Our experience at Pullman Dali was a mix of highs and lows, with some exceptional staff and several areas that fell short of expectations for an Accor hotel. The Good: We were fortunate to receive excellent service from Ms. Eleven and Mr. Herman, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Their kindness and attentiveness, especially when our child fell sick during the stay, were truly commendable. They provided all the assistance we needed, making a challenging situation much more manageable. Additionally, the café staff member, Mona, stood out for her patience and friendly attitude. The Not-So-Good: Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet the standards we expect from an Accor hotel. Communication was a significant challenge, as many of the local staff struggled with English, making it difficult to get basic information or assistance. The hotel seems to cater primarily to local Chinese guests, which greatly influenced the atmosphere. The breakfast area was chaotic and crowded, and the variety and taste of the food left much to be desired. While Mona was polite and helpful, other staff displayed a dismissive and arrogant attitude. For instance, when we inquired about some of the local breakfast items, the response was abrupt and unwelcoming, as if they didn’t care whether we ate or not. Additionally, breakfast ended strictly at 10:30 AM. While I was still taking food from the buffet, the staff turned off the lights and removed the trays right in front of me without any warning. It felt extremely inconsiderate and left a poor impression. Other Observations: The location of the hotel is convenient, and the rooms are decent. However, the overall experience may be more suited to local Chinese guests rather than international travelers expecting global standards of service and hospitality. Final Thoughts: While there were shining moments thanks to a few outstanding staff members, the overall experience at Pullman Dali did not live up to the reputation of the Accor brand. If you are an international guest seeking a more service-oriented stay, you might want to consider other options.

Questo B&B è molto buono. Qualcuno ci ha contattato in anticipo per venirci a prendere. Il nostro piano a Dali è di soli due giorni. Il capo ci ha dato suggerimenti su come viaggiare. La stanza può vedere il Lago Erhai e ha un'illuminazione migliore. La stanza è anche completamente intelligente. Anche la zona circostante è molto tranquilla. A volte il capo ci porta addirittura con entusiasmo alla stazione dei treni. L'esperienza è abbastanza buona Se gli amici vengono a Dali, consiglierei questo B&B.

I had enjoyed my stay at Dali Ancient Luchun Hotel extremely much due to the excellent service. They really weren’t lying about the Haidilao-style service.  Their front desk personnel manning the Wechat (慕雅) was extremely responsive and helpful when it came to my requests. The lobby staff were also very helpful in delivering stuff to my room and when I was carrying luggages, they ran forward and assisted me immediately.  The services at this hotel were also unique and special: warm milk delivery daily (so that you can sleep) and free pick-up to and from the Ancient City and also to the airport/railway.  Nearby (10 minutes walk) there is also street food that tastes amazing and is value for money.  Overall, I would recommend this stay to anyone who is looking for stellar service and helpful staff and I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I had the chance to visit Dali.  我非常喜欢入住大理麓椿花园酒店，他们提供的优质服务真的名不虚传，确实有海底捞式服务的水准。 前台负责微信客服的慕雅对我的各种需求都非常响应和耐心解答。大堂的工作人员也很热情周到，每次送东西到房间时都很及时，当我提着行李时，他们还会主动上前帮忙。 酒店的服务也非常独特和贴心：每天送热牛奶（助眠），还提供免费接送服务，不仅接送古城，还可以送到机场或高铁站。 附近也有步行十分钟可达的街头美食，味道很棒，性价比也很高。 总之，我会推荐这家酒店给任何想要体验优质服务和热心员工的客人。如果有机会再次来到大理，我一定会选择再次入住这家酒店！

L'hotel si trova proprio dietro Mixue Bingcheng e molto vicino alla Porta Erhai. Il ragazzo che ho contattato è stato molto gentile e il servizio è stato molto buono. Il letto con riscaldamento elettrico è molto comodo. Puoi prima riscaldare il letto e attivare la modalità sonno mentre dormi. Sarà molto comodo. Gli spaghetti di riso con carne macinata per colazione sono deliziosi e le porzioni sono ok. Il tè al pompelmo è delizioso. L'unico inconveniente potrebbe essere che il vetro del WC è un po' trasparente Dalla stazione di Dali, se il tempo libero è di un'ora e mezza e se è richiesto l'orario di punta, quaranta minuti sono sufficienti.

The hotel was conveniently located right outside the dali ancient town, offering both convenience and tranquility. It was also beautifully decorated and equipped with a lot of amenities such as the pool, a really nice roof garden as well as a mini gym though we did not use them during this trip. The service and hospitality of the staffs were also impeccable. The receptionists were prompt in replies and always available to assist us, be it greeting us and helping us with our luggages or recommendations regarding touring around dali. We were also very grateful for the free room upgrade and were once again impressed by the cleanliness, decor and comfort of the room. The supper was really good as well. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in this hotel and will recommend it to anyone coming to dali! :)

Ho scelto una camera con vista sul mare, che non è economica, ma il prezzo è probabilmente quello di acquistare una camera con vista sul mare e un'altalena per il check-in delle celebrità di Internet. La nostra coscienza consiglia di non impegnarsi negli affari esteri. Se i partner degli affari esteri sono buoni, pensiamo comunque che sia giusto che lo scopo sia fornire servizi fotografici di viaggio ”gratuiti”. Il fotografo vuole fare soldi solo quando lo sente non vuoi comprare i suoi servizi, sarà molto casual. Il servizio di car pooling consigliato per Lijiang costa 90 a persona. Penso che il servizio consigliato da mio fratello dovrebbe essere buono. Il risultato è stato che l'ho promosso solo per fare soldi. Più tardi, quando sono andato a fare shopping nell'antica città di Shuanglang, ho scoperto che il carpooling costava solo 80 a persona e veniva consegnato dove volevi andare. L'auto condivisa offerta da quell'hotel andava solo alla città vecchia di Lijiang, perché il Maestro mi chiese dove volevo andare, e io dissi che saremmo rimasti a Baisha, e lui rispose: ”Non andrò a Baisha se mi dai io altri 100.” Siamo turisti stranieri e non abbiamo molta familiarità con la posizione geografica. Sento che Dali non è ancora così amichevole con i turisti stranieri. Se voglio dire qualcosa di buono, il rinfresco di benvenuto è buono, la colazione è buona e la posizione è vicina all'antica città di Shuanglang. Ma non tornerò più e non lo consiglierò ad amici e parenti. Perché il prezzo e il servizio non sono direttamente proporzionali, ma se paghi per la vista, penso che dovresti riuscire a trovare qualcosa di meglio.

Questo ospite si trova proprio vicino al Lago Erhai, offre camere di vista marina e fantastiche, e il butler ha fornito un servizio eccezionale, raggiungendo un giorno in anticipo per organizzare il processo di check-in e raccomandare delicazioni locali. Le viste sono incantevoli, con il lago Erhai e la montagna di Cangshan che si estende per quanto l'occhio può vedere, mentre i marinai e i cannoni selvatici giocano sulla superficie dell'acqua, la scena è esattamente fuori da un quadro. Un hotel in stile cinese a tema conveniente e molto piacevolmente sorpreso~ Sono venuta a Dali con mio marito e, mentre cercavo un hotel, mi sono innamorata a prima vista di questo hotel in stile cinese. Non c'è alcuna differenza tra le foto reali dell'hotel e le immagini nell'interfaccia di prenotazione. L'hotel è molto vicino alla Porta Sud della Città Antica di Dali, a 10 minuti a piedi. Ci sono un sacco di cibo su entrambi i lati della strada...spuntini e pasti...puoi scegliere quello che vuoi... Dopo il check-in in hotel, un maggiordomo ci ha accompagnato alla porta della stanza e ha preso le nostre valigie e borse di sua iniziativa (il nostro maggiordomo era Xiao Liu). Anche le dotazioni e gli elettrodomestici della camera sono completi. Un altro aspetto positivo è che il loro servizio è davvero ”pronto a rispondere a ogni richiesta”... dalla consegna dei pasti in camera alla presa in prestito di una stazione di ricarica e al parcheggio... l'importante è che ti senta a casa, è davvero bello! L'unico rammarico questa volta è che non ho potuto provare il loro speciale servizio fotografico in costume e il tè pomeridiano (non era il momento giusto). Mi farò perdonare questo rammarico la prossima volta che verrò.

Super love this hotel! Our room is really big, very spacious and I really like the design of the room. The hotel staff are very friendly and service is great, before, during and after our stay. Didn’t want to leave this place because it was so good. Location is great as well. No fridge in the room if you’re concerned about that, but everything else you’ll need is there.

Location was a little far from the town center (approx 25 minutes), but it was quiet and near a mountain. I couldn’t find much reviews on the hot springs room. The person hot springs is not as private as you think. Unfortunately, as we didn’t book a villa, the room above us could easily look into our hot springs or walk over to look at us. Would recommend to bring a bathing suit. Take note that the water temperature is above a degree lower as compared to the onsens jn Japan. The room itself was lovely and clean, the reception allowed us to have a slightly later check out timing. Overall, would recommend for its price point, and was a much more comfortable stay compared to boutique hotels.
