Hotel a Doha,

il servizio è stato ottimo, mi è piaciuto molto e anche il cibo era buono ed era caldo?

What a super hotel and probably one of the best that we have ever stayed in! Hotel is extremely clean and modern, with all the facilities that you would need. Breakfast was amazing and staff went out of their way to make sure we felt like royalty! Our room was super nice and had a beautiful view overlooking the Doha Skyline - incredible. Staff were all amazing, always polite and helpful. Rooftop bar is great way to spend an evening with views overlooking Doha. Our best part was when we arrived early from the airport ( 9am) and we were taken to the breakfast room where we were given free tea and breakfast until our room was ready. What an amazing start - thankyou Alwady for an incredible holiday.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is great and near the souq which we think is the best part of Doha and the authentic experience. The hotel apartments could use some renovations and upgrades here and there to improve its quality.

We have stayed at this hotel almost every year either as Doha being our destination or a break point for onwards travel or return and all our experiences have been the best to say the least. However, as some say it takes one bad experience and all good ones get suppressed very quick. This stay, our first impression at the checkin left a bad taste to the experience. The hotel policy is that checkin is at 3pm and we know that from previous experience and booking details, however previously the staff were very polite in saying the room was wasn’t ready or they can check us in but a little later and on some occasions we were given a room early, however this time we were bluntly told checkin is at 3pm and to come back then. Baggage can be held. The checkin staff was either overwhelmed with work or angry about something but he did not show professionalism. He was getting upset with another staff member and was bluntly rude. Dashed off in the back telling another staff to stay in the front. We left our baggage and came back at 1.30pm with another staff at checkin and was allocated a room straight away and infect got an upgrade. I made the comment that I wish she was there earlier with him standing next to her. His reaction was, ‘sorry to keep you waiting’. I don’t think that was genuinely said as he had no sincerity in it and straight away start d chatting to some ladies that were on the counter. Room was good but we got a joining room and I don’t like those rooms as you can almost hear everything from the other room as the door is the only barrier. As the stay was for 2 nights, I wasn’t going to create any fuse. The amenities in the room like soap, shower gel etc is still in small pack, so if you and your partner have a shower once, you’ll have to call to get another set or buy some yourselves. I would have expected better. Bed and pillows comfortable. A/C was quiet but it seemed to go into power saving mode in the middle of the night as you would wake up hot and sweaty but after a couple of minutes it would cool up again. Breakfast was booked as part of the booking and as usual, it was very well catered. Lots of variety and good quality. Staff were excellent and did everything to impress. Overall, location is excellent and rooms are nice but starting to show it’s age. Would I return, maybe. There was a time I could say definitely and would recommend the hotel eyes closed but this experience has led to think that I should try other hotels in the vicinity as I feel the quality would or could be better. Other staff such as bell boys and coffee staff at checkin were excellent and very helpful. I wish I had a better checkin experience.

Prenotato per un breve soggiorno di una notte prima di un volo alle 2 di notte, è stato adeguato alle nostre esigenze. Ci ha dato una stanza in cui rilassarci e rinfrescarci prima di un volo di 11 ore. Il servizio era OK, piuttosto lento con il check-in ma non avevamo fretta. I comfort erano OK, le strutture erano un po' carenti poiché Trip.com mostra due piscine quando ce n'è solo una piccola su un soppalco. La camera era di buone dimensioni, un po' angusta se si hanno molti bagagli ma ha fatto il suo dovere. La nostra camera, la 101, sembra essere una camera che è stata modificata per essere accessibile a persone con mobilità ridotta. Ciò significava che la separazione della doccia non c'era e il bagno si è quasi allagato quando io e mia moglie abbiamo fatto la doccia. Very nice stay in this hotel. It's actually a series of.different hotels in the same souk waqif area and between them they have pretty much everything. Location is superb, certainly for a first time in Doha. Near the Metro too so it's easy to get around. The staff were extra helpful and eager to please. Any issues we had were resolved quickly. Possibly the most comfortable bed ever, even better than marriott. It's a 5 star with a few teething problems, but the friendly staff more than make up for any short comings. Recommended.

Recentemente sono rimasto al Parco Hyatt Doha e ho avuto un'esperienza eccezionale. In primo luogo, la posizione dell'hotel è perfetta conveniente con facile accesso alle opzioni di shopping e cena vicino. Il personale era professionale, amichevole e andò fuori dal loro modo per assicurarmi che avessi tutto quello che avevo bisogno. La camera era spaziosa, impeccabilmente pulita e dotata di moderne strutture. Il letto era incredibilmente comodo, offrendo un riposo di notte. Il bagno era lussuoso, con i bagni di alta qualità e una fantastica doccia pioggia. Uno dei punti di vista della mia permanenza era le opzioni di cena dell’hotel. Il buffet di colazione aveva una vasta varietà, la catering a tutti i gusti, e la qualità dei cibi era eccellente. Ho anche goduto del centro fitness e spa sereno dell’hotel, che ha aggiunto un grande toccamento al mio soggiorno. In generale, la mia esperienza a Park Hyatt Doha è stata fantastica e lo consiglio molto a chiunque cercasse un soggiorno di lusso e relax a Doha.

This was my second stay and everything was great. The room is average but excellent for this price. The employees were super nice and full of understanding. I loved my stay here. The picture is the view from the balcony.

We had a wonderful stay in Mandarin Oriental Doha in our recent family trip during Chinese New Year holidays.  The room is spacious for my family of four with 2 young children.  All the staff are friendly, especially the servers in Mosaic who could address me by name in the second morning without telling them my room number.  We also ordered room service once and the staff Faroh is extremely helpful.

My stay at Ramada Encore Hotel was truly pleasant. The staff were professional and welcoming, making my visit comfortable and enjoyable. I especially want to thank the kind young lady at the reception—though I forgot her name, her warm and helpful attitude made a great impression on me. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a friendly atmosphere. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
