Hilton Garden Inn Corvallis

We were treated like garbage this entire stay. The front desk manager and his staff told us that it was because we were using our points for a stay. We are Hilton Diamond but apparently that means nothing at the Garden Inn in Corvallis. They refused to relocate us, in fact they told me that my reservation was frozen in the system, that they wouldn’t move us to a different room and that if I had a problem with that I should [read the fine print on my Hilton honors program]. The problem was we had a broken air conditioning unit. There was a large, visible block of ice on the grate to the unit that was dripping disgusting water all over the floor and it went drip, drip, drip all night long. It is physically impossible for them to have not known about this as there were two inches of water you had to stand in just to make the bed. But they made the room available for check in anyway. We couldn’t sleep for two nights and the mildew and mold smell of the carpet was unbearable. I was told maintenance would come and fix it. They never did. It was miserable. I asked the front desk manager if he would make it right and he said he would give us 10k points. We spent 120k on the stay. I told him it was unacceptable. He said we should’ve changed rooms. I told him his staff refused to change our room. He said that their standard solution for a broken AC unit was 10k points and if I had a problem with that then it was too bad. The only redeeming thing about this hotel was that there were very nice people serving breakfast. I will never stay here again. Their front desk manager needs to find another job where being impolite and argumentative is an asset rather than a liability. After meeting him it was very easy to see how most of the front desk people we talked to were the exact same way. To sum up: We had a horrible stay. They could’ve done the right thing, moved us, and appropriately compensated us for the negative experience. Hello, I am still at this hotel. I am booked for 6 nights here a month before....requested them for 2 queens. When we checked in they said sorry they are fully booked n we have no other choice but to accept A KING BED ROOM, promising to change it the nxt day. So that's where we were given room 137... Now we settled in , had a sleep on uncomfortable beds n before we wake up some unusual SOUND started in morning around 6:30a.m and CONTINUED TILL we were fully awake....to my surprise the sound of RUNNY WATER WITH THAT STRANGE NOISE SATRTED TOO....😲..as if the plane is taking off right above my head but we couldn't figure it out what was that runny water sound!!! So till we could find it's a laundry room right above us and some other machine room right nxt to our room which has never stop till NOW....so everytime someone did their laundry we had that irritating, annoying noise to digest it...n also found that's the a/c unit of the whole hotel right nxt to our room where our bed headrest is....now IMAGINE THE HORROR... why I am saying digest is because we did approach the front desk and they said they can move us in some room but still our request of getting a 2 QUEENS was not met on day 2 and we will given tomorrow that is on day 3.. So it's like SWITCHING ROOM for 3day for our stay of 6 nights...its a NIGHTMARE... Feeling helpless n this raised some concious questions 1) Is the management AWARE about the issue in ROOM 137.??? 2) IF THEY ARE ARE THEY DOING SOMETHING ABOUT IT OR ATLEAST TRYING TO FIND SOME SOLUTION OR ATLEAST INFORMING THE GUEST ABOUT THIS ROOM. 3) IF NOT should we ASSUME the guest uncomfortability Is not their concern and just don't want to stop earning even though it meant mental harrassment for some one like me who has a B.P issue...n disturbance in sleep could be hazardous to people like me... Hope the management finds it appropriate and respond us... Hope other people who are genuinely following the trip advisors also find this great help ..... Thanking trip advisor for creating such platform...

Sono rimasto qui per 2 settimane mentre facevo un viaggio di lavoro e il personale dove così bello, il prezzo era il migliore a terra, la gente camminava attraverso il parcheggio a notte anche molto vicino al cibo sorprendente

Super valore immediatamente vicino ai ristoranti sul Block 15, facile passeggiata verso il centro e sul fiume. Il vecchio motel e io ero preoccupato per la posizione sulle strade occupate, ma era un po' tranquillo a notte (non ho usato AC/calore come buon tempo senza, quindi non sapere del rumore da quella parte). Camera confortevole con frigorifero e microonde - nessun caffè o colazione, ma alcune opzioni grandi vicino (e il caffè/la colazione del motel raramente buono). Si raccomanda di trovare la posizione e il valore e non si preoccupano della fantasia.

Mio fratello è stato improvvisamente ammesso all'ICU a Corvallis e ho bisogno di una stanza l'ultima volta, durante la pausa di primavera, ovviamente! Ho già soggiornato in questo hotel, ed ero impressionato con la sua pulizia, le sue camere tranquille e il personale incredibile (difficile da trovare in questi giorni). Il personale ha superato e superato il tempo che si prevede di rendere un tempo difficile quanto più piacevole delle circostanze. Da aiutarmi a trovare una stanza senza odore (Raven, Shawna, Jenn Grazie!!), a aiutare mia sorella a entrare nella mia stanza nelle ore di debolezza del mattino per prendere la decisione di chiudere la vita (Dopo quasi 56 ore di sonno, ero completamente fuori!). Basta. Il. Miglior. Il vostro hotel e il vostro personale dovrebbero ricevere un certo premio. Non posso raccomandare abbastanza The Courtyard, e certamente sarò tornato. Grazie!
