Wir hatten vor kurzer Zeit ein Zimmer im Hotel Dortmund gebucht; die Lage ist perfekt für einen Besuch (auch zu Fuß) ins Dortmunder Stadion oder in die Innenstadt. Das Hotel liegt im sehr ruhigen Gebiet des Technologiezentrums und fernab von lauten Durchgangsstraßen. Die Nächte waren sehr angenehm und erholsam. Da wir zöliakiebetroffen sind, fiel unsere Wahl auf dieses Hotel – denn bereits im Vorfeld der Buchung hatten wir einen sehr netten E-Mail Verkehr mit kompetenten Ansprechpartnern, die sich mit diesem Thema gut auskannten und die Möglichkeit eines glutenfreien Aufenthalt versprachen. Dies wurde uns dann bei unserem dortigen Besuch ohne Probleme ermöglicht. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist bis auf wenige Ausnahmen generell glutenfrei und die Brötchen/Brote werden separat aufgebacken. Abendessen wäre ebenfalls glutenfrei machbar gewesen , dieses haben wir aber aus terminlichen Gründen nicht wahrnehmen können. Alles in allem perfekte Location für einen glutenfreien Aufenthalt.

L'arrivo da Tirol con auto è stato molto difficile a causa di numerosi siti di costruzione . Con il treno o l'aereo è facile raggiungere Dortmund . ( tempo prezzo ) Ma bene , questo non ha nulla a che fare con la mia recensione sull'hotel, tuttavia, è notato . Inter Tabac , la più grande fiera mondiale in materia di tabacco , a Dortmund ? ( 😂😂🤦🏻🤦🏻) Arrivato all'hotel, la richiesta di parcheggio per invalidi è stata rifiutata. Quindi anche se hai una carta di invalidità, non accetti l'hotel, poiché il parcheggio è pagato separatamente. Siamo in giro e in giro in Europa e abbiamo ottenuto il parcheggio gratuitamente come invalidi, come previsto dalla legge (parcheggio pubblico). ( è stato assunto dalle « aziende. Nome di servizio ) Prezzo circa ~10€ al giorno (lt. recessioni precedenti libero, eventualmente taglio ) Buffet di colazione ricca ~ 11€ al passo al giorno. Era tutto a posto, ma non poteva essere ricca. 45 diversi tè, segale, 3 vari tipi di salsicce, 2 varietà di formaggio, mezzo uova dolce cucinate, quattro diversi involucri, un po' di gomma e pomodori, multi e succo d'arancia, e questo era. !!!! Asso si caffe' c'era anche. In breve al nostro prezzo pagato , che comprendete anche l'inmortalità . 2 persone 3 notti 1270€ !!!!!! Quindi cari cittadini tedeschi , che è proprio quanto dispiace essere triste quanto costoso Tirol. In Tirol si ottiene un pensiero per questo denaro. 4 stelle Wellnesshotel con tutto pi pa po , non un hotel con un carattere alberghiero giovanile a 5 stelle prezzo . Personale solo condizionato amichevole in quanto presente . Le camere erano pulite . Conclusione / scherzo posso anche me stesso .

Heute geht unser letzter Tag zuende bevor wir morgen wieder abreisen müssen. Wir sind mit 4 Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern (2 &10) inklusive kleinem Hund hier im Hotel zu Gast. Die Kommunikation lief schon im Vorfeld super, da wir 2 Privileg Zimmer gebucht haben, und sie gerne wegen der Kinder dicht nebeneinander haben wollten. Unsere wünsche wurden alle komplett erfüllt. Das einchecken war sehr freundlich und komplett reibungslos. Man fühlte sich direkt willkommen. Sämtliches Personal dieses Hauses ist durchweg freundlich. Wir hatten es bei beiden Besuchen (vor 5 Jahren und diesmal) nicht einmal erlebt das jemand hier schlecht gelaunt war. Unabhängig davon mit wem wir hier in Kontakt waren, Roomkeeping, Haustechnicker, Zimmermädchen, Service im Restaurant oder Rezeption, jeder war immer sofort hilfsbereit, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Kleinere Makel wurden direkt behoben. Die Zimmer sind sauber und wurden täglich gereinigt. Wir sind absolut zufrieden und dieses Hotel wird auch bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt unsere erste Wahl sein. Leider endet unser Aufenthalt morgen, aber wir werden bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal hier gewesen sein. Macht weiter so und bleibt gesund.

Average hotel but outdated. One elevator was out of order due to maintenance work and the hotel inside appeared rather dark. Room was ok but also outdated and had a unpleasant smell which didn't go away even with a lot of airing. Big window which was nice but if open would stand in the way of the sitting area. Was there with a dog and there was a note in the room saying that dogs cannot be left alone in the hotel room (probably there have been too many barking and destroying dogs in the past). Not sure if this is the right way to welcome dogs and their owners as not all dogs cause noise and trouble. Nice that there was a small fridge and safe and in overall, ok stay.

La facciade non è affatto terribile, ma l’interno per contro è magnifico l’hotel è molto pulito. Le camere sono incredibili e la bagno con marmella aggiunge enormemente di charme. Petit bèmol est qu’on entende la circulation pendant la nuit. Le wifi est top, la réception parle aussi bien anglais que’allemand et même français. Le parking payant est correct. J’ai adoré mon passage ici

Un arrivo precoce è stato ricevuto spontaneamente dal personale amichevole e siamo riusciti a trovare la camera spaziale, pulita e moderna. Il bagno era del tutto buono perché ci è anche pensato all'uomo più lungo, super. I suggerimenti sono stati condivisi dal personale in città e la mattina una buona colazione che poteva essere mangiata fuori. Questo ha funzionato così rilassato che il tempo di partenza è stato perso, anche che non è un problema. Un hotel con le persone giuste a bordo. Top! Saluta N&S

Stayed here while attending Dortmund football match. Location : Great location, literally around the corner from main shopping district with lots of restaurants and bars to choose from. Great area. The underground train station is around the corner and the main train station about 20 mins walk or less. Rooms: Our room was nice (117) we had 3 in our party so the room had one double bed and a pull out sofa bed which was a double. It left the room with hardly any space to walk around so was quite tight. The decor was nice. However the seal on the window was damaged so you could actually feel the breeze getting in (during snow weather) The tv had only one English Channel so wasn’t great. BE WARNED check if there is any party’s or function on in the hotel if you are staying in this room as there was a party on while we stayed and literally felt like the dj was in our wardrobe the music was that loud. Singing and talking could even be heard clearly. I did say it to girl in reception the next morning and she apologised but literally got no sleep until music stopped. Bar/Food: We did not have dinner in the hotel restaurant so cannot comment. Restaurant decor was ok, very 1920’s feel. There is a very small bar that usually only opens from 5pm-12pm however one of the days they opened for us to have a drink at 3:30pm which was no bother for them, they were very nice and a special mention to Ben the new Barman from the UK. He’s great! Breakfast wasn’t great, but that may be just us that’s used to Irish style food. Not much hot food on offer, pancakes and plenty fab pastries though. If going to a Dortmund match : We travelled to Dusseldorf airport and got the sky train into the main train station on to Dortmund €16.50 each one way. It was difficult to find out correct trains ect as very bad signage at airport and trains so do your homework before you get there. It took us over an hour to figure it out. Train journey from airport was 50 mins. We got a taxi from our hotel to signal iduna park and it took 8 mins and costs €14. Easy to get taxis after match too which was surprising.
