We love this hotel. Everything about it is designed to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The staff, without exception, go out of their way to put you at your ease and make you feel at home. From the welcome coffee and pastries in the lounge to the bubbles and birthday cake for my husband in our room, nothing was too much trouble. We especially enjoyed being able to have an open fire. We had free access to Tivoli throughout our stay, with stunning views over the park from our room. It was magical.

A well travelled friend recommended The Sanders Hotel and she was ‘spot on’! From the minute you walk through the front door, one feels like a home. Ogni aspetto ha suscitato la parola confortevole, con i numerosi divani e candele confortevole, uno sentito a casa, l’unico svantaggio, situato in centro, era la dimensione e la cucina della stanza, un po’ stretta per un paio.

Il personale che ha fornito il miglior servizio, ma purtroppo l'hotel è stato molto stile sopra la sostanza. Abbiamo avuto una terza stanza di piano terra che, sebbene sembrava favoloso, non era pratica - la forma del vecchio edificio significava ogni volta che mi spostavo intorno alla stanza mi sono spaccato la testa, l'anca, ecc Ci erano solo tazze espresso, quindi non c'era più possibilità di un caffè e non c'era più possibilità di un caffè. Latte o tè opzione - deludente. Mangiamo nel ristorante venerdì sera e tutto era grande - cibo, cocktail, servizio - davvero buono! La colazione era piccola ma aveva tutto quello che avete bisogno e grande qualità. Un mattino era occupato, ma il personale ha fatto un ottimo lavoro - grazie! Non ritornerò perché era costoso per quello che abbiamo avuto, e mi piacerebbe provare un altro hotel, perché Copenaghen è una città fantastica e sicuramente merita una visita!

L'hotel si trova vicino all'Università di Copenaghen, molto vicino a varie attrazioni, camminiamo un giorno C'è un bar dall'altra parte della strada e non si sente alcun rumore nella stanza organizzata Ho prenotato 2 camere contemporaneamente, una al 2° piano e l'altra al 4° piano. Non so come organizzarlo. La pendenza al quarto piano, la stanza è molto piccola, il letto è molto piccolo, c'è un bollitore, caffè e bevande premium, niente vasca, asciutto e bagnato separati da una tenda, l'acqua della doccia è molto piccola, nessuna colazione in hotel L'aspetto dell'hotel è comunque molto carino, la hall è ok, la reception inglese è buona, l'atteggiamento è buono, la carta di credito garantisce, il check-out è molto veloce, ho chiesto se avevo dei consumi senza controllare il camera, ho soggiornato per due notti, non economico, ma abbastanza soddisfatto

La posizione è buona e il servizio è molto bello.Solo che la camera singola è incredibilmente piccola e non c'è nemmeno frigorifero. Un'altra cosa che devo ricordare è che la porta del bagno non si aprirà e continua a chiudere automaticamente, che è assolutamente terribile. La porta del doccia è rotta. Solo sopra, va bene. Ma che c'è rimasto?

La stanza è abbastanza grande, completamente attrezzata e ha un forte senso del design. Poiché è un po' come un hotel a tema per bambini, all'interno ci sono molte decorazioni di cartoni animati. È molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, a circa 800 metri a piedi. Se porti i bagagli, è un po' lontano a piedi, ma un po' più vicino per prendere un taxi. La colazione è ricca e lo spazio per sedersi è ampio. Ci sono molte attrazioni nei dintorni, a circa 500 metri da Tivoli e dal Carlsberg Art Museum. A poco più di 2 chilometri dalla strada commerciale e da Newport. Il servizio è ottimo, il check-in e il check-out sono rapidi. La stanza non era disponibile fino alle tre del pomeriggio. Dopo il check-in l'acqua nel bacino si è bloccata. Dopo aver chiamato per la riparazione, il problema è stato risolto rapidamente e il servizio è stato tempestivo. L'acqua del bagno è molto buona e la biancheria da letto è molto confortevole. La stazione ferroviaria è proprio fuori dalla finestra e quando le finestre sono chiuse non si sente alcun rumore. La lampada da terra è molto bella, ma non potevo spegnerla quando era ora di andare a letto, quindi ho dovuto staccarla, il che è stato un po' imbarazzante.

Ufficio di scambio molto vicino ma meglio utilizzare l'aeroporto uno. Metro prende solo monete o carte. Dritto nel cuore di Copenaghen. Belle persone. Aiuto per tutti i musei e l'accesso agli eventi.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questo bell'hotel, in posizione perfetta per visitare Copenaghen. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la pulizia della camera, la silenziosità, la super colazione (soprattutto per i prodotti salati) e la grande disponibilità e cortesia del personale. Uniche pecche, peraltro diffuse ormai negli hotel di ”ultima generazione”, la mancanza totale di armadi chiusi o cassetti, il chè costringe a lasciare tutto all'aperto su ripiani e la doccia senza protezione, che fa sì che ad ogni utilizzo, si bagni dappertutto (aspetti molto negativi a nostro parere). Firgobar free con solo alcolici (!)....magari una bottiglia d'acqua sarebbe stata apprezzata. Un'altra cosa spiacevole è stato riscontrare la presenza di una lattina di birra vuota su un davanzale interno all'hotel al piano delle camere in zona di passaggio per due giorni di fila, in un contesto, lo ripetiamo, di ottima pulizia generale.

Neat enough old hotel in the heart of Copenhagen near all things of interest, we enjoyed being able to walk out and find food, transport, parks and shops close by. The hotel itself is a classic old Copenhagen building which shows its age and while I'm sure some find it charming, I would say it's a bit below the standard you come to expect from more modern buildings. The staff was friendly and wanted to accommodate us although the cleaning staff seemed so into their own business that they wouldn't even notice us as we tried getting into the hotel's single elevator, rushing in before us so we almost collided as it didn't seem they were gonna come back inside the lift having just exited. No polite apologies either and on top of that the hallway was at almost all times we came through them, day or night, full of trolleys with used towels, jackets hanging on random hooks and generally just felt cluttered. Don't know if this was on all floors but it gave a weird impression disorder walking through the already-creaky hallway. As for the room itself, it covered our needs and we didn't have issues with noises from other guests other than those walking through the hallway but at least the walls, floor and ceiling didn't cause disturbance. The beds were a little too soft for our liking and left us feeling sore the day after. Also a shame we didn't get the double-bed we had requested during the booking process. Somehow they mixed that up and reception staff didn't seem to know what our booking involved when we showed up. We decided the twin beds provided could be pushed together instead and leave it at that as we had been up at 4 in the morning and were exhausted. A final note on the room would be the weird furniture choices. You get these bed side tables that look like a school kid's wood working project, kind of rough around the edges and felt very cheap and sort of sloppy from a decorating point of view. In contrast, the reception cafe has a wonderful interior and is very charming so I was a fair bit disappointed that the room gave me this impression. All in all, the hotel covered the features it should but I had really expected better from the impression I got when making the booking originally. Location is, however, enough of a pull to make up for the negative aspects. Perfect location for sightseeing and access everywhere.

Location is perfect. Hidden bakery nearby, interesting vintage shops across the bridge. The weather is all good during our stay, so walk out of the hotel can feel the good vibe from the river. But they always short of stuff, can’t really provide service like other hotels I stayed before. The water tub spa is extra cost, didn’t make it clear on the hotel information. That’s disappointing. Hopefully a hotel could provide books in case guests get bored. Overall is above average experience.

Mi piaceva assolutamente il mio soggiorno qui! La posizione è super conveniente - solo pochi minuti a piedi al metro, davvero centrale. Ero ansioso per il check-in senza contatto all'arrivo ma non potevo andare più tranquillo. La sala di chiusura era anche incredibile. Ho cercato di capire prima quanto fossero grandi i chiusuramenti, perché sapevo che avevo bisogno di usarli il mio ultimo giorno, ma non riuscivo a trovare informazioni - ma la mia grande valigia mi si adattava all’interno. Il giorno in cui mi sono trasferito, mi sono preoccupato per la mancanza di ricezione, ma il servizio clienti dell'hotel mi ha chiamato quando è arrivato, che era molto utile. La stanza era pulita, la bagno era bella - la mia unica critica sarebbe l'accessibilità. Non ci sono ascensori, molti passi così non sarebbe un buon posto per stare se avete un sacco di bagagli o/e avete bisogno di accessibilità.
