Hotel a 3 stelle a Coventry

La dimensione della stanza è buona, la posizione dell'hotel è anche buona e il centro è molto vicino.Il personale della reception è molto entusiasta. La mia carta di camera ha un piccolo problema, il personale è molto paziente! Il colazione dell'hotel è un sistema di autoservizio. Ho ordinato un colazione inglese. La quantità è davvero grande, il gusto è anche molto autentico, lode!

Sì, è molto indossato e datato ma ha un fascino retro 70 e offre un buon valore. La ricezione era gentile e professionale ma avrebbe potuto essere più supportiva. Avevamo un problema perché il nostro sito di prenotazione non aveva pagato l'hotel. Il ricevitore ci chiede di chiamarli per risolvere il problema. In hotel migliori, la ricevita avrebbe offerto di fornire questo servizio. Mancanza di formazione? La posizione è eccellente nel centro della città, oltre alla stazione di autobus e al museo di trasporto. Le viste delle ruine del vecchio nel retro e del nuovo nel retro tra gli altri edifici antichi e contemporanei sono meravigliose dalle camere dietro l'hotel sono meravigliose. Il balcone che alcune delle camere dietro hanno sarebbe un luogo molto piacevole per rilassarsi in buon tempo.I letti sono molto grandi e ragionevolmente confortevoli con lavastoviglie pulite. Il tappeto della nostra stanza era nuovo, e altri erano stati sostituiti come noi. La struttura era adeguata e passato pronta per un cambio. Tuttavia, per il prezzo e la posizione, era accettabile. Il colazione, che era incluso, era una piacevole sorpresa, la sala da colazione a buffet era un piacevole senso, c’era una buona selezione di cereali, frutta conservata e yogurt. Il colazione inglese completo era molto ben preparato e di buona qualità ingredienti. Il tè e il caffè erano anche di buona qualità. Il servizio era professionale ed efficiente, chiaramente voluto fornire ai clienti un inizio molto piacevole alla loro giornata.

The two receptionist were very helpful and went above and beyond to assist us when we checked in at the Coventry - Mile lane CV1 2LN, on a rainy coronation day. The duo were exceptional. Unfortunately I misplaced their names, a lady and a man. Thank you for your kindness and prompt assistance! Also, the hotel was very neat and clean, the room smell nice and fresh, the bathroom was very clean with clean towels, soap and shampoo, and the bed was very comfortable. I had a pleasant stay, great value for money! Excellent!!

L'hotel spende un sacco di soldi per ricartamenti e riparazioni di stanza che rende il soggiorno più piacevole, ma per me il cibo deve migliorare. La cena del bar è stata servita l'ultima visita su una piastra fredda, quindi una cena fredda. Il colazione è senza appetito, quindi mangio altrove. 3 notti di soggiorno senza servizio in camera significa 4 sacchetti di tè e latte non durano. Ma l'hotel ha migliorato notevolmente da dove era e fa alcune grandi offerte di tariffe in camera.

Perfect room for the night - but was disappointed that it took 45 minutes to get into my room after a long days work in London. The main door and room codes weren’t provided after my booking, and staff were confused/ repeated questions - wasn’t too impressed with that unfortunately! Would recommend but felt short changed and the organisation of the place for bookings needs reviewing.

Personale eccellente. Molto utile e le nostre camere erano molto comode e tranquille. Il personale non poteva essere più alloggiato e ci faceva sentire più accoglienti.Colazione eccellente e molto fresca. Camera molto spaziosa e rilassante. Posizione eccellente per le nostre esigenze.

You couldn't get closer to the hub of the country than Coventry East. You're right next to the M6, 30 minutes from Birmingham International Airport and 30 minutes from the NEC. There's plenty to keep you entertained and help you unwind here too. Attend a convention at Birmingham NEC or the Ricoh Arena. Take five strolling through the grounds of Warwick Castle. Or go ten pin bowling right next to the hotel. Then head back to our hotel, enjoy a feast of choice in our Taybarns restaurant, and relax in our huge comfy beds.

The reception team are kind and friendly . Housekeeping needs to improve as I found a hair band that doesn’t belong to us under the bed .The cups could be have done with another washing. The heater was not safe to use as it fused and arched, but that was sorted out. Make sure that you type in your vehicle number as you will get a parking fine that is e we hat happen to me. The amen
