Upon arrival you are surprised that unlike most hotels is da nang this property is not vertically high rise but rather horizontally wide giving everyone view to beautiful landscape, 5 pools as well as the most in demand beautiful beach. Check in process - 5 star - it was efficiently done with zero delays or hassles, the room key was handed over along with explanation document of the facilities. The bags were sent to the room before my arrival to the room. Having an expat manager at the reception was definitely a big plus. Rooms - 5 star - it’s a classic property newly renovated while maintaining its classic atmosphere. The rooms are very large with large bathrooms that offer bathtub as well as walk-in shower which is very convenient and offers you a choice. The bed was very comfortable and the room was absolutely silent. They offered every amenity possible including bath salt which was refilled daily and turndown service was great as they always left some sweet savory to enjoy before bed time :) Dining experience - 5 star - they have two restaurants. One is French Vietnamese and the second one is on the beach. The Beach restaurant offered very nice grilled platter, which was perfect to Enjoy the evening by the Seaside as well as the draft beer to go along during lunch they offered burgers and pizzas. The French-Vietnamese restaurant offered meals that were presented with right balance of flavors and local twist that were almost like a Michelin star restaurant. Thanks to their executive chef who made sure that all guests were given attention and collected their feedback for improvements. This is unlike most hotels in Vietnam. Safety - 5 star - this is a special appreciation for the lifeguards, which are constantly around all five pools as well as on the beach lifeguards made sure of guest safety and not just stand there, but also to guide people where not to swim or where it could be dangerous to swim. The Spa - 5 star - having a Malaysian receptionist was definitely an advantage, due to language barriers, and the massage they offered was heavenly. A 60 minute massage every day would leave you wanting for more next day.

Tia Wellness Resort was one of the most amazing places we've ever stayed. The staff are incredibly professional and attentive, the villas beautifully and luxuriously appointed, the breakfast incredible (the buffet was one of the best I've ever seen, highly recommend the Sesame Salmon, and the pastries were so delicious), and the in-room breakfast, the next best thing if you're after a sleep in. The included massage treatments were just what we needed, with professional therapists for all kinds of treatments and the pool area perfect for switching off. The resort is around 10mins walk to a mini-mart, if you want to get provisions (as prices on simple things are quite high at the resort). There's free bottled springwater everywhere in the resort as well as complimentary wellness snacks which are replaced every day in your room. Whole some people complained about the resort being far from town, taxis are quick, safe and cheap (65k VND each way). We'll definitely come back, as this was the perfect way to decompress after four days in Hoi An. The only thing that would have been great, is capacity to stream from our own devices to the TV in the room (HDMI access or mirroring). This seems petty in the scheme of things, but for a luxury resort where you pay a premium, it would have been amazing to be able to watch a film together in the evenings. Abbiamo avuto una grande esperienza a La Siesta :) La ricezione ha un servizio eccellente per la signora Sunny e Lucy, che ci hanno aiutato gentilmente, e il ragazzo del campanile ha portato tutti i bagagli. Anche il Spa era molto bello. il manager del ristorante e la squadra ci hanno dato un buon servizio, grande cibo !! Al check-out, c'era una piccola questione per i bagagli che l'equipaggio accidentalmente non ha messo i bagagli all'interno della macchina, ma la signora Lucy e il conducente aiutano a portare i bagagli all'aeroporto. Grazie per il vostro grande servizio e seguire per risolvere il problema. Abbiamo avuto un bel tempo a Hoi An! La gente del front desk è molto amichevole e amichevole per i coreani. L'hotel è incredibilmente grande e ha 4 piscine e delizioso cibo vietnamita.. La posizione è anche a circa 7 minuti dalla Old Town e io passeggiavo la sera. Sono andato alla barca di coconut e c'è un servizio all'hotel o alla vecchia città.

The villa that our family shared was well appointed, with cooking facilities, living area, and dining area. The bedrooms had super king beds in two of the bedrooms and and two singles in the other room. All bedrooms had an ensuite. The fourth bedroom was not opened for our use. Each villa had a private small pool. The staff was very friendly and transport was provided by the resort. The resort has a 50m pool that was warm at this time of the year. Any issue was dealt with promptly. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and catered for all tastes. I would not hesitate to come back again. The resort is set at the beach, so one can use the pool and have the beach right next to it.

We stayed in room 222 for 3 nights as part of an Emerald Cruises tour. Room was huge and had a separate bathroom, toilet and dressing area. Bed was comfortable and had a couch so you could watch TV. Breakfast was included and had many choices both western and Asian. A chef would cook eggs and omelettes as well. They had a great travel agent at the entrance gate who arranged a private tour for us to The Golden Bridge (Hand Bridge) which was excellent. Very close to the Markets, a great Italian Restaurant Good Morning Vietnam and a ice coffee shop that was airconditioned.

It was great from the moment they opened the car door for us to the time they put us in the car with our driver. The welcome lemon drink was delicious and the customer service was great, Especially from Hien. Hien was really kind to us on our stay, great example of excellent service. The room was great as well & the pools. They also can help your organize your tours. ~Mei

호이안에 굉장히 많은 리조트중 어디를 가야하나 고민이 많았는데 수영장과 호이안 올드타운에 인접하고 있어서 선택 하게 되었어요! 비가 와서 사진이 이쁘게 나오지 않을까봐 걱정했는데 사진도 너무 이쁘게 잘 나오고 직원분들이 너무너무 친절하셔서 기억에 남아요! 방도 너무 깨끗하고 조식도 너무 맛있었어요 반미랑 쌀국수 스크램블! 투본강도 보이는 곳에서 먹으니 더 꿀맛! 체크아웃 하고 호이안을 더 둘러보기 위해 짐을 맡아줄수 있냐고 물어보았더니 된다고 하셔서 정말 너무너무 좋았어요 :)

Tôi đến Wink với gia đình, lần này là lần thứ 3 tôi đến đây. Phòng thì không rộng đâu nhưng nó vừa đủ để cho những ai chỉ có nhu cầu ngủ khi thuê khách sạn. Lần này tôi có sử dụng dịch vụ giặt sấy và thật bất ngờ khi view ở phòng giặt sấy rất là đẹp. Các bạn nhân viên thì vẫn luôn nhiệt tình và năng động như mọi khi, điều này làm tôi cảm thấy rất thoải mái khi giao tiếp với các bạn. Đặc biệt cảm ơn Lucas khi cả 3 lần ở khách sạn của tôi đều là do Lucas checkin và hỗ trợ, tôi cảm thấy rất vui vì điều này

La camera dell'hotel è molto bella, moderna e pulita.Il resort è molto grande e bella ^^ il personale è entusiasta e amichevole, prendersi cura dei clienti molto bene. Dopo essere stato malato, la clinica dell'hotel è venuta a prendersi cura della medicina e del succo arancione e messaggio di testo per chiedere la salute anche se ho lasciato ^^ Grazie per aver reso il mio viaggio piacevole ^^ 💕🥰💕💕🥰 Il buffet per colazione è delizioso ma la pelle è molto diversa, ho Mangiare al ristorante di Blend in esso, delizioso cibo e servizio molto attento ^^

huy è il migliore!!! E' molto gentile e bello! :) abbiamo tempo felice qui. Prendiamo piatto di cibo di mare. Il cibo era anche grande non mi piace davvero il crema. ma il crema è davvero delizioso!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Se qualcuno mi chiede il ristorante è benvenuto a visitare allora le dirò - Sì, dovresti andare al ristorante!!!!
