This place is horrible! While the staff are friendly and accommodating, the hotel is run down. The hallways smell like garbage. The elevator is on it's last leg. The carpet in the hallways is worn. The room was dim and dingy. The security lock on my door was missing. The furniture was incredibly basic and worn. The paint was rubbed off. The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. The hallways are noisy with dogs barking and children crying during the day. The single pane windows do nothing to keep the sounds from the outside muffled. There was a car parked somewhere playing loud bass music all night. There was a decent bit of police activity in the parking lot. The door, refrigerator, stove, and cabinets were dirty. The last straw, the thing that made me say "nope" and check out early was the state of the microwave. It was FILTHY. Full of burned on food and rust. Absolutely disgusting --- and I was expected to cook food in this device. This hotel needs a lot of work. It is very industrial, dirty, dim, and disgusting.

I stayed at the Cordova Center location in Memphis and the best rating I can give is a 2/5 because the staff was friendly but otherwise, I would use this as a last resort. PROS: Rooms are cheap, beds are comfortable, and staff is friendly. CONS: floors and carpet were visibly dirty, you have to pay $1.35 per day for clean towels, no cleaning of bathrooms unless you book for 2 weeks or more so I had to buy cleaning supplies to take a shower, and my biggest complaint is that the room smelled of mice urine if you turned the heat on. Also, the site offers free continental breakfast which does not exist.

Everything was super smooth and easy for check in when we arrived and have been treated great every day for over 6months of our stay here in Tennessee. Employees are friendly, interactive, caring when dealing with any and all customers.

Shelia is so nice! I like the staff . I would recommend to anyone to come stay here very comfortable beds & ovens work great I was able to feed my family in peace very quiet location. And all the restaurants are near by

I was having a terrible trip to Memphis. Rental car broke down. Missed my first day of work. I needed a room for the night and the ladies Iris and Shelia treated me like family. Very kind and professional. Room was clean and comfortable. I will return and recommend this location to all my friends and family.

Everything was perfect nothing bad to say at all. Management and staff were a big help on my stay. Great stay for family and friends. Rooms were cleaned good and no smoke smells at all. Best extended stay in Memphis.

This place was so disgusting . My daughter was in the room 15 mins her feet were black the carpets were all gross with stains all over them , black hand prints on the walls ,the pull out couch was gross had balls of hair on it . The main bed seemed clean but the lamps were all dusty and sticky everything looked like it was wiped down with a greasy rag even the tv it all was very smeared looking . Toilet seat was broken and loose we couldn't stay there in that condition especially with a 1 year old so we had to check out immediately! Worst experience of my life !

Let me start off saying in the past I have always enjoyed staying at Extended Stay. Never had any issues until now. My family and I reserved two rooms for two nights. I then called to let them know I only need the rooms for 1 night, which I was told it had been modified. When my family and I made it to the hotel, I find that their power was off as well. No one called to let me know anything!!!! I asked the lady at the desk about my card and she told me I didn’t have to worry that it wouldn’t be charged unless I actually checked in and that she couldn’t do anything about it due to no power. NOT TRUE, I woke up to my account being drafted for the rooms we didn’t get… The manager tells me the charges were for me NO CALL NO SHOW!!! I DID SHOW UP TO NO POWER!!! So not only did we not get our rooms, they took my money and making it seem as it’s MY FAULT, and my family and I stayed in our FREEZING HOUSE!!!!! UNACCEPTABLE
