It's a family operated hotel. The bosses are friendly and sincere. They provide transport to and fro the Xiling snow mountain entrance. The rooms are old but cosy with electrical thermal mattress. Hot water shower was available 24/7. There is a restaurant at level 1. There are also nice food in the neighbourhood. Some of the restaurant nearby serve fresh Salmon at reasonable price.

Friendly & handsome owners (two young chap) Room is big & spacious with all necessary toiletries, heater was provided in room & bed. They provide free shuttle trip to the entrance of tix booth. (10mins walk from hotel) Food was reasonable pricing & delicious but very big portion (2pax portion for 1pax price) - I have to remind them to cook lesser. Breakfast at 10rmb/pax (unlimited) Will definitely recommend to families n friends to support them.

Very friendly hostel owner, can pick up and drop of to the xiling snow mountain entrance for free. Service very good. Room is spacious. The owner saw us 3 people booking 1 king. They help us upgrade free of charge to 1 single and 1 queen room. Toilet spacious. Hotel owner got mini market and restaurant at lobby. So if tired can eat or buy anything at lobby. Provided lift ya.

The hotel is old and not very clean. However, it very near to Xiling Mountain. And the hotel provides transport to send us to Xiling Mountain bus station.

Hotel ok. Owner pick us up and send us to the scenic area to buy tickets to go up the mountain. No floor heating as mention on trip.com. Should provide soap and shampoo with better quality. Bathroom and room not so clean. Lots of trash behind sofas and water dispenser.

ทำเลไม่ได้อยู่ยอดเขา แต่มีบริการรถรับส่งถึงหน้ากระเช้า บริการดี ราคาไม่แพง ห้องที่จองมีอ่างแช่น้ำอุ่น อุปกรณไม่ครบ ไม่มีพรมเช็ดเท้า เตียงแข็งนอนปวดหลัง แต่พื้นห้องอุ่น มันมีฮีทเตอร?

估計是春節期間，房價略高，但還能接受。房間總體還行，比較乾淨整潔，地暖温度能到22℃，晚上不會冷。老闆態度很好也熱情，下車後主動幫着拿行李，有問必答。自帶的餐廳價格也能接受，量還是可以，家常味，三個人點了魚香肉絲、宮保肉丁、土豆絲、紫菜蛋花湯115。第二天去景區大門車接車送👍

房間寬敞明亮，地暖很給力，熱水充足，躺在床上就能看到窗外的雪景，老闆很熱心，免費接送到景點，明年看雪還住這家。 建議可以提供一次性拖鞋，以及沐浴露和洗髮露的品質有待提升，真的是一點泡沫都沒有啊……

老闆很好，免費接送，我們一家四口，直接給我們換成了雙床房間，躺在床上看落地窗外的雪景，很不錯哦，以後還會選擇這家酒店

老闆人很好，可以免費接送。用來得來，不錯的。而且房間很暖和，晚上睡了不着涼。早餐孩子免費，大人也比較便宜。

很滿意這樣的服務態度，很好，飯菜味道也不錯， 量超級足，相當滿意。

對於離景區一公里的距離的酒店來説，性價比不錯，老闆人很好，地暖效果比較好
