Me ne sono andato subito la stessa notte,zona non bella,vicino c’è uno stabile disabitato dove vi risiedono drogati e barboni e l’hotel è frequentato da giovani non proprio per bene

This is my fourth time staying at B2 Hotel. This time, I stayed for five nights, from November 24 to 29. The hotel often has issues with its Wi-Fi system, and I had to ask them to renew it daily by sending a message through their Line app. Overall, the experience was okay. The nightly room rate is approximately 600 baht or more, depending on the booking. I stayed in a Triple Room. On our last night, my son accidentally dropped a small amount of paint on the mattress—just a few drops that could easily be washed out. However, the hotel charged me 900 baht for this, which I think is excessive. If the stain couldn’t be removed, I would understand the charge, but it could easily be cleaned with detergent. Despite this, they still charged the high fee, which was very disappointing. The service was also quite poor, especially customer service. The front office staff needs more training to be attentive to details. I stayed here mainly because of its convenient location near my workplace, but I won’t be coming back again.

Cost effective

Rudely told customers to move the care while we are loading, checking in, and getting the ID Card from the car even though there was no other car behind us, then lied that we parked the car for many hours and refused to move the car when the fact was that we only parked maybe 15 minutes during the loading and checking in period.

Overall, the hotel is good, and the air conditioning is cool. I am a B2 customer and have stayed at the Udon branch before. However, the cabinets and furniture are quite old, which causes a musty wood smell and a metallic odor.

Not clean properly, this property need to renovate well, room not clean , just cleaning staff change the bed sheets , if you walk at room 2 min your legs become black , broken floor , after opening never renovations

The location is far from shops and not cleaning well.

The room condition is really poor. Flooring stripes off, , counter surface in very poor condition, air conditioning unit very noisy, toilet and shower ares very dirty - not well clean, refrigerator very dirty with a yellow jelly. Its look like they haven't cleaned for ages. Curtain dirty.
