Hotel in zona Thung Lũng Trăm Năm, Da Lat

Very nice brand new hotel with very elegant fascia and decorations. All staffs are very nice and attention to details (from the front desk receptionists to very down to earth General Manger Mr. Le). The hotel offers very nice breakfast with so many options to choose to suit any tastes, however the coffee (already made in a pot which was not hot and not fresh) is well below par and certainly can be improved with at least one or two coffee machines similar to other 5-star hotels. The 25m swimming pool is very clean and warm, however be careful as it is slippery. The Spa which offers both hot and steam sauna as well as excellent masseurs is highly recommended. The room rate is very competitive. We definitely will be back!

This is second hotel I tried in Dalat. It is a very lovely villa style hotel. The overall design is simple gorgeous from the lobby to your villa (room) I am staying at villa 5 which is very near to the lobby. You don’t need to use the cabby service & I prefer to walk so as to enjoy the peaceful environment. Pls note there is no lift and my room is on the 3rd floor which is the highest. The room is very spacious and pretty. They are using UK/US power points which are available on both sides of the bed. Do note that one of the power points has been used for the alarm clock but you can easily remove it. For the bedside lamp, it is using touch sensor. Have fun trying to turn it on and adjust the brightness. There are 4 mineral water bottles (2 inside the bar fridge), 3-4 type of tea bags to choose from and coffee too. Toilet and shower are separated. The water pressure is strong and have constant hot water. They provide refillable nice bath gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion too. Though there is air conditioning, I can’t control which later is fixed by the technician. However, it is still not that cold even it is 20 degree, more like 25-26 degree. I don’t like hot temperature and my “sensor” body can tell the coldness of the room, haha. Wanted to open the window as it is so much cooler. Give up the idea as I am more worried about the mosquitoes. Suggest to put a mosquitoes net so that we can open the window. Woke up every nights as I feel so warm using the blanket. Nevertheless, the staff are very helpful and eager to serve you though some may not be fluent in English. The toilet looks pretty but the basin area is just too small. My toiletries bag will get wet when using the basin The breakfast is very delicious and many varieties to choose from. Try to avoid peak hour from 7:30am to 8:45am. You should try their 1929 Lobby Bar, they are delicious too. Overall, I have a good stay and my girlfriend is happy and my positive energy fully recharged! Highly recommended!

La capacità dell'inglese del personale dell'hotel non sembra buona, ma sono amichevole. Ma la posizione non è cattiva(In realtà non c'è una buona scena/nessun posto perfetto in Dalat) Il bagno era buono, ma il resto era così per me.

Hotel is centrally located, close to everything you need, including the night market. The hotel itself is clean and and beds are comfortable. The buffet has a variety of Vietnamese and continental food, fruits, and drinks - all very delicious. The staff are very polite and helpful. Tuyen, the reception supervisor was exceptionally helpful when i made a mistake with booking my flight and she was able to sort it out for me last minute, going above and beyond.

La posizione è eccellente.Il personale è amichevole. I coni sono di piccole dimensioni di toaletta. Non c'è molto spazio per girare una volta all'interno e sarà un disastro per gli ospiti sovrappeso. Il suo design di due porte di slitta che si chiudono al punto diagonale non è ammirabile e le porte di slitta sono quasi chiuse! La parte peggiore? Le luci del bagno passano attraverso la porta del vetro (anche se progettate per essere smarrite) separandola dalla camera da letto!! Forse è buono per una persona, ma sicuramente non per due per condividere! Evitate di tornare.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESORT FOR THEIR EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE OF TEAM MEMBERS!!! Our family arrived on Feb 2, 2023 at 14h35 for check in and no room available!!! They asked us to WAIT (for 2 more hours) !!! And the worse thing is the attitude of the receptionists. We made 2 bookings for our family: • 1 booking they made wrong assigment: twin beds instead of double bed. Firstly they said it's our mistake and didnot listen to us at all. Only when we raised our voice and showed them our confirmation that they told us to WAIT 2 MORE HOURS FOR ROOM SET UP (It means we needed to wait until 4PM meanwhile the standard check in time is 2pm and its their mistake and even after we told that we're so tired after 7 hours driving here). • The another room we had requested the villa number when booking, and ordered joining twin beds. No room's ready at 2:40. No sorry but ”Wait”! We show our disappoinment of course. Then around 3.30PM they had room for us BUT IT'S WRONG ASSIGNMENT AGAIN! (We booked joining twin beds and they gave us only one 1.6m double bed! How can our Family of 4 sleep on that bed??) I said I want to talk with Manager( FOM or GM) as the Guest service Sup couldn't handle our case properly. We gave him our my phone numbers and he promised that his higher manager will be reported and talk with us. And up to now when i write this review (22:30), no one even care to keep their promise!! In the afternoon, they sent 1 plate of fruits to our room without saying any words or leaving any note (?). I did ask the receptionist, Mr Vinh said (with bad attitude): the hotel would like to offer us. I said ”I dont need it”. And he responded to me : ”if you dont want it, you just put it out of your room”. What kind of hospitality it is? THERE IS NO TRUE APOLOGY FROM THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT, Or it made me even feel THERE IS NO MANAGEMENT in this resort. No guest service attitude at all !!! In addition, the room got a lot of troubles : bathroom door cannot be closed properly (villa L3...), bathroom water is very weak and hot water comes suddenly; staff promised to order tuk tuk for her but it took more than 20 minues for that until I called again for that... Overall, we would NEVER COME BACK and highly recommend anyone who wants to come to re-consider!!! Punti buoni: 1. Posizione: Vicino al centro della città, ma allo stesso tranquillo di notte. 10 minuti a piedi al mercato notturno. Vicino a molti ristoranti e negozi. 2. Amichevole personale 3. Molto pulito. 4. Pensa che il trucco è fornito come Da Lat è piuttosto freddo di notte. 5. Ogni letto ha la propria luce, due punti di potenza e un lungo alloggio. 6. Ottenga una bella vista dal balcone. 7. La camera è spaziosa e il letto è comodo. 8. Bello design. Bambini: 1. Non ci sono separazioni tra doccia e bagno. Il bagno si muove bagnato dopo la doccia. 2. Il cappuccio di gomma nel bagno deve essere pulito ogni giorno, poiché il carta da bagno non può essere gettato nel bagno. 3. Sicurezza : l'uso di ”chiave” per l'ascensore è piuttosto stupido per la camera da letto. In primo luogo, tutte le camere da letto non sono chiuse e possono essere facilmente accessibili dagli estranei utilizzando le scale. Quindi, in realtà, le camere da letto non sono affatto sicure. Ma allo stesso tempo, l'albero aggiunge un ”sistema di sicurezza” per l'ascensore, dove la carta chiave per l'ascensore può accedere solo al pavimento e al pavimento nel quale vivevi. Il personale dell'hotel trasferirà il vettore nella stanza. Si prega di spiegare l'uso delle strutture in camera. Raccomandato per coloro che amano grandi finestre! Puoi sentire i venti e i polli piangere al mattino. We were introduced here by our driver. Perfect location very close to all attractions. Especially the manager provided excellent service throughout our stay. The receptionist and staff are very friendly. The room is clean and fully equipped. The check-in experience was quick and easy and the room was wonderful.

Ottimo servizio clienti da tutti i dipendenti.La stanza era quasi nuova e molto pulita.Il pranzo era buono.La stazione omelette e la stazione di zuppa PHO erano buoni contatti.Per il prezzo di $32 sicuramente vale la pena.La mia proposta è di mettere una tazza e un po'di tè a tavola per il caldo Caffè.In generale, le camere e il soggiorno erano buoni.La colazione del personale Minh, Chuc e Le, e Tuan erano tutti grandi! Phuc And Uyen in area di accoglienza erano molto utili.Il bagaglio è stato consegnato alla nostra stanza.L'affitto di moto (150,000Viet)è stato organizzato da Uyen.Le loro moto sembrano più nuove e non c'è bisogno di stress per trovare affitto.Puoi parcheggiarlo in garage per notte con NO Il nostro soggiorno in DALAT è molto conveniente.Hai bisogno di moto semi-automatiche per visitare Datanla Waterfalls (Costa alpina) e fare qualche buca.
