto il mio soggiorno per 5 giorni.

Be aware that this is a 3-star hotel; that means: no in-room amenities like coffee, hot water, iron board. Soap/Shower Gel/Shampoo from an ”all-in-one” dispenser in the bathroom. + Lots of free parking space + The hotel lies next to a park with quiet surroundings. + My room was spacious and appeared clean. Bathroom was clean too. + The personnel was friendly. Unfortunately: - There was NO WiFi during my entire stay. Some problem that the IT at headquarters couldn't fix. This was a business trip, and having internet was crucial for my stay; I ended up using a lot of 4G data during these 3 days. IMO one can reasonably expect WiFi to be available, and I would expect to be informed if the WiFi is broken. - I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights (Thu - Sun). There was NO housekeeping in my room at any given time during my stay. These 2 things are the main reasons for me not coming back to this hotel another time. Then there were a number of smaller things that may or may not bother you: - They don't have any information perm/brochure/papers in the room. If you look at your keycard holder, you will see a website address where you can find info. I found that inconvenient. - Breakfast/Restaurant is in a separate building, you have to go outside and cross the yard to get there. Not ideal at 7-8am in December rain. - Breakfast is reasonable; limited choice, but good enough. - There's only one coffee machine in the restaurant and even though it was relatively quiet, there's almost always 1-2 people waiting in line for it. - Ash trays are placed next to every entrance. There are no designated smoking zones, and some people will smoke right next to the entrance. - The rooms have carpet, which I personally find less hygienic than wooden floor/parquet/laminate (particularly in a hotel room)
