The space comfortably accommodates two adult guests.The first floor has an open floor plan with a kitchen, living and dining area and a half bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a water purification hooked to the ice maker and sink side dispenser; dinnerware, flatware, pans and utensils included. Appliances include a microwave, coffee pot, refrigerator, dish washer and electric range. A stackable washer and dryer are tucked away in the hall. The television in the living area has basic cable and Wi-Fi for streaming. Fully furnished with leather sofa and recliner downstairs. Downstairs half bathroom has toilet and sink.The upper loft is an open space with large windows and a view of the swimming pool. Manatees, Dolphin, Otters, Tarpon, Bald Eagles, and Blue Heron just to name a few. Take one of our kayaks to the opening of the canal or drive out to Fort Island Beach and watch the most beautiful Sunsets! For the adventuresome, take a kayak ride to one of the many nearby Crystal-Clear Blue Springs and cool of with water temperatures of 72 degrees year-round. Swim, Snorkel, or Scuba with the MANATEES at Three Sisters Springs, King Springs, or Hunter Springs. The Gulf of Mexico is less than 15 minutes by boat. Head left out of our canal and enjoy off-shore fishing (Grouper, Red Snapper, etc.) or Scalloping with clearly marked channels that take you right to the Gulf of Mexico. Catch Snook, Bass, Tarpon, Mangrove snapper, and more in the river and right off of our dock. There are many walking/hiking trails in the area. Redfish Hole is a 1.4 mile nature trail.
