The service has been exceptional. Extremely polite, efficient, accommodating and hospitable all round. The room and facilities are very comfortable and clean. My suitcase did not arrive with my flight and the hotel front desk, particularly Ahad, followed up with the airline diligently throughout the day and stayed on past the end of his shift to ensure that the bag arrived at the hotel in good order and that I received it directly. It has been an incredible start to my first trip to Bangladesh.

È la seconda volta che visito Dhaka per affari e soggiorno in questo hotel. La struttura è ottima, il personale è cordiale, buon ristorante con colazione a buffet ricca. Camere moderne e molto confortevoli. L’hotel ha anche una piscina sul rooftop molto bella.

Ha ricevuto una risposta da Raintree in 5 minuti ma Holiday Inn non ha risposto per 6 giorni e dopo aver scritto una recensione negativa. Molto impressionato con la risposta rapida, cordiale e amichevole del personale di Raintree. Rispose ogni domanda che ho fatto entro 10-15 minuti. Guardando in attesa del mio soggiorno in settembre.

Ho fatto un bel hotel, circondato da un parco e un'area di ambasciata. esercitando in palestra quotidiana. Solo una suggerimento, se può cambiare la spray di ripulsione di mosquito nella carica elettrica

This hotel could be the best one in Uttara area. The service goes beyond the expectation, as you can feel the pure kind heart from their smile. Remarkably Mr. Asif and Ms. Rupa are very impressive. Their manager Mr. Raihan gave a gentle asking if I arrived back to China. Apart from the service, the facilities are also high quality. Gym, swimming pool, SPA, pub etc. are all well equipped. Highly recommend!

Location is near airport, dhaka is not a ‘ walkable’ city so you need to get a ride or take a package tour to be able to het around and visit places of interest, hotel was clean and rooms were a good size, came with toiletries, daily housekeeping, staff were super friendly, helpful and hospitable!!! Breakfast was wonderful, loved the rooftop bar, I booked this hotel because of the rooftop infinity pool but unfortunately it was under renovations when we were there, overall would love to stay here again when in Dhaka

I have stayed in Pearl Hotel at least 5-6 times in the last 2.5 years. Glad to see they have maintained their quality in all spheres of hospitality continuously. Small hotel in a quiet lane off the main road in Banani. Smooth and quick check in, good rooms, good sleep quality, decent food.
