Went here for a weekend getaway and to enjoy the iftar buffet. The room is so spacious! And I love the bathtub, it’s giving spa vibes! The hotel is on a huge compound so you can drive and park your car near the chalets. We’re lucky to get our room on the first floor 🥰

the location is strategic, but facilities are not..it does not meet the expectation that we expect from a prestigious hotel chain like ascott level..lets dive into the negative points: - shared parking with mall..since during my time it was full, i had to park along side the road - receptionist was slow..suprisingly guest had to register again over the counter, although we have done it online - the hotel only had 1 receptionist despite having long q of guests..i checked in at 9pm (which is not peak hour but still long q), cant imagine if its during normal check in time - no toiletries, only shower foam is provided - they provided the normal coffee/tea drinks with mugs and heater, but did not provide spoons now lets look into some of the positive points: - reception area looks cosy, minimalist design - hotel lift is fast, despite sharing it with the mall - room size is convenient and clean - they hv both fan n aircond, which is great for people who is not used to aircond

Pros - Nice welcome by the hotel counter staff. The check out process was also made easy. The swimming pool was good and kid friendly if u are to bring your kids along. There is a big “Dash Box” trademark on entrance to swimming pool. Location is also in middle of Cyberjaya with some nearby fast food restaurants Cons - Stayed there few days but there was no any day the room was cleaned up every day or every other day. However apperance of the room u got on arrival will like that throughout stay as hotel staff will never enter your room back to clean up, replace toiletries or mineral water bottles. Rubbish needs to be left outside the room every day if u need it to be removed by hotel. Even by putting rubbish outside the room hotel staff will never enter the room to clean up or change toiletries. The toiletries will never be replaced by hotel and you need to use the same toiletries you got on arrival throughout the stay especially body wash, shampoo, a soap and toothpaste. The 2 mineral water bottles you got on arrival will be the only mineral water provided by the hotel throughout the stay. Just imagine if u are to stay there for a week. U need to get your own toiletries and mineral water rest of your stay as the ones provided will only last for a day or two. Same rule apply for the two towels provided too. It is probably ok to use same towels for 1-2 days but may not be for kore than that. Swimming pool at night is full with mosquitoes. Be reminded to wear a long sleeve cloth and pant if to stay around swimming pool at night Considering this kind of service provided by hotel (pros and cons) it does not seem to be worth for money or price paid. Prove me wrong. If no improvement by hotel management believe me u will see the same review will be given by other customers too

Prima impressione quando entra in camera.. si sente bene .. ma un po 'disappunto quando il con d'aria non è freddo n il pavimento del bagno è un po' scivoloso quando bagnato. La stanza è piena di mobili che non dovrebbero essere un frigorifero .. lavastoviglie non è nemmeno .. È deludente che il giorno dopo non ci sia acqua.. in mattinata, solo 2 piccole bottiglie di acqua minerale.. per basah2..mmg non è colpa dell'hotel, ma l'hotel dovrebbe prendere l'iniziativa di dare qualcosa ai residenti.. per chiudere le svantaggi.. Inoltre, si sente che l'hotel è anche fortunato con la mancanza di acqua .. può risparmiare costi .. owh uno più ... le lastre di letto sono comode .. itchy ... Forse la prossima volta se non hai un altro hotel, lo trasloco di nuovo .. hmmm
