this hotel was so handy to the main roads but quiet enough to not think you were in a built up area. Hotel itself was lovely and clean. Staff were always very helpful and food was very good. Breakfast had plenty on offer whether you wanted hot or cold. Swimming pool was lovely and clean too and you can go straight to it from the lift on your floor which meant you could change in your own room for convenience and leave your valuables in your room. Plenty of towels there to use also or pick up at reception before hand. We would go back

Ottimo ubicazione, ma senza di lui stanco vecchio hotel, lunga riparazione completa. Nessun frigo nelle stanze standard ”per salvare il pianeta”, ma apparentemente gli occupanti della camera superiore non sono così preoccupati. Nessuna sicurezza nelle stanze. Bagno con mattoni verdi e oro colorati dal 70's/80' aveva mattoni di pavimento cracked con grotto nero da anni di acqua sul Il piano. Gli occhiali su richiesta, ma non si consegnavano alla stanza. La crema corporea su richiesta era così vecchia che era stata liquidata. Le camere sono pulite solo su richiesta, e non vi dicono che sulla prenotazione o al check-in. La cameriera si è aperta senza aspettare, nonostante il segno di ”NO DISTRUTTORE”. Una colazione molto cattiva con le lamiere di base e il formaggio/la crema; il tostapane presuntamente rotto è apparso miracolosamente dopo due giorni di reclami, ma deve ancora chiedere del pane. Non si può riparare un vecchio tostapane economicamente, quindi è evidente che la ragione per cui è stato ritirato è di evitare di mettere fuori pane. Uova scrambled su richiesta, ma senza salsa (esiste la Germania??), bacon o feci. Non vale certo 14 euro. Salva soldi e andare a uno dei molti negozi di caffè vicini. Il cosiddetto ”bar cosy” è in realtà alla reception e non ho mai visto nessuno lì. In 4 notti ho visto solo 2 altri ospiti al momento del colazione, che non è stata una grande sorpresa. Questa è una cattiva scusa per un Accor/ Mercure Hotel. Dovremmo avere un migliore valore a Dortmund.

La facciade non è affatto terribile, ma l’interno per contro è magnifico l’hotel è molto pulito. Le camere sono incredibili e la bagno con marmella aggiunge enormemente di charme. Petit bèmol est qu’on entende la circulation pendant la nuit. Le wifi est top, la réception parle aussi bien anglais que’allemand et même français. Le parking payant est correct. J’ai adoré mon passage ici

Prima hotel, kamers zijn schoon en netjes. Alles zag er redelijk nieuw uit. Bedden lagen lekker en op loopafstand van Westfalenhallen! Alleen hadden we gezocht op een hotel met laadpaal. Dit bleek niet het geval te zijn. Er zijn gewone stopcontacten beschikbaar op de parkeerplaats, maar 1 daarvan was bezet en geen enkele parkeerplaats was beschikbaar die bij het stopcontact kon. In de buurt van het hotel zijn bijna geen laadpalen te vinden en in Duitsland zijn die parkeerplaatsen blijkbaar niet alleen voor elektrische auto‘S bedoeld. Op de terugweg naar huis maar een snellader langs de snelweg op moeten zoeken.

Heute geht unser letzter Tag zuende bevor wir morgen wieder abreisen müssen. Wir sind mit 4 Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern (2 &10) inklusive kleinem Hund hier im Hotel zu Gast. Die Kommunikation lief schon im Vorfeld super, da wir 2 Privileg Zimmer gebucht haben, und sie gerne wegen der Kinder dicht nebeneinander haben wollten. Unsere wünsche wurden alle komplett erfüllt. Das einchecken war sehr freundlich und komplett reibungslos. Man fühlte sich direkt willkommen. Sämtliches Personal dieses Hauses ist durchweg freundlich. Wir hatten es bei beiden Besuchen (vor 5 Jahren und diesmal) nicht einmal erlebt das jemand hier schlecht gelaunt war. Unabhängig davon mit wem wir hier in Kontakt waren, Roomkeeping, Haustechnicker, Zimmermädchen, Service im Restaurant oder Rezeption, jeder war immer sofort hilfsbereit, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Kleinere Makel wurden direkt behoben. Die Zimmer sind sauber und wurden täglich gereinigt. Wir sind absolut zufrieden und dieses Hotel wird auch bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt unsere erste Wahl sein. Leider endet unser Aufenthalt morgen, aber wir werden bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal hier gewesen sein. Macht weiter so und bleibt gesund.

I was a guest at the German Comic Con Limited Edition event at Westfallenhalle. The hotel is perfectly placed for the Centre as it is just a short walk away. I stayed in room 411 for two nights The room overlooks a busy road so you get the noise of traffic only when you open the window. The room was super clean and comfortable The air conditioning which was much needed during the heatwave was very effective - I had to turn it off! The bathroom is well lit with a walk in shower. In the morning there was an extensive breakfast buffet with a variety of cheeses, yoghurt, fresh fruit and a hot plate with bacon and eggs ..

Average hotel but outdated. One elevator was out of order due to maintenance work and the hotel inside appeared rather dark. Room was ok but also outdated and had a unpleasant smell which didn't go away even with a lot of airing. Big window which was nice but if open would stand in the way of the sitting area. Was there with a dog and there was a note in the room saying that dogs cannot be left alone in the hotel room (probably there have been too many barking and destroying dogs in the past). Not sure if this is the right way to welcome dogs and their owners as not all dogs cause noise and trouble. Nice that there was a small fridge and safe and in overall, ok stay.

Un arrivo precoce è stato ricevuto spontaneamente dal personale amichevole e siamo riusciti a trovare la camera spaziale, pulita e moderna. Il bagno era del tutto buono perché ci è anche pensato all'uomo più lungo, super. I suggerimenti sono stati condivisi dal personale in città e la mattina una buona colazione che poteva essere mangiata fuori. Questo ha funzionato così rilassato che il tempo di partenza è stato perso, anche che non è un problema. Un hotel con le persone giuste a bordo. Top! Saluta N&S

Stayed here while attending Dortmund football match. Location : Great location, literally around the corner from main shopping district with lots of restaurants and bars to choose from. Great area. The underground train station is around the corner and the main train station about 20 mins walk or less. Rooms: Our room was nice (117) we had 3 in our party so the room had one double bed and a pull out sofa bed which was a double. It left the room with hardly any space to walk around so was quite tight. The decor was nice. However the seal on the window was damaged so you could actually feel the breeze getting in (during snow weather) The tv had only one English Channel so wasn’t great. BE WARNED check if there is any party’s or function on in the hotel if you are staying in this room as there was a party on while we stayed and literally felt like the dj was in our wardrobe the music was that loud. Singing and talking could even be heard clearly. I did say it to girl in reception the next morning and she apologised but literally got no sleep until music stopped. Bar/Food: We did not have dinner in the hotel restaurant so cannot comment. Restaurant decor was ok, very 1920’s feel. There is a very small bar that usually only opens from 5pm-12pm however one of the days they opened for us to have a drink at 3:30pm which was no bother for them, they were very nice and a special mention to Ben the new Barman from the UK. He’s great! Breakfast wasn’t great, but that may be just us that’s used to Irish style food. Not much hot food on offer, pancakes and plenty fab pastries though. If going to a Dortmund match : We travelled to Dusseldorf airport and got the sky train into the main train station on to Dortmund €16.50 each one way. It was difficult to find out correct trains ect as very bad signage at airport and trains so do your homework before you get there. It took us over an hour to figure it out. Train journey from airport was 50 mins. We got a taxi from our hotel to signal iduna park and it took 8 mins and costs €14. Easy to get taxis after match too which was surprising.

Allora, dove comincio... 1. la casa sembra una casa normale non è come un hotel nel centro della città 2. La ricezione è stata gentile 3. La stanza era molto attraente da moderno e pulito 4. !! Devo dire sinceramente, la notte i vicini erano divertenti erano abbastanza forte la parete ha svolto molto inconveniente rumore da vicino (può pensare a voi cosa intendo ) non posso in ogni caso consigliare se si fa un fine settimana rilassato per Secondo voleva avere pensato che un momento sarebbe stato in corridoio !! Per questo tutto era buono, ma questa cosa non è andata molto male.
