I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms are high-end, comfortable, and clean. While smoking is permitted in the hotel, I was pleased to find that my room did not have a smoky smell. The staff was attentive to our needs, and the breakfast offered a good selection. However, I found that some essential services for foreigners were lacking. For example, assistance with booking a taxi, sending packages, or arranging tours was not available. I was surprised that some essential services were not included, especially given the number of staff available to assist with carrying luggage and opening doors. This was a missed opportunity to enhance the overall guest experience which is something other hotels in China typically offer at no extra cost. Overall, while the hotel itself is nice, I believe it could benefit from providing these additional services to enhance the guest experience.

第一次一家四口出行，上一次來開封還是和老公戀愛時，這次選了幾天最終選擇這家酒店，考慮到景點距離、交通、床品舒適度各方面。酒店乾淨衞生孩子在房間玩得很放心，個人對床品要求有點高不舒服的床品會休息不好，這家酒店真的讓我很意外舒適度超好，我們一家人都很滿意。服務：剛到酒店前台給我們免費升級了房型，我想房間安靜些專門給我調整面對小區內部，非常貼心。我們第二天出去玩到晚上十一點才回到酒店開車返程，前台工作人員專門在停車場出口給我們開門，超感動。。。胖東來同款洗護伴手禮:精美包裝歡迎酸奶小食:孩子很喜歡

因為參加研究生複試，酒店位置離河大非常近，設施齊全舒適，環境温馨寬敞，服務非常周到細緻，因為上午考試時間很早，聯繫前台，竟然可以讓餐廳提前二十分鐘出早餐，實在是非常感謝工作人員，前台的幾位小姐姐也很熱心，幫忙打印資料，安保小哥哥們也很熱情，住宿體驗感拉滿！

房間很大衞生不錯酒店裝修很漂亮，服務也好，工作人員很有禮貌入住的時候還送了伴手禮早餐也很好吃交通便利，酒店在十字路口處，旁邊是河大，周圍有很多共享電車，公交車站也在旁邊

前台美女清清給安排了一間安靜的房間，能讓我舒適的睡到了中午，酒店環境挺好，有自己的停車位，非常方便。晚上回來的時候太晚了，肚子有些餓，酒店提供了小食，太貼心了，不至於餓肚子睡覺☺️。推薦入住

這個酒店很推薦外地旅遊首選入住，衞生也好還是環境都是沒得挑剔的，而且自己比較注重細節叭，酒店的洗漱用具都是質量很好的，也是第一個酒店讓我沒有使用自己牙刷的酒店，第二個喜歡的就是伴手禮，出去玩過很多地方也住過很多地方，這是第一次入住就能收到禮物的酒店，第三個喜歡的就是酸奶小食，雖然比較常見，但是對於外地開車到地方還來不及吃飯的，一進房間看到有墊肚子的東西就真的很暖心吧，開封真的很好下次還來

還挺不錯的。跟萬歲山有三公里多一點點。所以酒店停車場很方便，我們是到了以後把車停在酒店打車去萬歲山的。所以不用再在萬歲山找停車位。酒店這價位還是挺不錯的。有性價比。一樓有一個挺大的小童遊樂區，這個真的非常適合帶娃出遊！！！酒店房間有大有小，稍微偏小的。類比於大多數連鎖酒店。值得推薦衞生：衞生條件還可以。環境：還挺新的酒店，所以設施不老舊，還不錯的。

出遊交通超方便，地鐵公交都在附近。房間超級乾淨，床品也很舒適。環境安靜得讓人心情愉悦！服務員態度超級好，服務周到細緻。下次還會再來住的！👍

酒店環境特別好，設施也相對齊全，前台小姐姐有問必答，注重細節服務，態度禮貌熱情又不失分寸，酒店一點都看不出來開業了兩年，房間的設施都是嶄新嶄新的，真的是一家很好的酒店。
