The contact number was not correct. The location given was no any hotel at this place. I wasted my money first time when booked this hotel and first bad experience booked a hotel thru this app. I hope can go thru this contact number and location which was update wrongly. Trip.com you have all my record’s which I booked earlier and so far all good but this time really fucked up

the floor is slippery the toilet is dirty the colorful towel make you feel no clean the door is using normal key, is easy to break-in
