Io e i miei genitori abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico al Dali Erhai Park Atour Hotel. La sorella della reception mi ha offerto una tazza di tè caldo mentre facevo il check-in, che mi ha riscaldato dopo aver camminato nel vento freddo. La vista dalla camera era assolutamente mozzafiato. La posizione è perfetta, a soli 30-40 minuti di auto da e per la città antica di Dali. Ed è molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, quindi è comodo se si ha un treno in partenza la mattina presto il giorno dopo. Nel complesso, servizio perfetto. Se avrò di nuovo l'occasione di tornare a Dali, soggiornerò di nuovo in questo hotel.

Everything was very good! Only thing was the USB port by our beds in both rooms we had did not work. Otherwise it was a great stay

Booked a non-smoking double bed room but there was a strong cigarette smell. Requested to change to another room but in vain due to fully booked. Was forced to stay at the room over night and could not sleep well. An unpleasant experience overall.

We had a great stay. The hotel is well located next to a small mall with lots of dining possibilitied and a grocery store. It is also in walking distance to the lake. Our room was great. The staff was friendly. Checkin process was easy without knowing chinese. All in all a great hotel that we can highly recommend.

Hotel was as described and we expect from Atour.

Location is near railway station. Easy to find restaurants nearby. Hotel is new, facilities good. Will book again if I go to Dali.

The manager is helpful and gave us information about getting to Jizu mountain. The room we stayed for 3 nights is comfortable and breakfast is good and cheap.

The bed, pillows and blanket were clean and comfortable. The AC is excellent. The staff provided excellent services. No complain at all.
