I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a total of 6 weeks for business. I cannot say enough about the staff here. Tyler always greeted with a smile every morning and Rima and other staff members were very pleasant as well from the first day! From the kitchen staff to the front desk to the maid staff, this was hands down the best hotel stay I have experienced. This hotel was beautiful and excellent for corporate stays. Room was decent for a 1-night stay. I do not normally post reviews but this one was necessary. At 2am my toilet decided not to flush. I tried calling the front desk multiple times with no answer, no call back, nothing. Up until 7am when I decided we’d just wake the kids and leave early. When I went to the front desk to check out I told the lady that our toilet hadn’t been working and nobody would answer the phone when I called. She could have not cared any less. Only muttered “oh sorry” without even making eye contact.
