Hotel 5 stelle dotato di ogni comfort, camere spaziose e ben arredate con gusto. 3 piscine e in idromassaggio, posizione favorevole sia per raggiungere l’aeroporto sia il centro di Doha soprattutto il souq e il museo nazionale. L’ho apprezzato tantissimo per la sua formula all inclusive ( e anche per questo l’ho scelto ) unica in tutto il Qatar. Colazione, pranzo e cena a buffet con ogni tipo di piatti anche per i palati raffinati. Buffet di verdure e dolci oltre che a tanta frutta e gelato. Inoltre per un pranzo leggero ( si fa per dire ) alle 12:00 pizza, hot dog, hamburger e gelato. Vari ristoranti tematici su prenotazione. Spiaggia privata con ombrelloni e lettini, mare pulito e cristallino. Lo consiglio a tutti

This is our second time staying in this property and I have to say it never disappoints. This time I had an event in the property and I stayed only for one night with my son. I called the property to request for an early check in and Farooq was kind enough to grant the request. We checked in at 11am! Upon check in, there was one lady who kindly assisted us. Her name is Sharon and I came to know later that she is the Executive Housekeeper in the property. She even went out her way to show me the RIXY KIDS club so my son can enjoy some activities during our stay. She was so kind and warm. We reached the room and we were again surprised to receive some complimentary sweets sent by her. Our stay was nothing short of amazing. More than the amazing facilities of the property, I think it’s really the warmth and kind hospitality of the people in the property that makes this hotel stand out. Will definitely come back again.

The facilities and recreational activities gave us a lot of way to spend our time. Just a bit of suggestion, I hope there will be more choices for the breakfast. Overall, we had a great stay!

Gerçek bir rezalet çok kötü. Asla ailenizle gitmeyin profesyonellikten çok uzak ve resepsiyon berbat asla yardımcı olmuyor. Resepsiyonda Hintli bir kadın ve Faoruk diye biri var Sakın onlarla sorun yaşamayın sizi azarlayabilirler

Хороший отель. Чисто, удобные кровати. Вежливый персонал. Из минусов, далеко от центра, либо минут 40 пешком, либо на такси. От аэропорта ехать минут 15.

Service am Strand ist sehr schwach, in der Sauna auch nicht gut. rRevrption ist O.K. ! House keeping ist sehr gut, im Restaurant ist gut. Das Concierge ist super.

Het hotel is een echt kinderhotel. De kinderen rennen door de eetzaal en als oudere vakantieganger kun je niet rustig eten. De eetzaal is een echte kantine. De bedienden werken erg hard en zijn zeer vriendelijk. Er zijn echter te weinig bedienden om de tafels op te ruimen en te poetsen. De kinderen ( en veel ouders ) laten een grote hoeveelheid etensresten achter op de tafels. Je krijgt geen tafellaken en ook geen stoffen servet, zoals dat eigenlijk in een 5 sterrenrestaurant hoort. Het is erg chaotisch. Wij waren eerder bij Rixos Dubai en Rixos Abu Dhabi naar binnen gelopen om te zien of rixos een goede keuze voor ons zou zijn. Die hotels zien er veel beter en mooier uit. Dat is geen vergelijk met het Rixos Gulf hotel. Veelal zagen we kleine kinderen het eten met de handen van het buffet afhalen en of weer terugleggen! De medewerkers van de receptie, met name Darezhan, is heel behulpzaam! die verdient alle lof! Dhr Faruk van Crust, de koffiebar, is een topper, die kent je gelijk bij naam en verwent je. Sommmige kamers hebben geen zicht, dit was bij ons de eerste dagen zo. Je kijkt dan tegen een traliewerk aan. Mevr Darezhan gaf ons toen een mooie kamer. Als het koud is en je kunt, zoals in ons geval, ;s avonds niet buyiten zitten, dan is de bar met 2 tafeltjes snel vol. Je komt er dan ook niet meer in! Wij hadden all inclusive geboekt en zijn 2 avonden naar het ritz Carlton gelopen om daar tegeb betaling een biertje te drinken.
