"È un hotel per il transito. Buona posizione per accedere all'aeroporto.
L'hotel ha preso più di un'ora in linea di check-in.Solo un personale alla reception sta facendo controlli mentre 5-6 persone stanno facendo altro con una linea di oltre 20 persone.
Sento il profumo di fumare in camera. Devi cambiare camera.
E'un buon valore per un breve soggiorno, ma non si aspetta molto servizi."

"Concierges could have been on shift later in regards to calling for advice for things reception did not have the answers for.
Hellen was amazing she went above and beyond for me during my stay at Mondrian. I even left some bits behind which I only noticed 2 days after leaving the hotel. Hellen called me back after I alerted the hotel and informed me that my items were stored in a safe space and gave me a reference code to collect my bits.
I would advise also expanding a beauty services in regards to manicure with gel nails. I went elsewhere through recommendation of the hotel reception staff."

Leggi il libro nel cortile, improvvisamente un po'di testa, e vidi la grande navetta.
La vita vive per la prima volta su una piccola isola.L'esperienza perfetta.Il servizio è anche eccellente.Microscritto ricorda che il lampo di luce verticale sulla testa del letto non ha premuto il pulsante.

L’ho apprezzato tantissimo per la sua formula all inclusive ( e anche per questo l’ho scelto ) unica in tutto il Qatar. Colazione, pranzo e cena a buffet con ogni tipo di piatti anche per i palati raffinati. Buffet di verdure e dolci oltre che a tanta frutta e gelato. Inoltre per un pranzo leggero ( si fa per dire ) alle 12:00 pizza, hot dog, hamburger e gelato. Vari ristoranti tematici su prenotazione. Spiaggia privata con ombrelloni e lettini, mare pulito e cristallino. Lo consiglio a tutti"

"This is my 4th time in this hotel. I was impressed this time with the staff's eagerness to overcome my negative comments about the breakfast from my previous stay.
The chef himself, Mr.Nizam, made sure that I would have a different experience this time, and he did amazingly.

"Durante il gioco F1, tutti gli hotel sono aumentati.Ma questa casa non è cresciuta!Tutto il tipo di camera è una suite (appartamento a hotel, una camera, una cucina e una difesa), e un balcone frigorifero.Tutti gli attrazioni sono molto vicine e possono camminare.
Trasporti: l'aereo esce con la linea rossa, quattro stazioni, quindi arrivano 15 minuti.Poi cammina per sette minuti all'hotel.Tutti si sentono bene!Devi fare una bicicletta.
Perché la mappa di Google non mostra la metropolitana, si sente lontana, in realtà molto vicina.È più conveniente prendere l'auto.
Colazione: servizio privato uno per uno. Se non vuoi mangiare cibo occidentale, puoi dire all'hotel in anticipo, preparare noci di riso il giorno dopo.

Abbiamo avuto il nostro primo pranzo al ristorante italiano Sel & Miel , il cibo e il personale sono sorprendenti, ci hanno sorpreso con torta e fiori per il nostro 50° anniversario di matrimonio e hanno preso molte foto per noi dalla loro telecamera Polaroid. Grazie speciali ai migliori custodi che ci hanno sorpreso di aver costruito la nostra stanza. Ci hanno colpito l'invito di Nassira e Huda a prendere il tè marocchino al bar. Vorrei ringraziare in particolare tutti i membri del personale del Lagoon ristorante, Suhila, yasmin, Hatim, Elma, Duwi,luyoni, e le belle ragazze Balaneeis che ci prendono cura durante i nostri 5 giorni di soggiorno. i nostri amici e familiari.

HHMTravellingL'hotel era grande, il personale era molto amichevole. Quando arrivato il check-in era immediato e abbiamo ricevuto una bevanda di benvenuto gratuita, insieme a 2 buoni da bere per essere usati all'interno della sala dell'hotel.
La stanza era molto spaziosa, pulita e comprendeva una varietà di servizi.
Abbiamo usato la palestra sul sito e era grande, ha tutto quello che vuoi/vogliamo in una palestra!
Abbiamo avuto colazione al check-out e era fantastico, c'erano molte opzioni, molto ben messo e buon gusto. Mi hanno anche fornito una tazza di yogurt per il check-out, perché non avevamo molto tempo prima del nostro volo. Amazing customer service.
Rimanere qui ancora e consigliare molto.

UUtente ospiteIt was great! We arrived very early ( before 7:30am ) and never expected our room ( superior room double queen ) to be ready. But indeed the night manager was there to extend a very warm welcome and served us drinks and damp towels to freshen up , then proposed to show us another room if we were interested so we had a choice. So he brought us to view both---the one we originally booked and a one bedroom apartment in another building that he thought we might want to see. We found the latter more spacious and brighter and the affable manager immediately offered us a complimentary upgrade even before we made our decision. So we eventually went for the apartment and within minutes all our suitcases were brought up.
The nice apartment has a living room cum a dining area , and a small balcony. There is an open kitchen with complimentary snacks and drinks in the fridge, plus assorted tea sachets and coffee capsules. Fresh bottled water replenished daily and it were the little things they put after housekeeping left that made the stay extra comfy e.g. the little book mark placed on one of our books, or extra velcro ties for our cables and chargers casually lying around the desk.
The main bathroom is spacious with all the toiletries daily replenished while there is a separate toilet at one end. In the living room there is a nook with a desk and stationery, plus all the cables and cords for any type of phones and gadgets.
We never had to ask for iron and ironing board because they were already provided, placed inside the wardrobe. The safe was not functioning properly ---failed to lock when we first checked in, but soon they sent some technician up and got it fixed the next day.
Bedding is starched white , very clean and very white. Air con is at a comfy temperature although it was over 44C when we were there it was never too uncomfortably chilly.
Concierge is pleasant and helpful and UBER taxis are convenient.
There is a Harrods cafe just down the hotel pathway, a rough 3-4 minutes walk , plus other restaurants, cafes and ice cream parlours in the area. There is a Chinese restaurant that is under MO that boasts the best Chinese cuisine in Doha.
The Souq Waqif is within walking distance, but the place only comes alive after 5pm when the sun is less scorching. In the day time hardly a soul is found on the streets. People just flock to malls. There in the souq you can find rows and rows of shops selling herbs and perfumes, clothes and shoes, as well as restaurants, cafes , grocery stores and souvenir shops.
MO Doha is in a safe area even after midnight because at night there are security guards stationed at almost all street corners where the streets all link up and lead you back to the hotel. Doha people are friendly and nice , and Doha is a very disciplined and safe place so there is no problem for anyone , or specifically women , to venture out on their own any time of the day or night.
MO Doha certainly has top security at every entrance and exit , the hotel is very clean and comfortable albeit the shower could be a bit more powerful. All in all, I would not hesitate to stay there again.

NNaleshWe have stayed at this hotel almost every year either as Doha being our destination or a break point for onwards travel or return and all our experiences have been the best to say the least. However, as some say it takes one bad experience and all good ones get suppressed very quick.
This stay, our first impression at the checkin left a bad taste to the experience. The hotel policy is that checkin is at 3pm and we know that from previous experience and booking details, however previously the staff were very polite in saying the room was wasn’t ready or they can check us in but a little later and on some occasions we were given a room early, however this time we were bluntly told checkin is at 3pm and to come back then. Baggage can be held. The checkin staff was either overwhelmed with work or angry about something but he did not show professionalism. He was getting upset with another staff member and was bluntly rude. Dashed off in the back telling another staff to stay in the front.
We left our baggage and came back at 1.30pm with another staff at checkin and was allocated a room straight away and infect got an upgrade. I made the comment that I wish she was there earlier with him standing next to her. His reaction was, ‘sorry to keep you waiting’. I don’t think that was genuinely said as he had no sincerity in it and straight away start d chatting to some ladies that were on the counter.
Room was good but we got a joining room and I don’t like those rooms as you can almost hear everything from the other room as the door is the only barrier. As the stay was for 2 nights, I wasn’t going to create any fuse. The amenities in the room like soap, shower gel etc is still in small pack, so if you and your partner have a shower once, you’ll have to call to get another set or buy some yourselves. I would have expected better. Bed and pillows comfortable. A/C was quiet but it seemed to go into power saving mode in the middle of the night as you would wake up hot and sweaty but after a couple of minutes it would cool up again.
Breakfast was booked as part of the booking and as usual, it was very well catered. Lots of variety and good quality. Staff were excellent and did everything to impress.
Overall, location is excellent and rooms are nice but starting to show it’s age. Would I return, maybe. There was a time I could say definitely and would recommend the hotel eyes closed but this experience has led to think that I should try other hotels in the vicinity as I feel the quality would or could be better. Other staff such as bell boys and coffee staff at checkin were excellent and very helpful. I wish I had a better checkin experience.

Tuttavia questa volta ho avuto un problema con il bus navetta: stavamo aspettando con un altro cliente dalle 23:50 alle 00:10 alla fermata dell'autobus all'aeroporto, ma l'autobus non si è presentato. Abbiamo dovuto prendere un taxi. Il mio consiglio sarebbe di mettere un ”nome dell'hotel” molto più grande sull'autobus, altrimenti è un disastro.

UUtente ospiteI had a great time. It was like a home away from home. The hotel staff was very helpful they made my stay at the hotel exceptional, they helped me with recommendations of places to visit, telling me more about what activities take place in those places.
They were always available on the phone(front desk) and they provided assistance wherever it was needed in a short space of time.
I-only had breakfast once, which I think can be improved, but that’s my opinion.
With that being said, I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.Thank you.

PPaparazyThe Hospitality of the St Regis Hotel in Doha is second to none, from the reception to the room was so clean and the view from the room was marvelous, the food in the Chinese restaurant, the morning breakfast and the swift response of the staffs was very hospitable, also complementary transportation within the hotel with the carrier is mind blowing.
Not forgetting the complementary water and towel by the beach side and also at the pool side was wow and cooling to the mind considering the weather.
I would love to go back someday

KKonstantin KCompleted several stays here in March-April and it's definitely gotten worse in terms of facilities - the only one really being the pool. Initially, there were two sun loungers by the pool (already not too many), but in April the pool bar (independently owned) completely took over - loungers were removed, ugly black-draped Iftar service tables installed, tables added to occupy all of the area. If you show up at pool opening time (6 am), there are some napkins and water bottles around and inside the pool. At 4 pm, the manager (?) of the bar shows up with service staff, they start talking loudly and moving the furniture around, making something that's already uncomfortable even more hard to bear - in spite of the pool allegedly open until 6 pm. Very annoying to say the least.
Music from the same bar is clearly audible inside the rooms facing it, too, which may be a nuisance at night.
Otherwise the hotel is quiet, rooms are ok, with the exception of most shower doors that don't close tightly and, opening to the outside of the cabin, let out a lot of water that stays on the floor.
It's not a bad hotel but there are minimal amenities and the above issues must be addressed for it to be highly recommended for the price.

MMary JuneIl mio soggiorno è inoltrabile e sorprendente! Vista della città mi fa piacere avere il mio caffè al mattino. L'hotel è pulito e il servizio in camera è grande! Consigliato e conveniente quando si cerca un soggiorno mentre si spenderà meno mentre si è soddisfatto delle strutture. Il personale è molto accogliente, soprattutto la signora Marijoy che mi aiuta e sceglie la migliore stanza per il mio soggiorno. Grazie e apprezzo 🙏👏❤️

TThiam MengTutti mi hanno fatto sentire davvero a casa nei miei 4 giorni lì. Irfan e Muhaidi e gli altri alla reception hanno ascoltato attentamente le mie richieste e hanno cercato di aiutare dove potevano e mi hanno fornito informazioni in città. Gamal mi ha presentato la stanza e ha anche preso l'iniziativa di guidarmi nel quartiere il giorno successivo. Il personale della Lounge ha anche reso piacevole e piacevole guardare le partite della Coppa del Mondo, a volte venendo a fare chiacchiere sul calcio ed è stato in grado di soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza. Per la posizione, l'hotel si trova a 5 minuti a piedi da una stazione della metropolitana e servizi come ristoranti, supermercati e farmacie.
La camera era fantastica, ma sfortunatamente ho trovato depositi sul beccuccio del bollitore.
