Agustos Cusco

Arriving at this hotel and looking at the outside of the hotel building it was rather ratty looking. But, once inside it was very nice! The staff were really friendly! My room on the 3rd floor was a bit small but very clean. Perfect for a solo person like myself. There was tons of noise outside as there was not a stop sign or light at the intersection and people were honking their horns like forever!! Very noisy all day and into the evening. Saw an accident too! No wonder as people were driving like a bunch of nuts! Breakfast was offered but was very skimpy! I was not impressed at all. Dinners were really good in their restaurant and not expensive. Overall it was ok. I think my tour group through Exoticca could have put us in a far better place!

Amazing staff and very clean. Ofelio helped us most of the time and was the best and so helpful! We went on a few excursions and they were very attentive to getting us a boxed breakfast and storing our baggage. We also ate at the restaurant and highly recommend the grilled chicken meal.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Augusto’s! The Best Part about it was the staff, especially Zoranda, who was so accommodating friendly and welcoming! They let me switch my room when mine was a bit claustrophobic for Me because of the limited view and the new room had a spectacular view! I was and am so grateful for that! Though I did not eat there, the drinks I had were great and I enjoyed the authentic Cusco ambience of the Hotel Lobby and Bar area, as well as My Room! Al in all not a Luxury Hotel with too many amenities, but when you’re in Cusco, Peru you’re not in your room much anyway, I should hope! The thing is, Hotel Agusto will take great care of You, especially the receptionist Zoranda, who I loved talking to about Cusco, and Her asking me about my country and life! Such a lovely Person! I Highly recommend this Hotel for a lovely and convenient stay!

Hotel is old and very dated. Beds are as hard as a rock. No kettle in the rooms nor is there coffee/tea, or cups offered. Very remote from the city. Rooms have no elevator. We could hear all the other people in the hotel because the walls are so thin. Would not recommend!

Hotel Agustos Cusco is a cozy and warm place about ten minutes from the Plaza de Armas. We enjoyed breakfast every day during our stay as we mostly were out all day touring Cusco. Don´t miss it! The overall service is neat. The facility is immaculate. Personnel is kind, professional and helpful. We are pretty picky when booking an accommodation. We highly recommend Hotel Agustos Cusco for your next trip to Cusco. We are coming back to Agustos Cusco this year and cannot wait to see Agustos Urubamba. Enjoy!!

We were there for a vacation. The hotel needs some major upgrades. They assigned my husband & I twin beds. Through our travel company we had paid 4 luxury rooms for the entire trip. Room was run down, needed major face-lift. I insisted they give us a different room. It was a bit better. Breakfast is very basic. The sister hotel Agustos Urubamba was excellent.
