Hotel in zona Brunosee (NSG Beerenbruch Castrop-Rauxel), Dortmund

Si prega di essere consapevoli che questo è un hotel 3-star; ciò significa: nessuna struttura in camera come caffè, acqua calda, tavolo di ferro. Sapone/Shower Gel/Shampoo da un distributore ”all-in-one” nella camera da bagno. + Molto spazio di parcheggio gratuito + L'hotel è vicino a un parco con un ambiente tranquillo. + La mia camera era spaziosa e sembrava pulita. La camera da bagno era pulita anche. + Il personale era amichevole. Purtroppo: - Non c'era WiFi durante tutto il mio soggiorno. Un problema che l'IT al quartier generale non poteva risolvere. Questo era un viaggio d'affari, e avere Internet era cruciale per il mio soggiorno; ho finito usando un sacco di dati 4G durante questi 3 giorni. L'IMO può ragionevolmente prevedere la disponibilità di WiFi, e mi aspetto che sia informato se il WiFi è rotto. - Ho soggiornato all'hotel per 3 notti (Thu - Sun). Non c'era nessuna custodia in camera in un dato momento durante il mio soggiorno. Queste due cose sono le principali ragioni per cui non sono tornato in questo hotel un'altra volta. Allora ci sono alcune cose più piccole che potrebbero o non potrebbero disturbarvi: - Non hanno alcuna informazione permesso/brochure/documenti nella stanza. Se guardate il titolare della chiave, vedrete un indirizzo del sito web dove trovare informazioni. Ho trovato che sconveniente. - Colazione/Ristorante è in un edificio separato, dovete andare fuori e attraversare la cortina per arrivare lì. Non ideale a 7-8am in pioggia di dicembre. - La colazione è ragionevole; scelta limitata, ma abbastanza buona. - Il ristorante ha solo una macchina da caffè e anche se era relativamente tranquillo, ci sono quasi sempre 1-2 persone che lo aspettano in linea. - Le tende di Ash sono posizionate vicino a ogni ingresso, non ci sono zone di fumo designate, e alcune persone fumeranno proprio vicino all'ingresso. - Le camere hanno tappeti, che personalmente trovo meno igienico rispetto al pavimento in legno/parquet/laminato (in particolare in una stanza alberghiera)

Scandal!!!! No one should go to this place. This place is a fraud, it is advertised differently from what it really is. I booked and paid, as soon as I went I left immediately, the place had insects, the rooms had very dirty walls, stained curtains and the bathroom was broken. everywhere was dirty, the sheets were unwashed and had hair when you opened them. you were worried about the violation. I didn't share and booking didn't take care to return my money, they lied to me that I would get my money and they didn't return it. it's not a hotel but a hostel, it's terrible.

Molto centrale. Tutto quello che serve è presente nella stanza. Le camere sono pulite. Tutto corrisponde molto consigliabile. Il personale è super amichevole e utile. La terrazza nel 7. Stock anche super e sulle bevande ci sono una grande selezione a buoni prezzi. Molto grande lode al personale dell'hotel. Mi piace tornare

Scegliete questo posto per i suoi servizi di fitness e l'abbiamo assolutamente consegnato. Un grande valore per i soldi nel cuore della città antica, proprio nel mezzo di tutti i mercati e feste. LOCALIZZAZIONE: Ottima posizione nel cuore della città e a destra della cattedrale principale e della strada pedonale. DINE + BOOK: La barra del tetto BASEOLOGIA è abbastanza fredda per ottenere una bevanda pre-bava, soprattutto intorno al sole. SALA: Siamo rimasti nella camera 570, quindi questa recensione si basa su questo; TAME: abbastanza spazioso per 2 adulti e bagagli semplici; VISIONE: Bella vista laterale della cattedrale principale, e la ruota Ferris istituita per Natale; AIR-CON: È stato perfettamente funzionante, che ha aiutato a regolare la temperatura perfetta della stanza; LETTO: Letto confortevole che ha giocato la parte prevista di mettere a letto; BATCH: Doccia in posizione; TOLETRI: ottimi bagni per bagni. IMPRESE: Una palestra molto decente con una buona gamma di pesi e macchine Cardio suddivise in due livelli. SERVIZIO: Personale amichevole che si occupava di tutte le nostre esigenze con un sorriso e ci faceva sentire a casa e curarci bene. Very special hotel, fresh renovated , we felt perfect here (ex Church!). Great location, 7 minutes from Airport. Supermarkets, restaurant around. Free parking on street, but difficult o find a place. Private hotel's parking is better, even it costs cca. 15 Euro.

In piccole e medie città tedesche, la sensazione è buona nel suo complesso. L'ambiente è tranquillo. Ci sono memoriali di Dotmond e stadi principali del club di calcio di Dotmond vicino, a 7-8 minuti di auto da stazione e città di Liu. Per la protezione dell'ambiente, i servizi sanitari personali offerti gratuitamente dall'hotel sono relativamente limitati. In un caso, anche le due gocce di acqua di scarico nel bar della stanza sono a pagamento. Non dirlo alla reception, non c'è acqua gratuita.La regola del colazione è buona e buona.

I stayed one night and I was upgraded to a “power-room“. A modern and big room, a gigantic screen and a lovely bathroom, really top-notch. So was the breakfast buffet with a huge variety and excellent quality. The pool also brilliant to swim a few lengths. I also liked the spa and the gym, both way above standard for a hotel of this size. Absolutely recommended.

This hotel is nothing like the photos, in real life they’re pretty crummy and grotty. Pitch black rooms - the only natural light being if you sacrifice your privacy by lifting a very public shutter than anyone can see into. Pillows were so flat and stained. No mini fridge in the room. No wardrobe for clothes just a couple of pegs. The price of the room was ridiculous for what you get, I feel like I’ve lost so much money on the trip, it’s absolutely not worth it. The whole hotel stinks of cigarettes which was disgusting for a non smoker. The lift wasn’t working for 90% of our stay on the fourth floor so upon entry and exit we had to carry huge heavy cases up 4 flights of stairs. Receptionists were rude - there was a young blonde woman working on a Saturday afternoon/evening who spoke so sarcastically and nasty after being asked a simple question about where to collect a food delivery from if it were ordered to the hotel - there’s no need for it! It’s just a dark, grotty place. Would recommend this hotel to no one, what a waste of money. We paid for the Wellness Deluxe room - there was nothing special about it at all. It was tacky and dark and dingy. If you’re coming to Dortmund, stay elsewhere and dont waste your money.

Viel Schatten, wenig Licht es gibt in diesem Hotel zwei verschiedene Kategorien: Standard und Superior wir hatten Superior gebucht. Am Samstag bei Anreise wurden wir sofort gebeten, die Zimmerrechnung zu bezahlen. Das ist ungewöhnlich, aber ok. Als wir dann das Zimmer betraten, stellen wir fest, dass wir eine falsche Kategorie bekommen hatten. Also zurück zur Rezeption. Die junge Dame war völlig überfordert und bestätigte, dass wir ein Standardzimmer bekommen hatten und kein Superior. Sie holte sich Hilfe bei Herrn F. Welche Funktion er hat, wissen wir nicht. er hat sich nicht vorgestellt. Allerdings schaute er in den Computer und sagte, dass er jetzt am Samstag Abend nichts mehr tun könne, das Hotel sei ausgebucht. Als Kompensation und Entschädigung würde er uns für den folgenden Morgen zum Frühstück einladen, und ein Zimmerwechsel am nächsten Tag. Mehr könne er für uns nicht tun. Damit war das Gespräch für ihn beendet und wandte sich wieder seiner Restaurantkasse zu. Nach unserer Auffassung ist dieses Verhalten Betrug. Er hatte unser Geld schon kassiert. Für 2 Nächte Superior Zimmer! Am nächsten Morgen sprachen wir dann mit einer netten Kollegin an der Rezeption. Frau M. war im Gegensatz zu ihrem Kollegen kompetent und handlungswillig. Sie organisierte den Zimmerwechsel, erstattete den zuviel bezahlten Superioraufschlag und eine Kompensation für die gestörte Nachtruhe. Der Unterschied zwischen Standard und Superior ist die Lage: Hauptverkehrsstrasse und Innenhof. und wir hatten ausdrücklich Innenhof bestellt. Nach der positiven Überraschung an der Rezeption der zweite Schock: das Frühstück. Das Hotel wird durch die Lage zum Musical vornehmlich von Busgruppen frequentiert. Wir hatten uns schon erst zu 10 Uhr für das Frühstück vorbereitett, um dem Ansturm der Busgruppen aus dem Weg zu gehen. Aber es war eine Katastrophe! Die drei Servicekräfte waren heillos überfordert. Schlachtfeld trifft es wohl am Besten. und keiner der Mitarbeiter war in der Lage etwas Ordnung in das Chaos zu bringen. Wenn Sie irgendwie können, suchen Sie sich ein anderes Hotel! Und wenn Sie es schon nicht vermeiden können, dann buchen Sie unbedingt Superior. Erstens ist an Schlaf bei Zimmern der Standardkategorie zur Strassenseite nicht zu denken und zweitens finden Sie dort eine Einrichtung, die wohl noch aus dem 70er Jahren stammt. Die Superiorzimmer sind zur ruhigen Hofseite und sehen aus, als wenn sie in den 90er Jahren mal renoviert wurden. (auch schon 30 Jahre her....) Selbst die Nähe zum Musicaltheater macht es nicht erträglicher. Das Musical selbst ist auch nach 30 Jahren immer noch eine Reise wert!

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Bella stanza, spaziosa e attrezzata, letto comodo. Tutto molto pulito. Il personale è stato molto gentile, c'era stato un disguido con la prenotazione per cui non risultava una delle due stanze prenotate, si sono subito adoperati per trovare un'altra camera e per scusarsi del disguido ci hanno permesso di parcheggiare gratuitamente nei posti davanti all'hotel e ci hanno offerto degli snack gratis. Colazione di tipo continentale molto varia (era possibile persino fare dei waffle al momento, sulla piastra, buonissimo). Assolutamente consigliato!
