A great hotel with a great room view. The only issue is the microwave oven: it is on the desk ...

It is unheard of. Remember to take a photo of the expensive water bottles before you leave the hotel or else they will charge you. We bought our own water bottles which look totally different. Finished drinking and so left the empty ones in the trash. The four expensive ones were left untouched. We checked out in the morning and they said no charge to the room. We went back to take our luggage.. and asked, they still said there's no charge. At the very end, they charged us $6.55 for water bottles we didn't drink! One star because I can't get any lower... the room and other things is good, the mistaken charge is small but this is very ridiculous and annoying!

Great service and super friendly. We had two rooms and were hoping to get them next to each other and the staff was amazing and accommodated us. Great staff and location.

It is a good hotel you recommend to stay here. The bed was comfortable also.

Great location, clean hotel, super friendly staff, paid parking, very well kept. Not a lot of amenities. Swimming pool not in the building and a walk through a park to reach. Overall, almost excellent hotel and super friendly personnel and nicely kept. Parking is a huge bonus.

We checked in late on our way up to Sonoma. Big, clean rooms, friendly check-in and located close to a Tesla charging station. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone passing through.

No self serving breakfast service.

Great location with walking distance to many restaurants and supermarkets. Room size is good as well.

We stay 13 days and feel great!

Cheap high rise hotel in Cupertino commercial center with typically no breakfast included. A bit difficult to find as it has a small access road with small signage. Lots of parties in the hotel with party goers smoking and drinking in the open lobby outside on sofas. Not a good example for families with children. The room bathroom door was stuck and could not close so we had to do our personal grooming with the door open. We didn't bother to have it fixed as we arrived late and stayed only one night. It's the value one gets for a cheaper hotel but it's location was terrific.

Parking for my van i was a challenge

Very good location due to accessibility to 2 freeways, 280 which North Nound lead to San Francisco or North Bay, South bound which leads to To San Jose CA south Bay or Sacramento. 85 South easy access which lead to Los Gatos, Santa Cruz, South side Bay Area. North which end in Sunnyvale CA. The only thing I would've to have or see would be a Buffet Brakfast for families with children as it was my situation. The facility is huge and very clean, customer service is exceptional with very well etiquette and well mannerisms from workers, very attentive and room service needed was very prompted. I would recommend this place 100% to any business travelers. Is more of a business or events set up hotel than family oriented as I did mention the food is not easily available. Also there aren't many restaurants close by, I would also like the customer service advertised or recommend close by or near by or next or withing more food places available. Due to the fact that is huge and a very big facility is hard to access food withing the promises. But other than that it was a great place to stay, oh and the prices from TRIP.COM were the best affordable and the customer service were willing to match the prices from TRIP.COM, I couldn't ask for more than them been flexible and accommodating to fit my needs. The room is big, and location is very good. There are lots of tasty restaurant nearby.
