Hotel a Dona Paula, India

Our stay was very comfortable and nice. I had my aged mother travelling with me. Riya at the front desk gave us a room near the lobby which required minimal walking. She was very attentive to my mother's need. Everyone at the hotel was kind and concerned. Gaurav in the dining area went out of his way to cater to our needs. When my mother was not eating, he asked her the reason and brought her probiotic drink for her indigestion. They gave us tables nearest to the buffet so that my mother didn't have to walk. The swimming instructor at the pool took care of my daughter when she was swimming. Only complaint is the room service - simple orders take upwards of 40-50 minutes. Tea was always cold. Overall a nice stay.

Perfect location. Close to Panjim city, restaurants and ******s. Hotel is very nice. Great breakfast buffet and nice pool and gym. Staff are very professional but need to mention the great service provided by front office staff who works the night shift. Deevanshu might be his name. Appreciate the high level of service and assistance he provided.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience with just a few minor issues. Upon arrival, I discovered that my initially assigned room did not have a proper sea view as expected. However, the staff handled the room change process smoothly, ensuring I could move to a room with the desired view without any hassle. One slight disappointment was that despite being a Neupass member, I could not access the high-speed WiFi. While this was a bit inconvenient, the standard plan speed was adequate and fast enough for my needs, so it did not significantly impact my stay. The resort's buffet offered a good spread with a wide variety of dishes. However, some dishes were a little bland for my taste. This can be a matter of personal preference, and the excellent choice of food options still ensured that there was something for everyone. Despite these minor drawbacks, my four-night stay was enjoyable, and the positive aspects of the experience far outweighed the minor issues encountered. I want to thank the housekeeping team for the delightful surprise they arranged on our anniversary. The cake, balloons, and music made our celebration memorable and added a heartwarming touch to our stay.

Vengo qui con la mia famiglia per una bella cena il mio compleanno, e il cuoco si è assicurato che la migliore qualità del cibo fosse servita e tutto era così perfetto. Il cibo delizioso, l'atmosfera grande, le bevande buone .... Sicuramente consiglierei questo posto a tutti e il personale era davvero molto cordiale. L'hotel è molto pulito, il personale è attento e gentile. La palestra è molto piccola e dispone di pochi attrezzature. Ottima posizione. Tuttavia, il tasso giornaliero è troppo alto per ciò che l'hotel offre. Questo è probabilmente perché è una zona turistica. Ho chiesto una stanza con vista sulla spiaggia e mi hanno dato una stanza sul primo piano dove non potevi vedere nulla.

Taj è il migliore in ogni servizio.Abbiamo visitato Taj Holiday per il nostro anniversario e il nostro soggiorno è stato eccellente. Il colazione è stato sorprendente e ha molte varietà. Taj è il miglior hotel in ospitalità. Il personale di lobby dell'hotel Saily ci ha aiutati molto, ha aggiornato la nostra stanza in un cottage, ha anche dato un compleanno di Pasqua e ha decorato la nostra stanza. Abbiamo visitato e goduto la proprietà Taj Fort Aguada come accessibile dal Taj Holiday Village Resort, la proprietà è sorprendente e ha una vista tranquilla e bella spiaggia. Hey… Though I’m posting it really late but I have no words to describe the services we got. We have planned in the beginning of our trip three days then we extended for another five days eight days were irreplaceable the staff, the chef, the girl named Sapna next to the pool who was serving food was also very nice and calm, I don’t remember all the names but Sapna, Sadhna, security staff on duty was also pretty much cooperative Chef Sainath they all have been so kind, can’t describe how fast their team works from in all the possible ways, we were surprise to see that how everything could be so perfect all the staff from reception team working under ***ager, fantastic services worth paying for Fairfield by Marriott. Writing this after a guilt that i was not able to rate there services and hard work on time which was truly impeccable. Thanks team marriot

I had gone with my family for a 5 day trip to goa and chose this property based on the good feedback and reviews i got. In a nutshell the only saving grace of this property is its Food and beverage dept. I am thankfull to the entire team @ Latest Receipe for providing a very good meal at all items and special Thanks to Chef Mr. Naveen for making it extra special for me and my family. The food you made was just amazing and the hospitality of Mr Naveen and his team was top notch. Thank you once again. The 2 major letdown of this property is its front desk which lacks the energy and enthusiasm which a brand i.e Le Méridien is known of and secondly is its housekeeping. I had to especially call upon the duty ***ager to my room 3019 to show him the de graded quality of linen , dirty towels which housekeeping staff put in my room and also no shower gel replenished even when the entire bottle was empty. Thats all i have to say.
