Uno dei migliori hotel a Doha ero nel paese per la prima volta con la mia piccola madre e il mio bambino, dal primo passo all'hotel abbiamo visto il caldo benvenuto da una ospite marocchina (scusate non ricordo il suo nome 🙏) che ci ha avvicinato, Tenendo il mio bambino e cominciando a divertirlo, ci ha guidato alla Reception dove ho incontrato il direttore del Front Office Ghada Abdelwahed, che ha fatto del suo meglio per rendere il nostro soggiorno all'hotel comodo e rilassato. Il giorno dopo, nel concierge e nella reception del lobby, si accorse che il mio bambino è un po' malato, e hanno mandato alla nostra stanza torte e frutti complimentari che desiderano il mio bambino presto. Le camere sono molto belle, pulite e confortevoli. I ristoranti sono di classe premium con un cibo molto delizioso. Sono al massimo servizio e il livello dell'hotel. Io consiglio a tutti. We booked 3 rooms for 2 nights for family to attend the AFC finals. The main reason behind this choice was the cowvineniat location 10 min from the final stadium and the claimed 24 hr mall(which turned to be a hypermarket, no even pharmacy or atm machine). We arrived around 17.30 which should be convenient time for check in. But the reception had only 1 receptionist who was thriving to assist everyone, which was too hard. Later on she had Nisreen who attended us and was trying to allocate our twin preferred rooms. She was so nice altough too much pressurized by the demand of guests unlike Hamza who was so rigid in dealing with us. At last we got 2 rooms one with king and 1 ready twin and other was collected after 1 hour. Strangely, due to the structure of the hotel, the higher you go the smaller your room became 🙈i totally understand that if the view shall compensate but unfortunately due the steel design it does not at all. So i ended up with small king room and obstructed view. I was fine due to the quick stay and high demand. Morning i found out there was no hot water in the shower !!! Here it really comes on my nervous. I called requesting room change and was promised this shall take place at noon. Breakfast in the hotel is too normal. Nothing to highlight. I packed up so they can transfer my luggage to the new room and came back around 15.15!! And apparently no one had any action toward my demand. Nisreen again was so nice to assist me and get me another nicer room with a working shower! And she accompanied me to the room ensuring everything is fine and had complimentary cake and fruit to us too. She is the only person who seems to care about the guest impression about the hotel. Finally we settled in, rooms are generally specious don’t get higher floors. Acceptable cleaning level. Soundproofing is too bad! I could hear the noise in the street and corridor. We can hear other rooms through the joining door too! Bathroom is specious with generous amenities. In room dining is affordable but low quality. We tried kids sliders, pasta and mozerlla sticks were not that good. Pizza was fine. Checking out was easy.

Il peggiore servizio che avrete mai avuto. Chiediamo a un manager di aiutarci e chiedere la considerazione come prenota per incontrare amici. Non ci hanno permesso di entrare nella stanza. Come per il tipo che ci parla. Il suo nome è Tony e sembra che il suo approccio a noi sia più che una sicurezza alberghiera e reagisce tutto il tempo durante la conversazione invece di rispondere. Anche il modo in cui ci parla, forse perché siamo asiatici, è per questo che non mostra nemmeno un approccio professionale e invece di spiegarlo bene. E dirci che tutte le regole sono scritte su carta che il segno dei nostri amici che arrivano prima all'hotel e insistendo che, dovremmo passare tutto mentre i nostri amici sono in fretta a firmare alla reception e non essere informati del momento. Poiché abbiamo prenotato l'hotel attraverso la piattaforma e non si è detto che non potevamo arrivare tardi di notte, abbiamo prenotato l'hotel fino al giorno successivo.

Hotel meraviglioso situato su un'isola artificiale, hall bellissima come tutto l'ingresso. Le camere sono molto spaziose ma l'arredamento è vecchio e non pratico, moquette sporca, abbiamo provato a chiedere una camera senza moquette ma non ne avevano. Abbiamo chiesto del ghiaccio in camera (il frigo non funzionava) per 2 sere consecutive ma niente. La porta del bagno non si chiudeva. Nel corridoio che portava alle camere sempre con la moquette non sono mai passati a pulire ner 3 giorni soggiornati (periodo di capodanno ma che c'entra) . La reception non prenotava i loro ristoranti, per andare a cenare al ristorante Antika all'ultimo piano mi hanno detto di andarci da solo che aprivano alle 18, una volta arrivato l'ho trovato chiuso!! Mentre al ristorante Al-Sufra alle 21 chiudevano le ordinazioni e alle 22 chiudevano proprio ..... Il N’Awlins jazz bar era chiuso. Non ci hanno spiegato che per avere un taxi bisognava scaricare un'applicazione Uber, ci siamo trovati in seria difficoltà per trovarne uno in mezzo alla città. Secondo me mancavano quella serie di attenzioni e servizi che merita un hotel a 5 stelle (il personale disponibilissimo per quel che poteva) che ripeto esternamente e molto bello ma alle camere manca di un restyling completo.

I went twice to the Pool there on the 5th floor (la pergola lounge) it was an amazing experience for me and my friends and great service there, staff Mohamed at the pool bar is a great guy and always made sure we got the best and fast service.... Def. I will be going more there.

Il hardware software è di prima classe, c'è una macchina ATM al primo piano, supporta la banca unica di carte (compresa la carta di debito) con entusiasmo per guidare. La colazione è molto ricco, la qualità è molto alta, l'esperienza di soggiorno è molto buona e il prezzo è ragionevole!
