Hotel in zona Aussichtspunkt auf dem Kaiserberg, Dortmund

Un arrivo precoce è stato ricevuto spontaneamente dal personale amichevole e siamo riusciti a trovare la camera spaziale, pulita e moderna. Il bagno era del tutto buono perché ci è anche pensato all'uomo più lungo, super. I suggerimenti sono stati condivisi dal personale in città e la mattina una buona colazione che poteva essere mangiata fuori. Questo ha funzionato così rilassato che il tempo di partenza è stato perso, anche che non è un problema. Un hotel con le persone giuste a bordo. Top! Saluta N&S

Molto centrale. Tutto quello che serve è presente nella stanza. Le camere sono pulite. Tutto corrisponde molto consigliabile. Il personale è super amichevole e utile. La terrazza nel 7. Stock anche super e sulle bevande ci sono una grande selezione a buoni prezzi. Molto grande lode al personale dell'hotel. Mi piace tornare

Average hotel but outdated. One elevator was out of order due to maintenance work and the hotel inside appeared rather dark. Room was ok but also outdated and had a unpleasant smell which didn't go away even with a lot of airing. Big window which was nice but if open would stand in the way of the sitting area. Was there with a dog and there was a note in the room saying that dogs cannot be left alone in the hotel room (probably there have been too many barking and destroying dogs in the past). Not sure if this is the right way to welcome dogs and their owners as not all dogs cause noise and trouble. Nice that there was a small fridge and safe and in overall, ok stay.

Had a great stay at this Hotel for two nights from Wednesday 21st September, This Hotel is very fresh looking, I believe opened in 2021. A couple of hundred yards from the Central Station. You can see this Hotel directly in front of the Station. Turn left out of the Hotel and a further 5 minutes walk will take you to the pedestrian shopping area. Nice bedroom and bathroom with walk in shower. Nice breakfast and staff...nothing negative to say about this property. Intercity hotels are a great brand with fair prices. Well done to all staff.

La facciade non è affatto terribile, ma l’interno per contro è magnifico l’hotel è molto pulito. Le camere sono incredibili e la bagno con marmella aggiunge enormemente di charme. Petit bèmol est qu’on entende la circulation pendant la nuit. Le wifi est top, la réception parle aussi bien anglais que’allemand et même français. Le parking payant est correct. J’ai adoré mon passage ici

Questo hotel mi ha costretto 600 euro a notte. Dev'essere stato qualcosa a Dortmund per chiunque pagare questo perché è più come un bagagliaio che un hotel. Sono arrivato alle 11:00. Il mio soggiorno è stato pagato interamente dal mio agente di viaggio aziendale. Dissero che non avevano camere e che dovevo aspettare e mi portavano in un altro luogo della città. Ero molto turbato e rifiutato di muovermi e finalmente trovarono una stanza. A questo punto era quasi mezzanotte. Ho chiesto se potessi ordinare una birra per andare in camera mia. La risposta era no, ma potevo andare in un altro hotel vicino a un bar. 600 euro alla notte. Sono arrivato in camera mia, che era buona e pulita se fondamentale. Ci erano solo sockets europei. Ho apnea del sonno e ho bisogno di un dispositivo cpap e un adattatore per un plug in Regno Unito. Ogni marito che ho mai avuto ha i plug universali (almeno uno o due in ogni camera). Questo posto non ha nessuno. Basta basi tedesche. Ho chiamato e ho detto che avete un adattatore, li avrete anche venduto. Io pagherò persino qualcuno che va a prenderlo. Mi è stato detto, no, non abbiamo e non abbiamo un concierge o qualcuno come questo e non ci aiuteremo. Anche se significa che morirete. Vera ospitità mario. Quindi immagino che nessuno senza il proprio adattatore sia fuori fortuna in questo “hotel”. Ho provato l’internet. Fortunatamente anche l’internet appare ma non funziona. Ho chiamato il desk front. Senti, è solo un telefono. Non c'è risposta o disturbo.Questa è la peggiore esperienza che abbia mai avuto in un hotel al punto di prezzo o in un Marriot in tutto il mondo, e ho soggiornato in molti di loro per molti anni. Questo posto dovrebbe perdere l’accreditamento e la gestione dovrebbe essere sostituita. Non rimanere qui a meno che non si ottiene una stanza per 50 euro a notte, forse 75, che è tutto il che vale la pena è basicamente un bel bagagli appena fuori una strada. Se Marriot vede questo, qualcuno può contattarmi, per favore, perché questo hotel mi ha causato problemi di salute e è stato un disgrazia per la vostra marca.

L'hotel è una casa fortificata convertita dal 13° secolo, con vaste aree per camminare in un bel sole di Pasqua. Il colazione è abbondante e vi è una buona scelta di cibo e un'offerta infinita di caffè. Le camere sono pulite, i letti confortevoli, e super-calmate. Se fosse tutto quello che sapevo di questo posto, sarebbe sufficiente raccomandarlo. Ma non è tutto quello che so. Ci sono altri. Cosa mette a parte gli hotel è attenzione ai dettagli. E questo hotel ha questo - tutti i piccoli tocchi che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno molto più bello, hanno spinto i letti insieme perché sapevano che eravamo sposati, hanno aperto le zone tranquille per noi di sedere e godere di un caffè. Ma ci sono ancora di più. Il personale è amichevole, competente e sempre li' per voi. È particolarmente menzionato il personale notturno, Ann-Christin e Erdal, che in qualche modo sono sempre riusciti a trovare il tempo per un bel chat con noi nonostante dover gestire molte cose all'uno all'altro. E' divertente.

Viel Schatten, wenig Licht es gibt in diesem Hotel zwei verschiedene Kategorien: Standard und Superior wir hatten Superior gebucht. Am Samstag bei Anreise wurden wir sofort gebeten, die Zimmerrechnung zu bezahlen. Das ist ungewöhnlich, aber ok. Als wir dann das Zimmer betraten, stellen wir fest, dass wir eine falsche Kategorie bekommen hatten. Also zurück zur Rezeption. Die junge Dame war völlig überfordert und bestätigte, dass wir ein Standardzimmer bekommen hatten und kein Superior. Sie holte sich Hilfe bei Herrn F. Welche Funktion er hat, wissen wir nicht. er hat sich nicht vorgestellt. Allerdings schaute er in den Computer und sagte, dass er jetzt am Samstag Abend nichts mehr tun könne, das Hotel sei ausgebucht. Als Kompensation und Entschädigung würde er uns für den folgenden Morgen zum Frühstück einladen, und ein Zimmerwechsel am nächsten Tag. Mehr könne er für uns nicht tun. Damit war das Gespräch für ihn beendet und wandte sich wieder seiner Restaurantkasse zu. Nach unserer Auffassung ist dieses Verhalten Betrug. Er hatte unser Geld schon kassiert. Für 2 Nächte Superior Zimmer! Am nächsten Morgen sprachen wir dann mit einer netten Kollegin an der Rezeption. Frau M. war im Gegensatz zu ihrem Kollegen kompetent und handlungswillig. Sie organisierte den Zimmerwechsel, erstattete den zuviel bezahlten Superioraufschlag und eine Kompensation für die gestörte Nachtruhe. Der Unterschied zwischen Standard und Superior ist die Lage: Hauptverkehrsstrasse und Innenhof. und wir hatten ausdrücklich Innenhof bestellt. Nach der positiven Überraschung an der Rezeption der zweite Schock: das Frühstück. Das Hotel wird durch die Lage zum Musical vornehmlich von Busgruppen frequentiert. Wir hatten uns schon erst zu 10 Uhr für das Frühstück vorbereitett, um dem Ansturm der Busgruppen aus dem Weg zu gehen. Aber es war eine Katastrophe! Die drei Servicekräfte waren heillos überfordert. Schlachtfeld trifft es wohl am Besten. und keiner der Mitarbeiter war in der Lage etwas Ordnung in das Chaos zu bringen. Wenn Sie irgendwie können, suchen Sie sich ein anderes Hotel! Und wenn Sie es schon nicht vermeiden können, dann buchen Sie unbedingt Superior. Erstens ist an Schlaf bei Zimmern der Standardkategorie zur Strassenseite nicht zu denken und zweitens finden Sie dort eine Einrichtung, die wohl noch aus dem 70er Jahren stammt. Die Superiorzimmer sind zur ruhigen Hofseite und sehen aus, als wenn sie in den 90er Jahren mal renoviert wurden. (auch schon 30 Jahre her....) Selbst die Nähe zum Musicaltheater macht es nicht erträglicher. Das Musical selbst ist auch nach 30 Jahren immer noch eine Reise wert!
