We had booked it through Agoda. On reaching hotel at night the *** at counter said there is no booking in your name. Ultimately I contacted Agoda help desk and I asked them to send the confirmation email and contact me. They said they will confirm me once they send the mail. The help desk number I think is of Singapore. I had to make several calls there. They ultimately sent the email and rooms were alloted to us. But Agoda never contacted me. As we were leaving after waiting outside for 1 hour with my 88 years old father, the counter person told us the confirmation is received. The rooms are average. I will advise that never book rooms through Agoda. Book through any Indian Agency. The breakfast is average but meals are horrible and spicy. On the day when we left the hotel the hotel kitchen was closed without any notice.
