Booked a room with a view on the sea, facing the Brehat Island. The view is very nice and it’s fun to the see the magnitude of the tides. The room was very clean and clear, with all amenities needed. The breakfast is with very fresh bread, pastries, home made jam… The spa is also nice very clear due to large window and of good size, it’s also very clean. The location is perfect to go to Brehat over the day or take a hike to Paimpol along the coast, a very charming path.

Albergo con stanze piuttosto spaziose per la Francia. Purtroppo nessuna con aria condizionata ne’ ventilatori da soffitto e per le camere sotto il tetto è un problema Colazione normale senza molta scelta Parcheggio privato piccolo , se volete parcheggiare l auto prenotate in anticipo altrimenti dovrete cercare un posto nei parcheggi vicini che nelle ore diurne sono molto affollati La cosa migliore dell hotel è la posizione A 50 m dalla spiaggia da dove partono le crociere per le sept iles (imperdibile) e l inzio del sentiero dei doganieri

L'hôtel est très récent et les chambres sont très confortables et propres. La literie est confortable et la salle de bain spacieuse et très fonctionnelle. Le personnel est très accueillant et très professionnel. Le petit plus : Le restaurant ”La Taverne ” (partenaire de l'hôtel) est juste à côté et vous permet de manger sur place et de ne pas avoir à reprendre votre véhicule. Le petit déjeuner est d'une grande qualité et très varié. Une borne de recharge sur le parking de l'hôtel serait la bienvenue. Il n'y en a pas et c'est quand même étrange pour un établissement si récent comme celui ci. En résumé, tout est parfait et d'un très bon niveau. Je vous conseille vivement cette adresse.

Ottimo hotel… ho apprezzato la Spa e la comodità dei letti..ho soggiornato la notte del Ferragosto ed ho molto apprezzato anche il ristorante , ottimo a differenza di alcune recensioni viste, in particolare la sogliola. Diciamo che in un lungo viaggio on road in Bretagna ed Aquitania ci vuôe in posto simile..A pochi minuti dal posto piu bello della Côté de Granit Rose raggiungibile a piedi o in parcheggi gratuiti a 5 minuti

Ci siamo trascorsi una notte all'inizio e alla fine della nostra tour ciclistica in Gran Bretagna.Questo affascinante hotel ha alcuni dei più grandi staff che abbiamo mai sperimentato. La maggior parte dei ristoranti di Guingamp erano chiusi o completamente prenotati la domenica notte. Così, siamo andati al negozio di prodotti alimentari vicino, che rimane aperto fino alle 10:00. Siamo stati immagazzinati su salate, formaggio, patate, pane e vino. Ci sono state goduto le libazioni nel giardino spettacolare dell'hotel. La nostra camera era spaziale, pulita e tranquilla. Tornerò a La Demeure quando i viaggi mi riporteranno a Guingamp.
