In generale, ci siamo divertiti. Poche cose non lo hanno fatto 5 stelle. Il colazione era solo media - tosta fredda e marroni di hash - si sentiva affrettato a mangiare. Il custode ha preso un vestito e non l'ha mai sostituito. Poche altre piccole questioni con il servizio in camera. Non è mai stato ricevuto il turndown 2a notte dopo essere ritorto alla stanza alle 7:50. Dovevo chiedere il ghiaccio. La zona di immersione della camera da bagno è molto stretta e le rughe mantengono “catching” sulla porta. Le puntate erano Mary al concierge desk, Jonathan il conducente, e il “hotel” gatto.

It was nice to find out that I was upgraded to a jr suite. The place is huge for one person and I'm only staying for one night, but I'm grateful for the upgrade. That said, the place has lots of older furniture but everything was kept clean and everything is tidy - top notch. There's even turn down with chocolate. All the staff are kind and professional. They don't just check you in, they do carry on a conversation to make your experience more comfortable. Appreciate the offer of water while checking in. As a Bonvoy member, they even offer couple pastry at the restaurant in the morning. That was helpful in my rush to my meeting in the morning.

I went to Dallas for the first time with my mom and we decided to stay here thinking it’d be a great place. While this place was conveniently located to lots of places, we ran into way too many issues, First, our room made a loud noise from the AC. The front desk gave us attitude that they had no other rooms and would have engineering look at it. Then they said they’d move us after we talked to them so what was that about? Then we get to our new room and the light was out above the shower and our mini bar was broken. Our mini bar wouldn’t open even after they “fixed” it so we got a complimentary mini fridge. Then we got a random call the next day verifying we were staying in the room and how many guests, ***?! Two days before we were leaving, our keys stopped working and we got a non legitimate excuse for that too. Also this place claims you need to let them know if you want house keeping. Overall, they are not run well and clearly have poor upper mgmt. The gift shop, Starbucks, pool, etc arent bad, but this place needs some serious help.

Ho lavorato duramente per una tazza di caffè!L'hotel non ha avuto colazione continentale né offrì caffè.Falsa pubblicità di hotel e camere. Il prezzo è ancora troppo basso per la mancanza di sonno che si ottiene dalla lotta e la nervosità della droga affari fuori dalla vostra stanza. Unlike others who have reviewed this hotel, I found it to be very modern and my only main issues were with a slight lack of cleanliness, the location, and the refrigerators in the room. Some pros and cons from my recent two-night stay: PROS: - Lovely staff at check in - Room was relatively clean, except for 4-5 hairs in the shower from a previous guest - Large bathroom with a separate sink outside in a different section of the room - Rooms were large and lighting was good - Hotel was surprisingly quiet for being on a relatively main road - The shower was hot and had excellent water pressure (but there was no body wash in the bottle on the wall) - Super comfy beds — I slept great! - Location — I was skeptical at first, as this hotel really isn’t near anything for the typical tourist, but I did take a Lyft into town one morning and then walked back to the hotel in just under 30 mins … it’s a very pleasant and quiet walk through the Dallas Design District! CONS: - My biggest disappointment during my stay was with the refrigerator, especially as I usually choose a hotel based on whether or not it has one. The fridges in the rooms here only stay on for two hours at a time (and you have to press a button on the inside to make it turn on) — which to me seems a bit stupid … I asked staff at reception about this when I checked in and they said that it would stay on all night … but all the food I put in the fridge overnight was warm and ruined by morning :( I mentioned to reception once again that my fridge was turning off every two hours — they said this definitely wasn’t normal and they’d get an engineer to come and look at it ASAP. I’m confident no-one ever looked at it whilst I was out, because it continued to turn off every two hours and my food was ruined again the following night :( - They could definitely do with dusting the air vent in the bathroom! - Even though I hadn’t yet checked out, cleaners knocked on my door at 8:15AM on the day of my departure. Thankfully, I was already up, but not everyone gets up this early… at 9.10AM they knocked again — and when I asked who was there, they didn’t respond. I am very confused about what sort of check-out system they have here? Quite annoying. I probably wouldn’t stay here again, partly for the fridge and partly for the location — but otherwise it was a quiet, comfortable stay :)

La posizione e la pulizia sono ottime! Sono rimasto un po' deluso dal mio soggiorno a Warwick. Per iniziare, il cameriere è un incubo quando l'hotel è pieno. Non ci sono molte opzioni per il parcheggio, quindi abbiamo dovuto utilizzare questo servizio. Durante la tarda serata, dovrai parcheggiare il tuo veicolo e consegnare le chiavi alla reception. Eppure ti viene ancora addebitato il cameriere. Non c'è molto personale per assistere con i bagagli. La reception è meno disposta ad aiutare. Capisco che forse hanno carenza di personale e hanno lavorato troppo, ma si vede anche. Ci sono alcuni servizi che non abbiamo avuto come accappatoi, pantofole, uso del veicolo navetta. Anche in questo caso ciò potrebbe essere dovuto al personale, ma è comunque un'esperienza deludente. Consiglierei di pianificare in base a un'esperienza a meno di 4 stelle.

Tutto era fantastico, il servizio e le dotazioni. Molto cortese con tutti e molta ospitalità data qua e là. L'ascensore traballava a volte, a parte il fatto che il posto fosse piuttosto solido. Il cibo non è stato offerto a causa di COVID, ma il cibo in città è incredibile e vale la pena mangiarlo, lo consiglierei.
