Ho sentito odore di fumo nella stanza, nonostante fosse disponibile una camera per non fumatori. Il soggiorno è stato quindi ridotto da 3 notti a 1 notte.

I servizi in camera sono pessimi. Abbiamo fatto il check-in alle 21:00 e la corrente è andata via alle 21:15. Quando abbiamo chiesto il motivo, ci hanno detto di non saperlo e ci hanno detto di cambiare camera. Poi, alle 23:15, hanno chiamato il telefono della nostra camera senza un motivo apparente e alle 23:17 hanno chiamato il nostro cellulare, svegliando tutti. Per essere un hotel internazionale a cinque stelle, hanno completamente ignorato l'ora e hanno disturbato ripetutamente i nostri ospiti con le loro telefonate. È la prima volta che mi imbatto in un hotel del genere. I servizi sono vecchi, il servizio è scadente, il servizio di benvenuto è nella media e l'ambiente circostante è pessimo. Sono senza parole.

Quite an outdated hotel with smelly rooms. Breakfast lacks Continental food selection, the gym offers no towels or even water. Cannot recommend, especially considering multiple other options in Shanghai.

Rooms are spacious, good pool and gym, nice breakfast, cheerful staff. Location is average. Not near city hotspots. But ok for a business traveler for short stay if you are in Pudong.

We had an amazing stay. We were so tired from a 16hr flight - myself and my child. We were able to check in early from airport and we overslept and they were kind enough to accommodate. There is a bar with very friendly staff and we had great snacks also. Thank you for a very welcoming stay. Great value and excellent comfortable beds!
