For the above problem you mentioned(quality of breakfast and room cleanness), we've immediately reported these issues to the hotel management group and will soonly make corresponding adjustment. We are about 3kms from the Songshan Lake which will take 10mins by car to get there and about 20kms from the downtown which will take about 45mins by car to get there if the traffic is good. And we send an attendant around the swimming pool is for the guest's safety. Sorry this made you feel unpleasant. We hope you can give us one more chance to see our progress. We look forward to bringing you different surprises when you check in next time.
