我一般比較懶點評酒店，但是這家酒店無論是環境還是工作人員的服務都超級的棒，讓我忍不住給5星好評，首先是房間很乾凈，裝飾有點帶庫斯科風格，熱水和暖氣也是24小時供應（不像motto房間小，又陰暗，暖氣限時供應） 其次是工作人員對顧客非常有耐心，認真回答每一個問題，提供洗衣服服務，真是太太太好了，下次還定這家

Saphi 쪽에 있어서 건물이 오래되었지만 내부는 매우 깔끔합니다. 서비스가 아주 좋고, 모든 리셉셔니스트들이 친절합니다. 머무는 사람이 얼마 없을 경우에는 조식에 대해 미리 주문을 받습니다. 그리고 일찍 나가야 하는 경우에도 포장해주시는데 너무 좋았습니다.

住了兩晚後自己去了馬丘比丘，回來接着住，給我升了更大的房間，寄存的行李直接提前放在了房間。我生病了不舒服，還延長了我的退房時間，我在沙發上歪着給我蓋了毛毯，真是很感動，強烈推薦！

強烈推薦。跟庫斯科的風格完全一致，小庭院，温馨舒適。類似這種精緻的酒店在庫斯科應該還有不少，可以慢慢尋找。

比較驚喜，性價比高

Ideal location: a short walk up the street from the historic centre, but not close enough to be affected by traffic and noise. The rooms are laid out around pleasant central patios. They are spacious, warm and comfortable. We loved the superior suite, with its own balcony with outdoor seating, a separate sitting area, bathroom with tub and separate rain shower stall, and heated floor tiles. The breakfast buffet is ample and varied, with fresh fruit and juice, and eggs cooked to order daily. Coca and muña tea are available throughout the day. Our stay was split before and after a trip to Machu Picchu. We first arrived very early in the morning and although check-in is at 12, we were speedily accommodated and shown to our room with no extra charge. Upon our return, we were offered the superior suite at the regular room rate. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. At check-in they gave us a map of Cusco and detailed information about places of interest. At first check-out we were told to simply leave our luggage in the room and found it in our new room when we returned. The hotel was mentioned in a New York Times travel article ("gorgeous") but that one word does not do it justice! I would plan to stay here again and also at the other Tierra Viva poperties!

Complimentary coca tea and muna tea in the lobby at all times (we desperately needed both), porters to help with bags up and down stairs (also needed with the altitude). The staff wqs great and the room itself was nice. The only drawbacks were no air conditioning and no mini fridge in the room. Overall, good hotel and the staff took it from good to great.

This hotel was a great home base for my trip through the Lares Valley and to Machu Picchu. The rooms were very clean, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, the breakfast was amazing, and the water pressure in the shower was extraordinary. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Special thanks to Zenaida for arrange a ride for me and my group to the airport.

Great location, close enough to the main plaza but far enough for it to be quiet for a good night’s sleep. Filtered water available daily. Good hot shower and heater available for the cooler evenings/nights. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

We enjoyed our stay A Tierra Viva Cusco Saphi. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's located within walking distance to the main square and city sites. The breakfast was good and we especially enjoyed have fresh fruit every morning.

We 'have stayed in a couple of Terra Viva hotels this September, visiting Peru. Every place we spent the night in, was excellent. Clean, comfortable rooms; helpful staff; yummy breakfast! Home away from home for us! I would recommend it to anyone! Thank you Pamela and Casilda( in Cusco) for making our last days in Peru easier to navigate, for giving us kind words and good information, in a good English! Keep up the good work! My partner and I found this hotel on *********** and amongst all of our options we found this the best balanced within our budget. Here we found great and friendly service, super comfy king bed, awesome pillows, warm bedroom, endless hot water. The breakfast was also great. The location might be it's weakest point. However is still located a few blocks from the may square.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Perfect location to stay in Cusco to visit the square and all that Cusco offers. The room was perfect for my son and me. Cozy. I would say if you are tall, I would see if they have a bigger bed. The breakfast was good. I had scrambled eggs every day which was wonderful. My favorite was the team who always smiled and there for you.
