Un beau studio pour la pièce principale bien équipé.Le canapé lit manque de fermeté et le sol de la salle de bain mériterait d'être rénové.

L'appartement représente un beau potentiel non exploitéIl est sombre ( lumière a revoir)La salle de bain est vétuste ( sol en très mauvais état, peinture noire pas très avenante) prise a revoir Literie a revoir ( canapé lit peu confortable ) panneau
