We found this motel very pleasant. From the friendly welcome to the helpful advice regarding dining, the 3 days was a very good experience. The room was large with alternate seating inside and outside. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom though compact was clean and well stocked. A large tv, a fridge and usb points on both sides of the bed was great. The most difficult thing was parking. It’s a shocker. If the car park is full it’s very difficult to get out of some of the parking bays but we managed without hitting any cars or poles. There is an indoor pool which we found on the last day. The instructions say you are responsible for removing the pool cover and replacing it when you finish. This was quite off putting so we didn’t bother. We would stay again as from what we could see it’s the best motel in town.

My wife and I stayed one night on our way to the coast. The service was amazing and our room was so comfortable clean and warm.We were able to rest and relax.The room facilities were excellent and parking on site was safe.

We've stayed here before and we were happy to stay again. We stayed as a family of 4, room was clean, tidy and a good size. The only negative i could say would be the shower that leaks all over the floor every time you use it, but that seems to be every hotel/motel we stay in.

Although sadly we didn’t stay here. I cannot be more complimentary about the service. Our granddaughter fell sick the day before travel and we requested a refund, it was done immediately without any problem from the gentleman. Can’t wait to get there soon to repay his good will

Room ok modern bathroom. Bed should be thrown to the tip. Air con inadequate took hours to warm room in what is a freezing climate this time of year.Electric blanket only Worked one side of bed. My many years of a two night stay in motels, room is serviced during absence for second night. This motel room remained untouched. Came back to wet towels, full rubbish bins and unmade bed. NEVER RETURNING!!

Visitor Information centre recommended the Kinross Inn and what a good choice that was. Our host was very kind and offered us a family room for the price of a queen. Beautiful room with everything we required. Thank you so much. Very clean and not too far from the RSL.

Very happy pleasant reception, room very pleasing to the eye and clean. I personally found the bed that I slept on to be too hard so my sleep was not the best. I don't recall this issue on any previous stay so it may have just been that the bed was due for replacement.
The spa was lovely, but a little awkward to get in and out of, which could prsent a problem for some, especially as the spa is also the shower base. A suitably located rail would solve the issue.
