Hotel Shoven

As they mentioned in catalog there is no proper amenities & service, tele phone is not working, tv is there but no channels except 1 or 2 south indian news channels, while check in full of dust in the room. There lift is not working. They didn't provide newpapers towels water bottles room service as they mentioned in there catalog.

Service was ok, but hot water was not there, that made me to give poor rating no hot water, before booking double check with them

Location a bit far from main city, but not too far, amenities are fine, rooms are spacious, furnishings need some improvement in quality. Staff needs a bit more professionalism. The restaurant doesn't serve any breakfast, only lunch and dinner items, opens late in the morning

Located in the outskirts of the city, this place needs whitewashing and pest control immediately. The dirty walls and cockroaches tell that management has given up on this property. With a leaking tap and a poster saying loss of 2 million gallon water loss due to it says it all. Broken washbasin and no soap-shampoo, i was lucky i was carrying my own. However the staff was polite and prompt. There is facility for driver. If management can infuse some capital, it can return to glorious days of yesteryears.

Not treating customers with respect very rude and when asked for extra hours with they demand full pay

Hotel staff are good and very humble. We arrived at the hotel late night however the check-in was very seamless. The next morning we left our luggage by mistake and started our journey however we got our luggage safe. Very much thankful to the staff.
