Mi diverto qui con i miei amici in questo bellissimo hotel perché tutto qui è fantastico, dal servizio ristorante al servizio in camera, anche tutto è pulito e meraviglioso Il punto forte qui è il team di animazione con claud e il dj mamado e il grande diego mi piacerebbe grazie per il grande lavoro ❤️❤️😘😘 ci vediamo l'anno prossimo

The Hotel is a small but very gently designed and decorated Hotel. Everything is colourful arranged and designed. Also the rooms are colourful designed they are simple and very clean. AC is properly working and big screen TV is also in the room. The have a small SPA and indoor pool. The employees are very friendly and attentive they are trying to read your wishes from your eyes. It was not very crowded when I arrived there. The Hotel is working on All inclusive basis. The food they serve is amazing and delicious. I was very often in Tunisia but the best food I eat in this Hotel. I will definitely come again and stay longer I can only recommend this Hotel.

It's my first time in Djerba. The hotel is quiet and ok. The beach could be in better shape. Special tanks for animator Oussama, he knows how to make the time full of fun, you never bored. Thank you for that 🙂

To be honest "Le petit palais " is very beautiful .. it is situated in à Good place where you can find everything you want . The rooms are comfortable, i liked The food and the drinks . I also enjoyed swimming in The swimming pool. Merci beaucoup à l'animateur #Oussama we played With him a lot. ❤❤❤❤❤

Wróciliśmy dziś w nocy z tego „hotelu”. To, co zastaliśmy po przyjeździe na miejsce to jedna wielka porażka. W pokojach syf, grzyb, pościel i ręczniki poplamione, wanna, umywalka w fatalnym stanie. Na ramie łóżka pełno kurzu. Pokoje zupełnie inne niż na zdjęciach.. po zwróceniu uwagi obsłudze hotelu i pokazaniu im zdjęć nie do końca wiedzieli z czym mamy problem. Recepcjonista pokazywał nam inne pokoje, każdy był w tak samo potwornym stanie. Po pisaniu wielu skarg do biura podróży odbyliśmy rozmowę z dyrektorem hotelu, który również oprowadzał nas po innych pokojach, oferując wymianę, ale zostaliśmy w naszym, bo wszędzie tak samo. Jedzenie w pierwszy dzień było smaczne, co napawało nas optymizmem, jednak potem coraz gorzej (o rewolucjach nie wspomnę ;)), często było zimne, raz dostaliśmy surowego, różowego kurczaka. Większość obsługi mówiła tylko po arabsku i francusku, ciężko było się dogadać, jednak anglojęzyczna część na wieelki plus. Oni ratowali sytuację(dlatego dałam 2 gwiazdki, a nie jedną). Byli bardzo mili, uprzejmi i chętni do pomocy. Co do nich nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń. Plaża hotelowa to jedna wielka porażka, algi w ogóle nie sprzątane (tłumaczą się tym, że za ruszanie ich są wysokie kary, ale jakoś inne hotele nie mają z tym problemu) oraz wszędzie kupy wielbłądów. Na plus był również basen, z którego można było korzystać cały czas, no i mało osób. Ogólnie na Djerbie panuje jeden wielki syf, ta wyspa to wysypisko śmieci. Wszędzie gdzie się nie rozejrzysz - śmieci, zabiedzone, wykończone psy, koty i konie.

The hotel is great! Room was very clean and the breakfast buffet has lots of variety. The staff are very friendly and always very happy to help. The receptionist in special was great! The animation team are the most amazing team ever. Lots of good energy and fun! ( 7amouch , spatcha , simo , maissa ) I will miss them ♥

I like so much this hotel everything is clean and good the beach is amazing bar is great all workers here are amazing Food is good restaurant serves is great And animation team is the best big thank to claud and chef Diego

Never foget this vacation in miramar petit palais every things was wenderful like in paradise .rooms are great food is perfect very kind staff . in restairant bar ....big respect to animation team they are the best of all
