Hotel a Doha,

I really liked this hotel. Especially the staff. From the receptionist to the waiters in the restaurant, everyone was very professional and helpful. The room was clean and quiet, however, extra toiletries like toothpaste and shaving equipment needed to be bought from the hotel. I found the breakfast basic but pleasant with a few warm dishes, coffee, tea, breads and a nice salad bar. Given the price of food in Qatar, the breakfast was well worth the price. There are also a few local restaurants and convenience stores near the hotel. It was also nice to have an airport shuttle since the metro, while not far, is still a challenge to get to if you're hauling heavy luggage. If you time your flights well enough, you'll be able to get a free pickup from the airport and free send off to the airport. Look out for a small purple bus with the hotel's logo. It will be in a specified area for hotel busses near the arrival area of the airport. But do note that the shuttle only runs every 2-4 hours. Overall, a good stay for an overnight layover.

Questo hotel non è buono, oltre a essere un po'vecchio, è confortevole vivere. La stanza è molto pulita e veloce. Il ristorante interno è buono. Qualsiasi cosa dovrebbe essere tranquillo

Very good hotel, room very luxuous, small problem we didn’t have hot water for the shower but didn’t ask because we spent only a view hours to sleep between flights

Sono rimasto sorpreso dal fatto che l'hotel sia stato valutato così basso, mi è piaciuto molto il mio soggiorno durante la sosta di Doha. L'hotel è vicino all'aeroporto, la camera è spaziosa con una bella vista, molto pulita, niente di cui lamentarsi

È un hotel per il transito. Buona posizione per accedere all'aeroporto. L'hotel ha preso più di un'ora in linea di check-in.Solo un personale alla reception sta facendo controlli mentre 5-6 persone stanno facendo altro con una linea di oltre 20 persone. Sento il profumo di fumare in camera. Devi cambiare camera. E'un buon valore per un breve soggiorno, ma non si aspetta molto servizi.

Per il trasferimento, ho dimenticato di fare delle foto... Le camere sono così grandi e grandi, con tutti i tipi di elettrodomestici completi... L'atteggiamento del personale è molto buono, reception aperta 24 ore su 24, c'è un ristorante e un deposito bagagli il primo piano... Si consiglia di provare la sera il ristorante locale di fronte all'hotel. Ah, il prezzo è economico e il gusto è molto autentico. Il punto è stringere con la gente del posto per mangiare con le mani. È incredibile. Haha... Sono venuto per un tour di mezza giornata a Doha. L'intero viaggio è stato giocato con Uber e il prezzo non è costoso.

Tutti amichevoli, spazio e spazio pulito e bagno, bella zona di tetto, vicino all'aeroporto e zona urbana da Uber. Tutto è stato buono! Guardando avanti a essere indietro.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is great and near the souq which we think is the best part of Doha and the authentic experience. The hotel apartments could use some renovations and upgrades here and there to improve its quality.

We have stayed at this hotel almost every year either as Doha being our destination or a break point for onwards travel or return and all our experiences have been the best to say the least. However, as some say it takes one bad experience and all good ones get suppressed very quick. This stay, our first impression at the checkin left a bad taste to the experience. The hotel policy is that checkin is at 3pm and we know that from previous experience and booking details, however previously the staff were very polite in saying the room was wasn’t ready or they can check us in but a little later and on some occasions we were given a room early, however this time we were bluntly told checkin is at 3pm and to come back then. Baggage can be held. The checkin staff was either overwhelmed with work or angry about something but he did not show professionalism. He was getting upset with another staff member and was bluntly rude. Dashed off in the back telling another staff to stay in the front. We left our baggage and came back at 1.30pm with another staff at checkin and was allocated a room straight away and infect got an upgrade. I made the comment that I wish she was there earlier with him standing next to her. His reaction was, ‘sorry to keep you waiting’. I don’t think that was genuinely said as he had no sincerity in it and straight away start d chatting to some ladies that were on the counter. Room was good but we got a joining room and I don’t like those rooms as you can almost hear everything from the other room as the door is the only barrier. As the stay was for 2 nights, I wasn’t going to create any fuse. The amenities in the room like soap, shower gel etc is still in small pack, so if you and your partner have a shower once, you’ll have to call to get another set or buy some yourselves. I would have expected better. Bed and pillows comfortable. A/C was quiet but it seemed to go into power saving mode in the middle of the night as you would wake up hot and sweaty but after a couple of minutes it would cool up again. Breakfast was booked as part of the booking and as usual, it was very well catered. Lots of variety and good quality. Staff were excellent and did everything to impress. Overall, location is excellent and rooms are nice but starting to show it’s age. Would I return, maybe. There was a time I could say definitely and would recommend the hotel eyes closed but this experience has led to think that I should try other hotels in the vicinity as I feel the quality would or could be better. Other staff such as bell boys and coffee staff at checkin were excellent and very helpful. I wish I had a better checkin experience.
