Hotel in zona Dortmund Tierpark, Dortmund

We spent about 2 weeks here during a family visit. It's a fairly new hotel with a few kinks. Let me start with the positives. Staff are great, no exception. The included breakfast is great, but after 2 weeks with zero variation, it began to wear thin. The espresso maker is available to guests at no extra charge all day, which is plain fabulous. There's a serious issue with the hotel parking. They have a *very* limited number of parking bays, so you never know, when you return, whether there's space for you. There's plenty of other parking in the vicinity, but if you don't know your way around town, it's an issue. Many guests simply leave their cars in the no parking zone adjacent to the hotel. Not sure whether there's a deal with the city ticketing people, but I don't think anyone ever got a ticket in the two weeks that we spent there. You do so at your own risk, obviously, We went through various rooms because the air conditioning didn't work (and it wasn't even summer). I don't want to know what this would look like when it's actually hot. Frightening. It took their staff days to figure out what the problem is (after initially denying that there was a problem to begin with). Not great. WiFi worked great, in the room and the lobby, which has plenty of seating in case you prefer a workspace that's not in your room. There's a small, but decently equipped, gym for hotel guests. The room is what you'd expect of a Residence Inn, spacious, fridge, microwave. The cleaners did a pretty good job maintaining it on a daily basis, there's none of the corner cutting you'd find in other hotels on multi-day stays. Very grateful for that effort. This definitely works as a longer-stay property, just beware of regular soccer events in the city, the guest crowd shifts from business people to soccer fans (with no negative impact, I should add, everyone was at their best behaviours). I would return without hesitation.

SALA: Siamo rimasti nella camera 570, quindi questa recensione si basa su questo; TAME: abbastanza spazioso per 2 adulti e bagagli semplici; VISIONE: Bella vista laterale della cattedrale principale, e la ruota Ferris istituita per Natale; AIR-CON: È stato perfettamente funzionante, che ha aiutato a regolare la temperatura perfetta della stanza; LETTO: Letto confortevole che ha giocato la parte prevista di mettere a letto; BATCH: Doccia in posizione; TOLETRI: ottimi bagni per bagni. IMPRESE: Una palestra molto decente con una buona gamma di pesi e macchine Cardio suddivise in due livelli. SERVIZIO: Personale amichevole che si occupava di tutte le nostre esigenze con un sorriso e ci faceva sentire a casa e curarci bene. Come si può essere: Wi-Fi gratuito che funziona bene in tutto il luogo, e la velocità è buona! Big Smart TV che disegna una vasta gamma di canali che spiaggiano sport, notizie, musica, film e intrattenimento principalmente in tedesco e molto poche opzioni in inglese (soprattutto News e musica!

Had a great stay at this Hotel for two nights from Wednesday 21st September, This Hotel is very fresh looking, I believe opened in 2021. A couple of hundred yards from the Central Station. You can see this Hotel directly in front of the Station. Turn left out of the Hotel and a further 5 minutes walk will take you to the pedestrian shopping area. Nice bedroom and bathroom with walk in shower. Nice breakfast and staff...nothing negative to say about this property. Intercity hotels are a great brand with fair prices. Well done to all staff.

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel come un hotel a basso bilancio vicino al centro. Non abbiamo fallito. L'hotel è modesto, le camere sono piccole ma pulite. La ricezione fuori dall'unico uomo parla polacco, quindi si concorda anche senza una lingua. Il parcheggio è piccolo a circa. 10 auto, ma se non ci sono posti all'opuscolo del vasto parcheggio per EUR 12 al giorno. Al centro vicino. Colazione molto modesta senza piatti caldi, ma si può mangiare. Raccomando che le persone visite 1-2 ogni giorno per le visite a Dortmund o per quelle che si incontrano.Nota: In ogni hotel in Germania è necessario avere un codice di vaccinazione QR o il risultato di test PCR per accedere.

Hotel in città eccellente, in perfetta vicinanza al centro, alla stazione ferroviaria e al Museo tedesco di calcio! Bello lobby e bar condivisi. Una colazione straordinaria, meravigliosa e diversa fino alle 12:00! Qui c'è tutto quello che il cuore desidera! Personale molto amichevole, utile. Camere molto belle, pulite e ben attrezzate. Hotel assoluto di benvenuto. Possiamo raccomandare questa casa di meglio coscienza e abbiamo avuto la possibilità di trascorrere un bel fine settimana a Dortmund come famiglia (2 Erw. + 1 bambino)! Ci piacerebbe tornare indietro. Continua così!

L'hotel era bello e confortevole. Tutto era nuovo e sembrava carino. I colori sfortunati sono stati scelti per il tessuto interno e esterno (bianco e nero), così anche le particelle più piccole di polvere erano visibili che portavano a questo senso che non è pulito. Il personale parlava poco inglese.

This hotel is nothing like the photos, in real life they’re pretty crummy and grotty. Pitch black rooms - the only natural light being if you sacrifice your privacy by lifting a very public shutter than anyone can see into. Pillows were so flat and stained. No mini fridge in the room. No wardrobe for clothes just a couple of pegs. The price of the room was ridiculous for what you get, I feel like I’ve lost so much money on the trip, it’s absolutely not worth it. The whole hotel stinks of cigarettes which was disgusting for a non smoker. The lift wasn’t working for 90% of our stay on the fourth floor so upon entry and exit we had to carry huge heavy cases up 4 flights of stairs. Receptionists were rude - there was a young blonde woman working on a Saturday afternoon/evening who spoke so sarcastically and nasty after being asked a simple question about where to collect a food delivery from if it were ordered to the hotel - there’s no need for it! It’s just a dark, grotty place. Would recommend this hotel to no one, what a waste of money. We paid for the Wellness Deluxe room - there was nothing special about it at all. It was tacky and dark and dingy. If you’re coming to Dortmund, stay elsewhere and dont waste your money.

L'hotel è una casa fortificata convertita dal 13° secolo, con vaste aree per camminare in un bel sole di Pasqua. Il colazione è abbondante e vi è una buona scelta di cibo e un'offerta infinita di caffè. Le camere sono pulite, i letti confortevoli, e super-calmate. Se fosse tutto quello che sapevo di questo posto, sarebbe sufficiente raccomandarlo. Ma non è tutto quello che so. Ci sono altri. Cosa mette a parte gli hotel è attenzione ai dettagli. E questo hotel ha questo - tutti i piccoli tocchi che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno molto più bello, hanno spinto i letti insieme perché sapevano che eravamo sposati, hanno aperto le zone tranquille per noi di sedere e godere di un caffè. Ma ci sono ancora di più. Il personale è amichevole, competente e sempre li' per voi. È particolarmente menzionato il personale notturno, Ann-Christin e Erdal, che in qualche modo sono sempre riusciti a trovare il tempo per un bel chat con noi nonostante dover gestire molte cose all'uno all'altro. E' divertente.

Mi dispiace di aver dimenticato la mia stronzata. E'molto bella e le strutture sono buone, ma sono davvero preoccupato. Gli altri sono perfetti.
