大堂香氛很棒，不輕不重剛剛好。 感覺前台是一羣真的想把事情做好的大姐姐們，真誠的笑容，説話讓人不覺得有距離感。 有一天我坐在大堂等人來接時，主動送來一小杯熱紅棗茶，很好喝。 房間很棒，床墊床品都很 OK 。地暖熱到沒朋友😂，需要開窗降温。 整體配色，燈帶都很不錯。細節來説浴室和洗手枱做的非常用心。金色配上碎石紋的壁板，真漂亮。 值得一提的是，第一晚飯局喝多了，把床品弄臟了。第二天一早出房門遇到客房服務人員，趕緊説明瞭下情況道了個歉。對方馬上説：沒關係的，我馬上幫您把床品換新。後來回到房間發現原先配 2 瓶飲用水的位置，放了 6 瓶水。有被感動到。 健身房很寬敞，夠用。洗衣房很方便，可洗可烘，完事兒還能發通知到手機提醒。 早餐去了一次，中規中矩，品類豐富，食材新鮮，特別是水果。 説實話，感覺官方照片拍的不好，特別是房間的照片，光線不對勁。實際情況大大好過照片的感覺。 第一次住漫心酒店，結果大大地超過了我的期待，非常滿足。以往到德州都是住的另外兩家五星級酒店，現在看來已經無法拿來比較了。今後到德州還是會入住漫心酒店。 酒店的大家，還請繼續加油。

給這家酒店一個大大的贊！我洗漱時把我的結婚戒指摘下來，怕弄丟，就拿紙巾包住，打算一會放到包裏。結果退房時太匆忙，忘記拿了。回到家裡我才發現沒拿，我心急如焚，因為洗漱台上還有我用過的洗臉巾等一堆垃圾，我擔心打掃房間的阿姨沒注意到直接扔到垃圾桶，趕緊聯繫酒店。酒店工作人員先耐心安撫了我的情緒，又詳細瞭解了戒指的顏色，材質，遺失位置等。遺憾的是被紙巾包裹的戒指太不顯眼了，我聯繫酒店的時候房間已經清理完了。我已經不抱任何希望了。正傷心難過的時候，前台瑞妮告訴我找到了！小姑娘一個垃圾袋一個垃圾袋地給我找，在清運車來之前找到了！還用酒精給我消毒，封存好，主動聯繫我郵寄，讓我很快就收到了失而復得的戒指！這家酒店不僅房間乾淨舒適，設施齊全，發票開的又快又準，服務更是超一流！為瑞妮點贊，為亞朵點贊！
