"Questo hotel era strepitoso. TUTTO lo staff era accogliente e cordiale. La colazione era buona, molto limitata per i vegetariani. La posizione è la migliore. A pochi passi da Dmall e dalla spiaggia. C'erano bancomat ovunque. Boracay era incredibile, non volevamo più andarcene. Siamo andati a Cebu dopo quest'isola e avremmo voluto rimanere a Boracay più a lungo."

"Stay dates: August 2–4, 2025 | Room 541 We stayed at Henann Lagoon from August 2 to 4, 2025, in room 541. One evening, I ordered room service consisting of a salmon steak, a Henann salad, and two bottles of San Miguel Light. I was shocked to discover, after eating just three bites of the salad, that there was a rusty old screw under the lettuce. I immediately called the staff to report the issue. The server came to clean up and saw the screw himself, but he did not apologize. He only said he would check with the kitchen. What’s more disappointing is that no one from the hotel followed up with us during the rest of our stay — no apology, no explanation, not even a mention of the incident. It is deeply concerning to encounter such a basic and dangerous mistake in a hotel that’s part of a well-known chain. That said, aside from this issue, the rest of our experience was good. The buffet breakfast was excellent, though I avoided eating any more salad afterwards. Special mention to the kimchi — it was delicious."

"Soggiorno fantastico al Feliz! Il personale era accomodante e molto dolce. Tutti loro hanno contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno speciale. Feliz vanta La Plaza, che si trova di fronte alla lobby e offre un'incredibile musica notturna. Anche se per alcuni potrebbe essere leggermente rumoroso di notte, è decisamente trascurabile e cessa intorno alle 23:00. Dopo di che c'è molto silenzio. Anche la colazione a buffet era incredibile con una buona gamma di scelta. Per quanto riguarda la posizione, era molto comodo spostarsi e aveva molti ottimi spuntini e negozi di souvenir a pochi passi di distanza. Anche il trasferimento in aeroporto era pulito e affidabile. "Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 3 notti. Spiaggia privata bella e pulita, senza estranei. Niente sporco, niente spazzatura. In spiaggia è vietato bere, fumare e mangiare. Non nuotiamo in piscina, ma sembra abbastanza decente e c'è anche molto spazio lì. All'arrivo abbiamo riscontrato un problema: avevamo prenotato una camera classic e siamo stati sistemati al primo piano con un balcone rivolto verso il muro, sembrava di essere in prigione. Hanno chiesto di cambiare numero. Non l'hanno sostituita subito, ma verso la sera del primo giorno, perché non c'erano altre stanze disponibili. La colazione è varia, nessuno uscirà sicuramente affamato. Ci sono navette per la città, ma potete anche chiedere un tut-tuk, ha sempre un costo fisso di 300 pesos solo andata. Il prezzo del bar e del ristorante dell'hotel è circa il doppio di quello della stessa spiaggia della città. Le pulizie sono 4, i pavimenti non sono lavati molto bene, la biancheria viene cambiata solo su richiesta. L'ultimo giorno il bagno ha iniziato a puzzare di fogna. Nel complesso, ci è piaciuto tutto. In ogni caso, è molto meglio che vivere in città, nel trambusto e nel rumore senza fine. L'hotel offre un trasferimento a pagamento per l'aeroporto."

"We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The service was exceptional, and every staff member was caring and incredibly friendly. We especially appreciated the beach staff and the excellent service they provided. The breakfasts, although not huge, offered a great selection and were just perfect for us. The rooms were always clean, with no reminders needed. There were also fun activities for the kids, which was a nice touch. A special thank you to Ben, who took great care of us. We also loved the small thoughtful touches the hotel provided, such as the beach bags and the Christmas tree photo opportunity—both of which were free and created wonderful memories for us. I also want to highlight the fantastic work of the staff at the beach and by the pools. Ben, in particular, made a great impression by remembering the names of my children and frequently addressing them personally. Additionally, the ice cream and popcorn offered to both kids and adults was a lovely gesture that we truly enjoyed. We had a wonderful time and will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends. I’m sure we will be back again."

"Probably the hotel with the best price to service ratio in whole Boracay! :) it is located on the quite east coast (not the busy, touristy, Party west-coast). The beach behind the hotel is quite and perfect for wind-surfers! The hotel and staff is also great :) modern, comfortable and modern! Great pool! 🏝️"

"Super soddisfatto dell'hotel! 1. La cosa più soddisfacente è il servizio di trasferimento all'aeroporto. Abbiamo prenotato Hannah e Scarlet per questo viaggio, quindi abbiamo apprezzato solo il trasferimento all'aeroporto. Anche se è stato pagato, ha un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Fare foto in hotel è molto fotogenico, un passo alla volta. Abbiamo camminato per circa dieci minuti, camminando e scattando foto, e abbiamo completato una cerchia di amici. 5. "Our stay at the hotel had many positive aspects, but unfortunately, the overall experience was not satisfactory. Let me start with the good points: the rooms were clean, bright, and beautifully designed. The breakfast was excellent, and the facilities—such as the gym, kids' club, spa, and swimming pools—were impressive. The location is also amazing. However, two major issues overshadowed these positives and would prevent me from returning. Events and Weddings: During our 3-night stay, events disrupted our experience on 2 nights. On the first day, the rooftop infinity pool was closed to all hotel guests due to a private event. It felt unfair—having a beautiful pool but being unable to use it because it was rented out to someone else. On the third day, half of the beach area was occupied by a wedding setup, and loud music could be heard from our room until 10 PM. This made it impossible to relax on the balcony or enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of a 5-star resort. Instead, it felt like being at a nightclub. The noise was particularly frustrating because we were traveling with a 2.5-year-old child who usually goes to bed at 8:30 PM but couldn’t sleep until 10 PM due to the loud music. After the wedding ended at 10 PM, the staff began cleaning and moving equipment back to the building, creating significant noise until 11:45 PM. This happened repeatedly, with loud sounds every 15 minutes (Unfortunately, I cannot upload videos to give an idea of the noise experience due to size limitations, but I’ve included screenshots below). For a hotel charging over $300 per night, this level of disturbance is unacceptable. Service Speed and Quality: The service was consistently slow and inconsistent. Simple requests, like asking for ice to be delivered to our room, took up to an hour. At the beach restaurant, it took 15-20 minutes just to receive a menu, even after asking multiple times. There were also mix-ups, such as being brought a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc instead of the Chardonnay we ordered. While the hotel has many great features, the lack of consideration for guests during events and the poor service quality significantly impacted our experience. For the price paid, we expected much better."
