We were here for Cybercity Half Marathon 2025. We were looking forward to usual buffet breakfast. Unfortunately, only being served with minimal boxed set breakfast and no drink too. The hotel should be more transparent to customers. Housekeeping team was good and polite.

I've chosen citadine many times. I think & do hope that the TOILET cleanliness can be improved, it seems like the house keeper doesn't really pay attention to the cleaning part. Only do the surface cleaning up without any brush up, it can be easily spotted on either inside the toilet bowl condition or overall cleanliness. I know citadine can be much more better! 🤝

All services and facilities in a good way.. refrigerator in my room is out of service not cool,but the maintenance in duty on 22 Feb 2025 was doing a great job 👍🏼👍🏼..good job for the maintenance staff that night

Nice hotel with access to good mall. Js the parking bit confusing. Shud put mark sign. Overall ok. Breakfast sent to room. Not buffet.

This room do not have a bottle water and the room air conditioner are not cold enough for me. walking distance within building for the mall. The breakfast are menu type and not buffet style, the portain small and i need to eat again after breakfast.

The room was so dusty. Not cleaned properly. There was a ballon that was left by previous guest which I believe that was not removed during the housekeeping service. Other than that it was a good stay.

Hotel is connected to the mall.. the lobby is nice and smells of coffee considering they have starbucks dispenser at the lobby itself.. we are able to go for early check in at 2pm provided we sign their membership program.. the unit is big. 1 bedroom unit.. got living room and kitchen with big fridge..
