HAIAN Riverfront Hotel Da Nang

very accommodating, smiling face girl in reception. :) they upgraded our room view into something good.

The location of the hotel is perfect, around the ct.. staff are friendly and accommodating, room and hotel is clean.

The location is unbeatable - just a few minutes walking from Han Market and the popular restaurant An Thoi. Amazing view of the river and Dragon Bridge from room if you book the riverview room. The hotel staff are nice, friendly and efficient, and they packed me the breakfast when I have joined a day tour in early morning and can’t make it to the buffet breakfast. The hotel itself is a bit old. There is no door or curtain for the shower area so a bit flooding in the bathroom after shower. Don’t expect the place to be sparkling clean, there was tiny black dots in my linens. The hotel lobby is one level up above the street level, but you can go to the cafe on street level to take the lift to upper floors - however, note that EVERYONE can do so not only the hotel guest, so I feel a bit insecure with that. The breakfast is very basic so don’t expect something really fantastic.

The service and wonderful location stand out as highlights. The housekeeping pushing thier way into our room at 9am was strange. They continued to knock on our door even after we asked for a few minutes. The refrigerator didn't work and the TV remote didn't work and having a short stay this didn't matter. The property is not handicap friendly which also wasn't a requirement but important to note. Vietnamese staff tend to be outstanding in every way and here is no exception. The breakfast area was adequate but not exception with minimal feel and notable quality differences compared to other hotel experiences in country. Overall a good value and pleasant stay.

Love the dragon bridge view from our room of balcony. The room and nice and clean. Near to riverfront. Nice cafe and restaurant.

Excellent hotel in a great location ,staff very friendly and helpful

Location of the hotel is great, easy access to many attractions within walking distance. The sky lounge is a plus point for the hotel as you can enjoy an evening drinks with good view of the river and dragon bridge.
