Hotel a 4 stelle popolari a Cordoba

Deseptive website, broken toilet, flickering lights, thoughtless management. I booked 5 nights at the Windsor through the hotel's website. When we arrived at the hotel ( after 29 hours of traveling) our reservation details were incorrect. Lucky I had an email confirmation to verify that we had 3 people and where staying 5 nights. They set up a third bed in the room but it seemed like they were doing us a favor instead of correcting their mistake. The next day, our toilet handle broke ( two days to fix) and we had a randomly flickering light in the ceiling near the door the entire time. We booked a ”Superior” room from their website and it definitely was not! The wording and photos on the hotel's website describing our room were deceptive. When I asked the front desk (and eventually the manager) if they could comp a night and/or our first dinner, it was a clear and definte ”no”. I asked for late checkout on our departure date and they wouldn't even comp that! My wife,and daughter both booked a massage at the hotel spa and it was the worst massage of their lifes. On the positive side, the restaurant was fantastic. The gym was nice. The bell staff and maids were friendly and the rooms were clean.

The location of this property is perfect!! Access to everything, including a shipping mall and just a couple blocksto the historic center if Córdoba. Staff friendly, courteous and helpful. Property well maintained and neat. Rooms clean, no carpet and everything works. Air conditioning was perfect for a very warm weather outside. I enjoyed our three nights for an amazing price. We'll come back.

Classici. Sommier di prima marca. Sabagne impeccabili. Buoni cuscini. Frigobar. Excelente pressione d'acqua. Pulizia estrema in tutti i luoghi dell'hotel. Lo conosco da prima quando era Sheraton. Continua a fare lo stesso. È cambiato nome dopo la pandemia. Questo non riguarda alcuna bassa qualità in nulla. Colazione variabile con patellaria domestica di prima qualità. Mangiamo all'hotel.molto ricchi e a prezzo convenienza. Tutti sono estremamente gentili. Si riposa di prima qualità. Ciò che nel centro di Cordoba è impossibile se si trova un po' per le bolle. Il negozio di fronte ha un valore aggiunto. Lo consiglio.

The location of this hotel was unbeatable!!! We were just a few steps from the Historic centre, Barrio Guemes, Barrio Nueva Córdoba, Patio Olmos shopping centre, shops, bars and restaurants. The room was very comfortable and we had a great stay. It´s highly recommended.

Sono rimasto qui 3 notti durante una recente visita a Córdoba, il check-in è stato veloce e il personale è stato molto amichevole, le camere sono confortevoli, il letto ha avuto una buona notte di sonno, ci sono state molte opzioni per la colazione e l'hotel è pulito e tempestivo. Avevo una strada principale nel centro della città, non ho avuto alcuna disturbo con il rumore del traffico, mi sono divertito e non ho esitato a rimanere di nuovo.
