Hotel a Da Nang

We stayed for 5 days by end Sept. The experience was amazing. Location at the mountain in front of the ocean. It’s good for relaxing. Resort provides free shuttle bus to downtown. They also have many activities in free of charges. We joined both yoga class and massage class, the coaches are professional. Breakfast - many choices, restaurants also at fair price & food is good ! The service is awesome! You would find that their smile from their heartfelt and they are motivated and enjoyable to work in here. Honestly speaking, the hotel charges is high but value for money!! I would highly recommend you come to experience this wonderful resort !

L'hotel è distinto dal personale di servizio - grazie al manager di servizi ospiti Cuong Nguyen e altri come Diem, Vu Nguyen, nei ristoranti che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno eccellente. L'hotel è ben mantenuto, le villa sono ben accoppiate, le piscine e la spiaggia sono fantastiche. I pasti sono piuttosto carini, ma leggermente preziosi. Sembra che ci siano molte attività quotidiane organizzate per gli ospiti e i bambini, ma non abbiamo provato nessuno di loro.

Buona posizione. Dritto sulla spiaggia. Vicino ai ristoranti, spa e massaggi. Abbiamo la stanza davanti all'oceano. Grande vista sul sole e sulla spiaggia. Aprirei le porte balconi quando nella stanza come mi piace sentire i suoni delle onde. Ho un soggiorno molto rilassante qui. Avrei dato 5 stelle per tutte le categorie se il personale potesse essere più utile. Probabilmente limitato dall'uso della lingua per comunicare. Non è una grande questione 😊

Per la prima volta in Naman da otto anni.L'ultima volta che l'ho amato molto, quindi questa volta vivo di nuovo nel negozio con la piscina. Il prezzo dell'edilizia abitativa era quasi il doppio in quel momento, ma è buono perché non peggiora come prima! Il riso è ancora delizioso, sono molto soddisfatto. La piscina senza lato è ancora buona, molto bene! Il personale responsabile della stanza si preoccupa anche del colore 々 è davvero buono. Purtroppo, c'è un nuovo edificio all'interno del posto. Puoi alloggiare qui a buon mercato. Ci sono molti ospiti di gruppo coreani e cinesi, e il comportamento è molto cattivo. (principalmente il viaggio degli anziani) Anche gli ospiti devono affrontare le formalità di soggiorno e di partenza nel primo piano dell'edificio, quindi l'atmosfera è molto conveniente e non occupata. Spero che il programma di alloggio e il luogo di colazione siano separati dalla struttura di alloggio di villa. Considerato l'atmosfera bella e l'importo di alloggio del palazzo, è davvero triste stare con gli ospiti del gruppo. Dopodiché, la qualità complessiva del personale non è buona.Penso che sia meglio educare un po'di servizio, perché è un luogo di vacanza.Ma in generale, sono anche soddisfatto di questa volta.Grazie mille!

I chose this hotel because of the sea view and how cheap the price was. We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and 4 days. The positives • Good location close to the beach • Large room with comfy bed • Great view from hotel room • Nice staff Room for improvement – Nothing major just small things • Average breakfast buffet compared to all other hotels we stayed at • Pool is nice but there are only 4 sun loungers and there is no shade. Needs umbrellas • Pool has steps in it as it gets deeper. You could not see there were steps due to the design of the tiles. • Our safe did not work. They had to come up and fix it. • Safe is small so could not put a laptop in it. • Our room did not have a Do Not Disturb sign. Initially I thought maybe this hotel doesn’t have them but noticed our neighbour had one so it was just missing from our room. • Room was on 12th floor which was noisy as people had to get off at the 12th floor to go up some stairs to the pool and rooftop bar. It seemed as though the roof top bar was directly above us as you could hear noises of things being dragged and banged around. • They had a café downstairs but I never saw anyone behind the counter. I enquired if it was open and told yes what would you like. I ordered a cappuccino only to be told machine is broken. • The shower took forever to get hot and then you spend the next 10 minutes adjusting it as its too hot or cold • There were only 2 pillows one for each person which I have not seen before. I had to ask for another 2 pillows. • Toilet paper was only 1/3 so we quickly went through it. There was no spare so we had to call for one which was delivered immediately. This is an average Hotel and with a little bit of attention to detail would be a good Hotel. Hopefully this was just the post covid blues and they will sort themselves out. Despite this, based on my experience I cannot recommend them. With the amount of Hotels on this beach ***** I would stay elsewhere.

In primo luogo, il personale di questo hotel è meraviglioso. Sono così utili, curanti e ospitanti. Apprezziamo il loro aiuto e interazioni. L'hotel dispone di un bellissimo e accogliente foyer e piscina. Le camere sono bellissime, grande dimensione con doccia eccellente e bagno. La posizione è a piedi distanza dalla bella spiaggia e ci sono molte opzioni da mangiare intorno. Volevo davvero amare questo alloggio, ma ci sono stati problemi. Innanzitutto, le funzioni che dominano il posto, che si sono svolte in tutta la piscina principale, con una fase che copre la piscina che significa che gli ospiti non potevano usarla per quasi due giorni. Questo ospite ha lasciato la piscina che è trascurata e non avevano asciugamani. Non c'erano mai abbastanza asciugamani. Ogni giorno, abbiamo dovuto aspettare mentre il personale andava a cercare asciugamani. Le funzioni private sono molto alte e se la vostra stanza è vicino a loro, allora è necessario ascoltare la serata tardiva, abbassare e parlare mentre si imballa.La colazione è buona, ma se arrivate tardi, sono lenti a sostituire i prodotti o non. Due mattine, ho perso il bacon, il croissant e i tacchi di caffè vuoti. Ci sono molte opzioni asiatiche, bellissime frutta e la normale stazione di uova. Non avrai fame. La bella signora che gestisce la sala da colazione è assolutamente secondaria a nessuna. Il suo vero interesse per il vostro comfort e la vostra giornata era il caldo del cuore. In generale, il personale qui è 5 stelle. L'alloggio è 4 stelle. Sarei sicuramente rimasto e amato Da Nang.

At arrival, you served with welcome drinks and cold towel at check in. Our room is spacious with garden view and access to the garden through the sliding door. Bathroom filled with complimentary toiletries, a bath, a wet room and an automatic toilet seat (the fancy one with bidet). We had a super king size bed and it was SO COMFORTABLE. We took the advantage to upgraded to the all inclusive due to the rainy weather. And that’s was the best value ever. With the all inclusive, we had 2 x 60 minutes daily spa treatment. The use of the in-house Onsen hot spring. A good selection of cuisines at the restaurant and they all delicious. The staff at this hotel are ever so helpful and friendly. They always try their best to help. The mini bar filled daily with beers, soft drinks and water. They are happy to refill this at request. The pool and its view are stunning. Unlike any big hotel, we don’t feel being process here. We had an amazing stay. We will definitely stay again when we return to Da Nang.

Experience in this Hotel was so Amazing coz we took twin suits with ocean view…Awesome!! We literally seen sunrise everyday😍. Hotel Staffs are so friendly & helpful. Loved the breakfast, mixed with Vietnam local foods as well…yummy! We didn’t missed our 6days… I hv oni one improvement which they should implement more effectively to inform ppl who stay here abt the mini bar setup in the room which is chargeable actually. Otherwise hotel, ocean view, skybar with pool and lots of shops, restaurants,street food, spa, massage, Indian cousins, & etc is so convenient. Tia Wellness Resort was one of the most amazing places we've ever stayed. The staff are incredibly professional and attentive, the villas beautifully and luxuriously appointed, the breakfast incredible (the buffet was one of the best I've ever seen, highly recommend the Sesame Salmon, and the pastries were so delicious), and the in-room breakfast, the next best thing if you're after a sleep in. The included massage treatments were just what we needed, with professional therapists for all kinds of treatments and the pool area perfect for switching off. The resort is around 10mins walk to a mini-mart, if you want to get provisions (as prices on simple things are quite high at the resort). There's free bottled springwater everywhere in the resort as well as complimentary wellness snacks which are replaced every day in your room. Whole some people complained about the resort being far from town, taxis are quick, safe and cheap (65k VND each way). We'll definitely come back, as this was the perfect way to decompress after four days in Hoi An. The only thing that would have been great, is capacity to stream from our own devices to the TV in the room (HDMI access or mirroring). This seems petty in the scheme of things, but for a luxury resort where you pay a premium, it would have been amazing to be able to watch a film together in the evenings. A questo hotel ci piaceva il nostro soggiorno di 9 notti. Prenotammo la suite di vista sul mare la camera era grande e molto pulita e confortevole. Su il loro sito web la camera era annunciata come avere un lavastoviglie e un asciugacapelli, ma non è stato così. Ho chiesto, ma hanno detto che offrono servizi di lavanderia. Ho finito di prendere il lavanderia vicino alla porta dove si pagano solo circa un dollaro al chilo e il tempo di turno è di solito 12 ore. Il personale era molto gentile e molto amichevole per aiutare. Le camere pulite ogni giorno erano senza spazi. Il bagno aveva un grande tubo e doccia che ci piaceva. Abbiamo anche goduto del buffet per colazione che aveva molte scelte occidentali e asiatiche. Il cibo era delizioso e avevano una stazione omeletta/suppe. Il personale era cortese e così accogliente. La piscina sul tetto è bello, ma il tempo non era davvero cooperativo durante il nostro soggiorno. Volevamo usare i servizi spa poche volte, ma ogni volta che ci chiese, ci è stato detto che non erano disponibili a causa della vacanza. Tuttavia, ci sono molte opzioni intorno all'hotel, quindi non era molto. Abbiamo chiesto un checkout tardivo il giorno della partenza e abbiamo ’re impostato il 50% del prezzo della stanza, che il prezzo è stato successivamente ridotto un po’ più e valeva ancora la pena di tenere la stanza fino alla nostra partenza. Inoltre, si prega di notare che il trasporto complementare verso/dal aeroporto va solo in un modo, sia pick up o sgombero. Posizione è stata grande, per il trasporto consiglierei l’app grab it’s very affordable and convenient to get around town.
